The results of this s tudy indicate that, the capacity development of PSD3-TPK is considered good, because seen from the efforts at the individual level, organizational level, and system level made to maximize the organization.this is also evidenced by the absorption of all 43 PSD3-TPK alumni in the pulp and paper industry. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the inhibiting factors for library service of Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service employees in carrying out mobile library services. The problems in this study are The lack of a mobile library car fleet so that access to library services is not evenly distributed to all levels of Pekanbaru City society, and also the lack of a number of officers who provide services and officers who have skills and abilities, officers have not been able to think and act innovatively. so that people are less interested in using mobile library services, Limited supporting facilities such as collections of books, tables, and chairs so that it does not provide comfort for people who visit to read books. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the library service of Library and Archive Service Employees in Mobile Library Services has not been maximized or good enough. The cause are facilities and infrastructure, human resources who have very minimal skills and abilities, employees or officers are less consistent in carrying out their duties. The suggestions are 1. Increase the fleet, books, tables and chairs so that the purpose of the mobile library service program is to improve the reading culture of the community can be achieved effectively and efficiently, 2. Recruit employees who have a background in library science so that these human resources can provide better services optimally 
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT NON PERFORMING FINANCING (NPF) DI BMT NASHRUL UMMAH BALEN

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari CAR, FDR, BOPO, RF dan Inflasi terhadap NPF di BMT Nashrul Ummah Balen. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dalam penelitian ini diperolah dari Laporan Keuangan BMT Nashrul Ummah Balen berupa data bulanan dari Januari 2018 - Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR dan Inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap NPF. Sedangkan FDR, BOPO, dan RF secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap NPF di BMT Nashrul Ummah Balen. Secara simultan, CAR, FDR, BOPO, RF dan juga Inflasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap NPF di BMT Nahsrul Ummah Balen dengan nilai Adjust R Square sebesar 0,802 atau 80,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR, FDR. BOPO, RF dan Inflasi dapat mempengaruhi variabel NPF sebesar 80,2% sedangkan 19,8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Get PDFKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan pelatih PPLP Papua tentang ilmu kepelatihan olahraga berbasis IPTEK dan sport science, (2) pelatih memiliki kemampuan dalam merencanakan program latihan berbasis tuntutan aktifitas pertandingan masing-masing cabang olahraga, dan (3) PPLP Papua dapat berprestasi di ajang POPNAS ke-XVI tahun 2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu workshop dan pendampingan berbasis teori (persentasi/ceramah) dan praktek. Manfaat dari kegiatan tesrbut adalah (1) terjalinnya kerjasama antar lembaga/institusi yakni, Program Studi Ilmu Keolahragaan FIK UNCEN dan DISORDA Provinsi Papua, (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi pelatih dan asisten pelatih PPLP tentang ilmu kepelatihan berbasis IPTEK dan sport science dan mendapatkan kemampuan dalam menyusun program latihan, dan; (3) terlaksananya tugas Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) seabagai kewajiban seorang Dosen. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan tersebut, (1) sebagian besar peserta peserta memahami penyajian materi yang disampaikan pada saat pelatihan, dan (2) sebagian besar peserta mendapatkan nilai baik ditinjau dari penilaian evaluasi / kompetensi terhadap pelatihan

Get PDFTujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi kepada guru-guru di SMAN 3 Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Ditemukan permasalahan mitra sasaran yaitu masih sangat rendahnya publikasi artikel ilmiah guru-guru pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi, hal ini merupakan salah satu syarat utama untuk kenaikan pangkat. Guru-guru akan diberikan sebuah template dari artikel jurnal nasional terareditasi. Pemateri akan menguraikan satu persatu komponen yang ada pada template artikel jurnal nasional terareditasi tersebut. Pemateri juga akan mencontohkan bagaimana caranya membuat akun pada jurnal sasaran dan bagaimana langkah-langkah submit artikel pada suatu jurnal. Artikel yang sudah terbit bisa digunakan untuk mengurus kepangkatan dan administrasi lainnya. Guru-guru mulai memahami bagaimana cara menerbitkan artikel ilmiah pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi

