PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK SEBAGAI CAMPURAN MEDIA TUMBUH BABY KAILAN (Brassica oleracea L.) SECARA VERTIKULTUR
Get PDFThe research aims to determine the effect of the addition of some organic fertilizers as a mixed growing medium for growth and yield of baby kailan and to get the best type of organic fertilizer to support the growth and yield of baby kailan plants in viticulture. The research was carried out at the the Experimental farm of the Agriculture Faculty, Riau University. The research took time four months, starting from February to May 2019 and the experiment, which consisted of four treatments and arranged using a completely randomized block design (RBD) of organic fertilizer, consisted of Cow manure, Goat manure, Chicken manure, and Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunches (OPEFB) compost. The observed parameters were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), fresh weight per plant (g), plant weight for consumption per plant (g), and root volume (ml). The observational data were analysed using the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) program. The results showed that the OPEFB compost treatment provided the best for the growth and yield of baby kailan. OPEFB compost gave the best results for all parameters.
 
ANALISIS PEMASARAN DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHATANI UBI KAYU DI KELURAHAN BALAI RAJA KECAMATAN PINGGIR KABUPATEN BENGKALIS PROVINSI RIAU
Get PDFBalai Raja Village is one of the centers of cassava production in Pinggir District of Bengkalis Regency in Riau Province with production of 35 tons/ha. This research aims to find out and analyze the characteristics of farmers and traders of cassava, the marketing channels and institutions, marketing costs, marketing margin, marketing profits, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency of cassava farm business, and the cassava farming business development strategy. This study was used survey method during for 6 (six) months from July to December 2020. The results showed that the farmers was still productive life, the level of education of farmers was relatively low, namely junior high school graduation, the average length of experience was 4 years, and the number of farmers' families was 3 people. The average age of cassava traders was still productive life, the level of education of trader was relatively high, namely high school graduation, the average experience was 5 years, and the number of family member was 3 people. The marketing channel had only 1 marketing channel, namely farmer-trader - tapioca factory. Marketing cost was IDR 155/kg, marketing margin was IDR 200/kg, marketing net margin was IDR 45/kg, farmer's share was 75%. Marketing efficiency was 19.37%. The results of the analysis of the cassava farming business development strategy in the village of Pinggir district of Bengkalis Regency was in quadrant 1, namely the S-O. The alternative strategy obtained was based on the S-O strategy, namely the availability of land and skilled labor. It can meet the increasing demand for cassava production. By using superior wood seedlings and government support in providing extension, it can be expanded due to the development of cassava processing industry

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of chicken manure and buffalo manure on the growth and production of maggot and to determine the percentage of the best combination of chicken manure and buffalo dung on the growth and production of maggot. This study used a completely randomized design with five treatments and three replications, consisting of treatments P1: Chicken Manure (100%), P2: Buffalo Manure (25%) + Chicken Manure (75%), P3: Buffalo Manure (50%) + Chicken Manure (50%), P4: Buffalo Manure (75%) + Chicken Manure (25%), and P5: Buffalo Manure (100%). The results showed that the best treatment was found on P2: Buffalo Manure (25%) + Chicken Manure (75%) with maggot weight growth of P2 0.143 g, maggot length growth of 1.49 cm, maggot daily growth rate of 1.02%, and 93.00 gr for maggot production

