Get PDFThe problems discussed in this study are How Students' Ability to Write Exposition Text Based on Exposition Text Structure and How Students' Ability to Write Exposition Text Based on Linguistic Rules of Exposition Text. This study aims to describe, analyze, interpret, and conclude information and data about the ability to write expository texts based on the structure and linguistic rules of exposition texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Apit District, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency, Academic Year 2022/2023. The population in this study were all students of class VIII.4, totaling 28 people. The sample used is a saturated/full sample. The results of the research on students' ability to write exposition texts are based on the structure and rules of exposition texts. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative research approach. Writing exposition texts based on the exposition text structure is in the sufficient category (69.34), writing exposition texts based on exposition language rules is in the sufficient category (70). It can be concluded that the average ability of students to write exposition texts for Class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Apit District, Siak Sri Indrapura Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year is 69.67 which is categorized as sufficient and the hypothesis is accepted
Analisis Relasi Makna dalam Editorial Media Indonesia
Get PDFSemantics is a branch of linguistics that studies meaning. One of the studies of semantics is the relation of meaning which is interpreted as a link between one form of language and another. In the September 2022 editorial of Media Indonesia, there are words and sentences that are related to meaning. This study aims to describe, analyze, interpret, and conclude the relation of meaning in Media Indonesia editorial. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The type of research used is literature study. The method used in this research is content analysis method. Data collection techniques used are hermeneutic techniques and documentation techniques. The validity technique used is theoretical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, 7 forms of meaning relations were obtained in the September 2022 editorial of Media Indonesia, namely: 1) synonyms; 2) antonyms; 3) polysemy; 4) homonymy; 5) hyponymy; 6) ambiguity; and 7) redundancy. Thus, the results of this study indicate that Media Indonesia has words and sentences that are related to meaning which makes these sentences firm and interesting. However, not everyone masters such a broad vocabulary. Therefore, the editor must pay attention to words and sentences before being published to the public

In researching literary works, qualitative research data were obtained by combining data from the film My Idiot Brother which is related to language disorders of people with autism. In addition, researchers also studied various other sources, such as journal articles and other research as information material about language disorders of people with autism. The research results obtained by researchers at the phonological level of language disorders in the character Hendra in the film My Idiot Brother are (1) the omission of phonemes. The form of mistakes that occur in Hendra's character is: the utterances issued by Hendra's character sometimes change. (2) irregularity. In the story of the character Hendra in the film My Idiot Brother, the pronunciation of the word is irregular, including [robot] becomes [obot], [make] becomes [uat], and the word [ayok] becomes [aiyo]
Penggunaan Metode Scrambel dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Pada Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas 2 SDN 13 Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran Scramble siswa kelas II SDN 13 Rambutan, Kecamatan Rambutan Kabupaten Banyuasin, berjumlah 27 peserta didik dengan 22 siswa laki-laki dan 5 siswa perempuan dengan kemampuan heterogen. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dengan dua siklus. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dinilai sesuai batas Kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dan analisis rata-rata untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan membaca peserta didik Ketika penerapan model pembelajaran Scramble. Dari hasil peneilitian diketahui bahwa jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM pada prasiklus hanya 11 orang (40%), siklus I sebanyak 6 orang (22,2%), dan siklus II sebanyak 3 orang (11%). Nilai yang ditunjukkan bahwa manfaat pembelajaran dengan Scrambel sangat baik dan selesai pada siklus 2. Artinya pembelajaran dengan metode Scrambel mampu meningkatkan daya baca peserta didik

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh suasana toko (store atmosphere) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen di Swalayan Subur Jaya Desa Buatan II Kec. Koto Gasib. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian Survey deskriptif dengan metode penelitian Kuantitatif karena peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan cara menganalisis data dan dengan mendeskripsikan data dengan cara melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental sampling yaitu untuk konsumen yang berjumlah 92 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji-t didapat bahwa store atmosphere (X) dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05 atau t-hitung 6,412>0,207, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara persial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di swalayan Subur Jaya Desa Buatan II Kec. Koto Gasib. Nilai Rsquare (R²) sebesar 0,314 atau (31,4 %) ini menjelaskan bahwa Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di swalayan subur jaya desa buatan II Kec. Koto Gasib sedangkan sisanya sebesar 68,6% (100%-31,4%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, maka penulis memberikan masukan dan saran terhadap swalayan subur jaya desa buatan II Kec. Koto Gasib untuk dapat memperhatikan store atmosphere dalam memasarkan produk untuk kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen
Exploring stress levels and physical activity patterns: A comparative analysis of blended and conventional learning methods
Get PDFChanges in learning methods cause a crucial decrease in physical education needs and time of involvement in physical activity, which can affect individual stress levels. The objective of this study was to find out the comparison of physical activity patterns and stress levels between blended versus conventional learning methods. This study used quasi-experimental with a posttest-only approach with a control group design. The total subjects were 160 sports students from Universitas Jambi, who were divided into two groups (Experiment and Control) with average age of 21.69 ± 1.33 years, weight of 55.74 ± 6.48 kg, height of 170.10 ± 5.51 cm, and BMI of 21.06 ± 2.77 kg/m2. The results showed that the blended learning group had a lower level of physical activity when compared to their respective conventional groups. Furthermore, the stress level in the blended learning group had a moderate stress while the conventional group had a low-stress. Thus, the research findings have answered the question that physical activity can affect an individual’s stress level, and conventional learning methods are still the best method compared to blended learning methods. This finding can be used as a reference, especially for educators, both lecturers and teachers in schools, to be able to take a spiritual approach and invite students to do activities they like, such as exercise and recreation, to trigger a sense of enthusiasm in students to continue to improve their fitness degree. Therefore, this will have an impact on mental health, which can affect student stress levels much lower

