Estimation of density log and sonic log using artificial intelligence: an example from the Perth Basin, Australia
It is well understood that with a large number of data, an excellent interpretation of the subsurface condition can be produced, and also our understandings of the subsurface conditions can be improved significantly. However, having abundant subsurface geological and petrophysical data sometimes may not be possible, mainly due to budget issues. This situation can generate issues during hydrocarbon exploration and/or development activities.
In this paper, the authors tried to apply artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to estimate outcomes values of particular wireline log data, using available petrophysic data. Two types of AI were selected and these are artificial neural network (ANN), and multiple linear regression (MLR). This research aims to advance our understanding of AI and its application in geology. There are three objectives of this study: (1) to estimate sonic log (DT) and density log (RhoB) using different types of AI (ANN and MLR); (2) to assess the best AI technique that can be used to estimate certain wireline log data; and (3) to compare the estimated wireline log values with the real, recorded values from the subsurface.
Findings from this study show that ANN consistently provided a better accuracy percentage compared to MLR when estimating density log (RhoB). While using different set of data and technique, estimation of sonic log (DT) produced different accuracy level. Moreover, crossplot validation of the results show that the results from ANN analysis produced higher trendline reliability (R2) and correlation coefficient (R) than the results from MLR analysis. Comparison of the estimated RhoB and DT log data with the original recorded data shows minor mismatch. This is evident that AI technique can be a reliable solution to estimate particular outcomes of wireline log data, due to limited availability of the original recorded subsurface petrophysic data. It is expected that these findings would provide new insights into the application of AI in geology, and encourage the readers to explore and expand the many possibilities of the application of AI in geology
Differences of physical literacy perception of kindergarten teachers: Seen from demographic information
Physical literacy must be instilled in early childhood education, and teachers have a crucial role in this. The aim of this study is to reveal early childhood education teachers' physical literacy perceptions in terms of demographic information. The survey research was conducted with a population of 74 teachers in West Java with convenience sampling. The Perceived Physical literacy Instrument (PPLI) was used as an instrument to measure it. This instrument was distributed through a Google form and filled out voluntarily by the participants. The analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study reveal that teachers with a younger age, teaching experience of 11–20 years, coming from bachelor's degree graduates, and teaching in urban areas have a high perception of physical literacy compared to the demographic status of other teachers. There is a need for special education and training programs for early childhood education teachers in designing learning scenes that are adapted to the concept of physical literacy and are able to harmonize it according to the level of growth and development of children, so that teachers can be formed from an early age. The unrepresentative sample in this study is a limitation that can be used as a recommendation for further research to reveal the perceptions of early childhood education teachers on physical literacy in Indonesia.
 
Literature of the management of physical education based on the Scopus database: A bibliometric review
Effective management is required to aid students in positively developing their character and skills during the physical education learning process. The goal of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of management in physical education publications that have been published in Scopus. The study focuses on the productivity of publishing management in physical education papers on Scopus, on the most prestigious journals, authors, and articles, and on an analysis of keywords that frequently appear in management in physical education articles published on Scopus. The search yields 598 documents that were published in the Scopus database between 2017 and 2021. The majority of publications are written by Webster, C.A., who has six published articles. The most active scientific journal is the Journal of Physical Education and Sport, which has 26 published articles. With 41 links, the United States has the most total link strength of any nation. With 122 instances, "physical education" is the term that is used most frequently. The newest keywords include "big data," "COVID-19," "diet," "sports management," and "knowledge." The most read article on the subject of management in physical education was "Domain-Specific Physical Activity and Mental Health: A Meta-analysis." The research's limitation is that the author is only able to use data from the Scopus database and is only able to use sources that are journal articles; however, the Scopus database also contains other types of sources, including proceedings, book chapters, editorials, notes, erratums, books, and book series. This study contributes to the development of new concepts in the study of physical education management, and it is necessary to conduct future research related to this research theme, which is one of the areas that can be studied more deeply in order to produce learning products according to the needs and developments of the times.
 
