Forestry Affairs In The Law Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 23 Of 2014 Concerning Local Government: A Review
Get PDFThis research studies forestry affairs in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Local Government. There has been a significant change in authority regarding the authority related to forestry affairs. The central government has more power than the provincial and district/city governments. The smallest authority is at the district/city government level, where only the authority is given to the management of community forest parks (TAHURA), resulting in the absence of a forestry service in the district/city government. The provincial government is an institution that has sufficient power in forestry management, although its authority is still not as large as the central government. This paper is expected to provide a complete understanding to the general public regarding the authority of each level of government

Analisis Pelayanan Ibadah Umroh Pada Perusahaan Jasa Penyelenggara Umroh Di Kota Pekanbaru
Get PDFPelaksanaan ibadah umrah dewasa ini bukan hanya sekedar ritual ibadah saja tetapi sudah mengarah sebagai gaya hidup, eksistensi diri dan komoditas industri. Penomena ini mengakibatkan banyaknya bermunculan perusahaan jasa penyelenggara umroh yang saling berkompetisi untuk menarik simpati masyarakat, kesemuanya belomba-lomba menawarkan pembinaan, pelayanan dan perlindungan dengan berbagai kelebihan fasilitas yang berbeda untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa interview (wawancara) kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengelola perusahaan jasa penyelenggara umroh yang ada di kota pekanbaru sebanyak 14 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sample. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan jasa peyelenggaraan umroh di kota Pekanbaru sudah memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan sesuai dengan standar minimal yang telah di tentukan oleh pemerintah baik dari segi pelayanan administrasi, pelayanan konsumsi, pelayanan akomodasi dan tranportasi, pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa factor yang mendukung dalam pelayanan ibadah umroh di antaranya adalah perusahaan memiliki gedung dan fasilitas yang lengkap, brand nama perusahaan yang sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat, memiliki ustadz pembimbing dan karyawan yang terampil. Terdapat juga beberapa faktor yang menghambat dalam pelayanan ibadah umroh diantranya adalah jalur terbang yang jauh, modal yang di miliki sedikit dan tidak cukup, dokumen perizinan jamaah yang tidak lengkap, harga yang tidak terjangkau oleh semua kalangan
Analisis Sektor Industri Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Kota Pekanbaru
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan sektor industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru, kemudian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan sektor industri kecil dan sektor industri menengah dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan time series lima tahun dimulai pada tahun 2016-2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif yaitu analisis elastisitas tenaga kerja dengan cara menghitung persentase pertumbuhan jumlah tenaga kerja sektor industri dibagi dengan persentase pertumbuhan jumlah industri untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan sektor industri terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru, kemudian dengan cara mencari persentase rata-rata elastisitas sektor industri kecil dan elastisitas sektor industri menengah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peranan sektor industri kecil dan sektor industri menengah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menunjukkan bahwa peranan sektor industri dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru relatif kecil, dimana angka elastisitas hanya berkisaran antara -0,11% sampai dengan 0,91%, kemudian besarnya peranan sektor industri kecil dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru adalah sebesar 0,76% dan besarnya peranan sektor industri menengah dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru adalah sebesar 0,52%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peranan sektor industri kecil lebih besar dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Pekanbaru selama tahun 2016-2020
Pelatihan Pencegahan Covid-19 dan Pembagian Handsanitizer Kepada Klub Golden Ways Basketball
Get PDFKasus Covid-19 gelombang 3 dengan virus jenis baru yaitu omnicorn di Kabupaten Jombang menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah yang cukup signifikan dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hal ini dikarenakan Kabupaten Jombang telah menjadi pusat aktivitas dan mobilitas masyarakat yang cukup tinggi. Jumlah kasus Covid-19 di Kabupaten Jombang per tanggal 22 Februari 2022 adalah sebanyak 14.669 kasus dengan 1561 kasus kematian. Melihat kasus Covid-19 yang terus mengalami peningkatan, pemerintah Kabupaten Jombang juga menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat berbasis Mikro PPKM level 3 di Wilayah Kabupaten Jombang dalam Rangka Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19, memiliki kasus Covid-19 paling tinggi dengan jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif sebesar 14.669 kasus dengan 1561 kematian per tanggal 22 Februari 2022. Klub bola basket Golden Ways Basketball salah satu klub bolabasket yang dinaungi oleh Perbasi Jombang dan bertempat latihan di lapangan bola basket SMP 1 Diwek Jombang, dimana klub ini dalam dua bulan terakhir sudah memulai latihan selama pandemi Covid-19. Klub tersebut beralamat di Jl. Raya Bandung No.56, Ceweng, Kec. Diwek, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur 61471, dan masuk di wilayah Kecamatan Diwek. Berdasarkan data dari dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Jombang via Instagram yang diperoleh, Kecamatan Diwek merupakan kecamatan dengan kasus Covid-19 peringkat dua setelah Kecamatan Jombang yaitu sebanyak 1276 kasus per tanggal 22 Februari 2022. Permasalahan di masyarakat antara lain masih banyak yang belum paham pencegahan penularan Covid-19 ini diantaranya pentingnya menggunakan masker. Bentuk kegiatan berupa pelatihan pencegahan COVID-19 kepada pemain klub bola basket Golden Ways Basketball dan bagaimana bentuk pencegahannya. Pelatihan diberikan melalui virtual Zoom Meeting mengingat penularan virus yang masih cepat serta pembagian Handsanitizer kepada pemain Klub bola basket Golden Ways Basketbal