The city of Palembang is one of the cities in Indonesia that is trying to develop E-government in carrying out administrative affairs in its government. However, in the continuation of the use of E-government in the city of Palembang, many face problems and various problems so that it has not been able to run optimally as expected. to the people of Palembang. The purpose of this research is to find out how to evaluate the use of e-government websites at the Demang Lebaran urban village office. The theory used in this study uses a model developed by Stuflebeam known as the CIPP Evaluation Model. CIPP stands for this theory indicator, namely Context, Input, Process, Product. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-government websites among the people of the village of Demang Lebar Daun has not been going well until now. This is because there is still little public interest in using the website, this is because people think it is easier to do offline services to the office. Another obstacle reason is that there are still many people who are not digitally literate and are not accustomed to using cellphone devices, especially among the elderly. . So that this is a big task for the village of Demang Lebar Daun to continue to try to maximize the function of this e-government website
Peran Ibu Tunggal dalam Menjaga Kesehatan Mental Anak Usia Dini
Get PDFThe role of single mothers greatly influences children's mental health. The aim of this research is to find out the role of single mothers on children's mental health, the negative impact on children's mental health, and efforts to prevent mental health disorders in early childhood. The method used by this research is a case study which is presented as a qualitative descriptive research type with narrative data presentation, as well as data obtained through observation and interviews. In this study, the subject was a girl who experienced mental health problems aged 5-6 years due to the absence of a father figure in her life. The results of the research obtained are the role of single mothers who only provide physical needs without thinking about the psychological condition or mental health of the child. This gives rise to behavior that makes children become quiet, emotional, insecure, like to daydream due to lack of communication with the people around them. This mental health disorder in children requires serious efforts by single mothers or the adults around them, so that it does not have a negative impact on the child's development in the future.

هذا البحث يهداف إلى تعرف فعالية طريقة السمعية الشفوية في زيادة الدافع لتعلم اللغة العربية لطلاب المدرسة الثانوية النجاح منطقة بوكيت رايا مدينة باكنبارو. إن طريقة البحث المستخدمة للإجابة على صياغة المشكلات والفرضيات التي تمت صياغتها هي الطريقة التجريبية مع تصميم مجموعة ضابطة تجريبية حقيقية قبل الاختبار وبعدها وبنوع البحث الكمي. بناءً على الإخراج، فإن قيمة Sig. (2- الذيل) من 0.036 <0.05 ، ويمكن استنتاج أن هناك فرقًا معنويًا بين متوسط الدافع لطلاب لتعلم اللغة العربية بين نموذج التعلم للطريقة السمعية الشفوية مقارنة بالنموذج التقليدي. "هناك تأثير بين استخدام طريقة السمعية الشفوية في زيادة دافعية الطلاب لتعلم اللغة العربية في مدرسة الثاوية النجاح منطقة بوكيت رايا مدينة باكنبارو مقارنة بالطرق التقليدية، توضح الفرضية أن المتوسط نتائج دافع الطلاب لتعلم اللغة العربية باستخدام طريقة السمعية الشفوية 34.2069 والطريقة التقليدية 31.8462 ".

Unleashing the potential of blended learning: An in-depth investigation in Indonesia and Malaysia
Get PDFA limited literature on mixed method research to reveal the effect of blended learning in physical education turn out to be a gap in this research. Therefore, our study aims to investigate the perceptions of teachers about the effects, effectiveness, and challenges of blended learning in physical education classes through mixed-methods research. This study adopted a mixed-methods type with a mixed methods research. There were 12 participants involved in this study, which included elementary school teachers (n=4) and high school teachers (n=4) from Indonesia and elementary school teachers (n=2) and high school teachers (n=2) from Malaysia. The qualitative instrument included in-depth interviews. While, the quantitative instrument used a questionnaire. The qualitative study used statistical analysis with qualitative thematic methods. Meanwhile, in the quantitative study, all responses from 12 analyses were to find the frequency and percentage values of each response. Based on the results of the qualitative study, the majority of teachers perceived that blended learning in physical education classes had a significant effect on the development of students' domains and it was effective to implement physical education learning in elementary schools and high schools. While, results of quantitative study show that the biggest challenges due to the implementation of blended learning in physical education were the lack of technological facilities (86.2%), lack of understanding of teachers and students (72.7%), poor internet connection (64.8%), and limited learning duration in offline classes (50.0%). Therefore, the results of this study are essential and must be evaluated continuously, so that the physical education learning process through blended learning in a sustainable manner can have a positive effect on students at all levels of education in Indonesia and Malaysia or other countries in the world