With the above facts, the authors are interested in conducting aresearch entitled "Analysis of the Literary Psychology of Tere Liye's Novel Goodbye". Problems in the research: (1) What is the character's character in the study of literary psychology in Tere Liye's novel Selamat Datang? (2) What is the theme in Tere Liye's novel Selamat Malam? (3) How is the conflict of characters in the study of literary psychology in Tere Liye's novel Selamat Stay?. The theory used in literary psychology research refers to the theory of Mana Sikana (1986) and other supporting theories, namely, Burhan Nurgiyantoro (2013), Hamidy (2012). The approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of library research, and uses a descriptive method. Data collection techniques through hermeneutic techniques. The results of the study concluded that: (1) The character's character has 14 data, namely Sintong Stay: firm, patient, wise, diligent. Jess: Honestly. Inang (Mrs. Sintong): humorous, angry, Bulik Ningrum: compassionate. Paklik Maman: clever, cunning. Slamet: scared. Ucok: fine. Mawar Bright Bintang: bad and Mr. Dean is good. (2) 4 data themes, namely the central theme: bad deeds will be miserable and several complementary themes (3) character conflicts have 12 data, namely 2 internal conflicts that occurred in Sintong Stay and 10 external conflicts

PENGARUH PERSEPSI PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE TERHADAP DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA JURUSAN IPS SMA NEGERI 2 KUOK
Get PDFJenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanasi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pelaksanaan pembelajaran online terhadap disiplin belajar siswa jurusan IPS SMA Negeri 2 Kuok. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IPS SMA Negeri 2 Kuok yang berjumlah 72 orang siswa, variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi pelaksanaan pembelajaran online sebagai variabel bebas serta disiplin belajar siswa sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengambilan data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik kusioner (angket). Hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan program SPSS diketahui nilai signifikan variabel persepsi pembelajaran online sebesar 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara persepsi pembelajaran online terhadap disiplin belajar siswa jurusan IPS SMA Negeri 2 Kuok. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinan diketahui bahwa besarnya pengaruh persepsi pembelajaran online terhadap variabel disiplin belajar siswa yaitu sebesar 0,580 atau dalam persentase yaitu sebesar 58% bahwa persepsi pembelajaran online mempengaruhi disiplin belajar siswa. Sedangkan sisanya 42% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini.

Get PDFThe background to the implementation of this service is that the assessment of reading literacy competence is one of the assessments carried out by schools and the government in mapping the overall quality of students in the aspect of reading literacy. Therefore, students need to get reading literacy questions as their provision and experience to face the assessment. Teachers as the frontline in training and teaching students must also have the competence to make reading literacy questions based on AKM. Initial information was obtained by the teacher's obstacles in making reading literacy questions based on AKM. These constraints are 1. Setting an interesting stimulus and according to the student's level. 2. Create a question model that is in accordance with the AKM level. 3. Make a form of complex multiple choice questions. 4. determine the assessment criteria of each form of questions. 5. Determine the question indicators. These constraints become a reference and basis for giving workshops to participants. The results of PKM activities can be concluded that activities can provide experience to participants in making AKM-based reading literacy questions. Participants or teachers are very happy to get the training. As a result, it is expected that teachers can expand and create reading literacy questions that require critical thinking skills. Furthermore, it is hoped that all participants can inspire other teachers in their respective schools
Meningkatkan Pemahaman Dan Pelatihan Web Design Untuk Siswa SMK N 1 Kandis
Get PDFPenerapan teknologi informasi khususnya web telah banyak dan tersebar dari seluruh aspek kehidupan seperti bidang pendidikan, bisnis, pemerintah dan masih banyak bidang lainnya. Permasalahan yang kita hadapi saat ini, tidak banyak ahli yang menguasai pembuatan Web Design, sehingga membuat usaha dalam bidang website tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Untuk itu baiknya peserta didik yang ada dibangku sekolah menengah diberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut terkait web yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan serta menumbuhkan rasa keingintahuan mereka dimasa sekolah. Maka akan dilakukan kegiatan PkM yang akan dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Kandis, di mana peserta merupakan siswa-siswi jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ). Kegiatan akan dilaksanakan dua tahap, pemaparan materi dan pelatihan membuat Web Design sederhana untuk mengenalkan dan membiasakan serta menumbuhkan rasa penasaran kepada peserta terhadap perkembangan teknologi terkini untuk menunjang niat belajar agar bisa bersaing dimasa yang akan datang. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mengikuti kegiatan peserta menjadi lebih mengerti akan Web Design dan mampu menggunakan HTML dan CSS serta membuat tampilan web sederhana di mana tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 100% (69.2% merasa sangat puas dan 30,8% merasa puas)