No full textThis research is entitled Language Style in Tulus Song Lyrics in Human Album. This study aims to 1) describe the use of language styles contained in the collection of Tulus song lyrics. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by using the note-taking method. The data in this study are in the form of song lyrics containing the dominant language style of hyperbole. Sources of data used in this study are 10 song lyrics in the album Tulus. Based on the results of the analysis, 16 data were found that used language styles. The use of this language style gives rise to meaning that makes a song can be enjoyed beautifully
Metafora dalam Poster Demonstrasi Mahasiswa Indonesia
No full textLanguage has a function that is no less important, namely to convey aspirations. The aspirations of Indonesian students at the demonstration on April 11, 2022 were conveyed with hope through posters with the intention of rejecting the 3 periods, the government's performance, and cooking oil. This study aims to describe the deepest types of metaphors in the written language of the demonstration poster on April 11, 2022 conducted by Indonesian students. This study uses a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis or content analysis. The data collection technique in this study was first to find data, second to manage data, and third to present data. The data sources in this study were demonstration events and demonstration poster photos obtained by researchers from posts via Instagram and images from other internet media such as Google. The data of this research are in the form of pictures or photos of posters of demonstrations by Indonesian students on April 11, 2022. The results of the analysis show that from the thirteen poster data that the author got, there are five metaphors with abstract to concrete images, two metaphors with concrete images to abstract, two metaphors with predicative images, three metaphors with predicative images. nominative imagery, and one metaphor has a synesthesia image
Persepsi Masyarakat terhadap Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

This outbreak had an impact on the social and economic consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic which also affected the level of public welfare. This is due to the limitation of economic activity which at a macro level reduces economic growth and causes many people to lose their jobs, thereby potentially increasing the number of poor people. Based on this, the Government seeks to provide direct cash assistance for the community from the Village Fund or called BLT-Village Fund to reduce the burden on the poor due to the impact of Covid-19. BLT-Dana Desa is financial assistance sourced from the Village Fund and is intended for the poor and vulnerable who have difficulty meeting their daily needs, especially due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT-Village Fund) in Harapan Jaya Village, Central Bunguran District, Natuna Regency in 2020, for people who receive Village Fund Cash Direct Assistance (BLT) in Harapan Jaya Village, Bunguran Tengah District, Natuna Regency in 2020. quite a lot, namely with a total allocation of the number of people who receive as many as 225 Family Heads. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of the recipient community towards the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Harapan Jaya Village, Central Bunguran District, Natuna Regency. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative methods, namely interviews and observations using purposive sampling technique. Population of this research is 46 mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2015-2018. While the samples are 29 companies by using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is partial least square regression. The result of this research indicate that Financial Performance and Capital Structure have a positive effect on Firm Value. Firm Size cannot moderate the influence of Financial Performance and Capital Structure on the Firm Value

The results of the research on the influence of the online learning model on the learning achievement of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Seberang Academic Year 2020/2021 are quite influential in the influence of the online learning model on learning achievement in Indonesian. Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of the online learning model on the achievement of learning Indonesian in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bangkinang Seberang for the 2020/2021 academic year is 61.6 which is categorized as quite influential