Aplikasi Kompos Kiambang dan POC NASA terhadap Pertumbuhan serta Hasil Tanaman Okra Merah (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench)
Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dan utama pemberian Kompos Kiambang dan POC NASA terhadap pertumbuhan serta produksi tanaman okra merah (Abelmoschus esculentus L.). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor, faktor pertama adalah Kompos Kiambang dan faktor kedua adalah POC NASA. Pemberian Kompos Kiambang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 1,2, 2,4 dan 3,6 kg/plot dan POC NASA terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 1,5, 3 dan 2,4 ml/l air, serta parameter penelitian yang terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman, panjang buah, diameter batang, jumlah buah sisa. Data hasil pengamatan dari masing-masing perlakuan dianalisis secara statistic dan dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) pada taraf 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Interaksi dosis Kompos Kiambang dan kosentrasi POC NASA nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah buah per tanaman, berat buah per tanaman dan diameter batang. Perlakuan terbaik dosis Kompos Kiambang 3,6 kg/plot dan kosentrasi POC NASA 4,5 ml/l air. Pengaruh utama dosis Kompos Kiambang nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Perlakuan terbaik dosis Kompos Kiambang 3,6 kg/plot. Pengaruh utama konsentrasi POC NASA nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Perlakuan terbaik konsentrasi POC NASA 4,5 ml/l air
Penggunaan media audio-visual dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar gerakan senam round off
The round off movement is a movement that is quite difficult to demonstrate by students, this is due to the lack of development of floor gymnastics learning, especially the use of learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media in improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements. This study involved 42 students as research samples. The method used is an experiment where treatment is carried out in 12 meetings with data analysis techniques using pre tests and post tests. The research instrument used a round off test consisting of three stages: the initial phase, the main phase, and the final phase. Based on the results of the study that there is an effect of using audio-visual media on the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements, and there is an increase of about 30%. So based on the results of the study, the use of audio-visual media is effective for improving the learning outcomes of round off gymnastics movements. The results of the study show positive things how the use of audio-visual media can be a solution and alternative in learning floor gymnastics movements, but there are still some limitations. It is hoped that future researchers can develop by increasing the number of sample groups and involving comparison groups so as to get new findings in the field

Budaya dan Kepuasan Kerja: Perilaku Silence Sebagai Mediasi (Studi Kasus di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Khaliqa)
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Khaliqa dengan tujuan menguji peran perilaku silence dalam memediasi pengaruh budaya terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel yang berjumlah 52 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software Smart PLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pengaruh positif budaya organisasi berdampak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan perilaku silence dinyatakan mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerj
Eco-Friendly Bridging Material: Experimental Characterization of Eggshells as an Affordable Natural Waste Non-Damaging Lost Circulation Material to Reduce Drilling Fluid Cost in Reservoir Drill-In-Fluid System
Lost circulation nowadays became one of the major problems in many drilling operations worldwide. This problem is complicated for it can significantly cause non-productive time during drilling operations. This research aims to study eggshells as a LCM and to provide further insight about the reliability and cost analysis of eggshells as a potential drilling fluid additive. Moreover, the research successfully identified the usage of an abundant natural waste, i.e. eggshells, as an environmentally friendly fluid additive. This research also investigated the technical feasibility of the eggshells and also its economics impact on drilling operations. In addition, it is found that the eggshells can also act as a non-damaging LCM for production zone that is more affordable as compared to other natural waste loss circulation materials and current commercially chemical. Series of laboratory tests were conducted such as mud balance for the density test, rheological test using viscometer Fann Vg, filtration loss test with filter press, and also alkalinity (pH) test. An excellent result from filtration loss test i.e. decreased fluid losses and showed great improvement almost same as commercially CaCO3 result in the filter cake thickness. The research proves great potential of the utilization of eggshells as a multi-purpose additive in a drilling fluid. Economic analysis also suggests that it can possibly be implemented and to be further developed for a large-scale field operations. Finally, it is found that using eggshells as LCM can reduce the cost up to 72.2 % cheaper than commercial CaCO3. It is also safe for drilling in the production zone (pay-zone) because of its solubility on acid that it can disappear during the acidizing job. If this paper can be implemented on a wide-range scale it will be very beneficial to reduce other commercial additives usage without losing its reliability