Get PDFCooperatives are one of the people's economic forums. The form of economic democracy in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution is cooperative. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of cooperative values in providing an impact on the business sustainability of MSME actors. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and FGDs. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model, with the NVIVO 12 program. The results showed that the cooperative values in the batik community were beneficial for members in obtaining capital and ease of production and marketing.Koperasi merupakan salah satu wadah ekonomi rakyat. Bentuk dari demokrasi ekonomi dalam pasal 33 UUD 1945 adalah koperasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran nilai-nilai koperasi dalam memberikan dampak bagi keberlanjutan usaha pelaku UMKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, pengamatan, dan FGD. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman, dengan program NVIVO 12. Efektivitas Pembelajaran Daring Terhadap Hasil Belajar PAI Di SMP Negeri 3 Rantau Panjang Ogan Ilir
Get PDFThe coronavirus (covid-19) has had a considerable impact on education, with the issuance of policies on online learning to prevent the spread of covid-19. The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the effectiveness of online learning in Islamic Education lessons, (2) to determine the learning outcomes of Islamic Education, and (3) to determine the relationship between the effectiveness of online learning in Islamic Education lessons to the learning outcomes of Islamic Education at SMP Negeri 3 Rantau Panjang Ogan Ilir Even Semester 2020-2021 academic year. The research sample consisted of 136 students. This research used quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The results showed that online learning at SMP Negeri 3 Rantau Panjang Ogan Ilir was quite effective, seen from 69% (94 byondents), even though the online learning application was only WhatsApp. However, these results can only be seen from cognitive knowledge, while PAI lessons were only said to be successful when applied to daily actions. Suggestions from researchers SMP Negeri 3 Rantau Panjang Ogan Ilir should use applications such as: Zoom, google classroom, and e-learning and not only use the WhatsApp application
Penerapan Positive Teaching Sebagai Langkah Awal Dalam Membangun Sekolah Positif Di Sekolah YLPI (Yayasan Lembaga Pendidikan Islam)
Get PDFOne critical factor students influence learning a better direction lies in qualified teachers. One indicator of teacher quality application is positive teaching. This study aims to which teachers in schools to implement positive teaching. The subjects in this study consisted of teachers SD, SMP and SMA at Pekanbaru Islamic Education Foundation (YLPI). This study used a simple random sampling technique with a total number of samples is 60 people. Data was collected using a positive teaching scale which has 8 component scales, a) attention, b) trust, c) respect for differences, d) goals, e) planning, f) motivation, g) expectations and h) contributions to the community. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive with percentage method. The results showed that the percentage of large, medium and low components was in the trust component as many as 12 people (20%), community contributions as many as 49 people (81,66%), and goals as many as 11 people (18,33%). And it is known that the application of positive schools through positive teaching is in the medium category, which is 73,33%

No full textThis study aims to identify and explain the provision of teacher compensation and its obstacles at the Pasir Putih Adventist College, Baru Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The type of research is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained secondary and primary with the internal population from all middle school teachers right/index and the Principal of the Pasir Putih Adventist School, amounting to 9 people. The entire population was used as a research sample with a census sampling technique. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the results of the previous data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: Compensation for the teachers of the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School is good or 77.8%. These results are in accordance with the responses submitted by each research indicator, namely the direct compensation indicator received by the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School teacher which is in the good category. The teachers have received salaries, incentives, and allowances provided by the foundation every month. Then this indirect compensation indicator is in a good category. These results certainly have provided an illustration that the compensation applied by the foundation in the form of indirect compensation has been very good, so it is hoped that this incentive indicator can also have a good impact on teacher achievement. This research was conducted to examine and examine how the compensation for traffic accident victims of PT Jasa Raharja Representative Medan, and to find out the obstacles that occurred in the process of submitting traffic accident claims. The method used in this research is qualitative where the data is obtained by conducting interviews and also sourced from the literature. The results of this study indicate that the control in providing compensation for PT Jasa Raharja Representatives of Medan to victims of traffic accidents has been carried out quite well. Judging from the response of employees who judged that the process of providing compensation, policies, and timeliness had been carried out well. PT Jasa Raharja performs its duties in accordance with its commitment to serving traffic accident victims. But there are also obstacles in applying for compensation funds, this is due to the fact that there are still many people who do not understand what are the requirements to apply for compensation, such as a certificate from the police

Get PDFWith the decreasing of world oil reserves, energy savings programs have started across the entire world. Recently, Indonesia has now become one of the importing countries for crude oil. Biomass gasification sustainability, especially in Indonesia, is very guaranteed because of the abundant availability of biomass in Indonesia. The goals of this study are examine the 5 kW diesel generator performance against various load with diesel fuel and diesel fuel plus syngas (synthetic gas) from sawdust. This research was carried out at Renewable Energy Laboratorium of Engineering Faculty UNTIRTA. The author performed this research using 5,2 kW total load of halogen lamp. In this research the load used was only at 3.2 kW because of the "not optimal condition" of the diesel generator resulting in not optimal engine rotation. Diesel generator power value at low loading point was increased. Whereas, at high loading point was decreased.
