Integrated Completion Study for Hpht Sour Gas Well Development in Carbonate Reservoir X
Get PDFThe increasing need for energy sources and the decreasing available reserves have promoted oil and gas companies to explore and manage marginal reservoirs, such as the sour gaseous environment. This is to maintain the balance of energy supply and demand. Due to the supply of Natuna Gas Field, the gap in gas supply-demand is likely to decrease by 20%, as regards the example of a potential sour gaseous environment (Batubara, 2015). Therefore, the immediate development of this potential source is very relevant. The sour field approximately shares 40% of Indonesia’s total gas reserve with 75% recovery, at an estimated OGIP of 222 TSCF. However, this environment is economically unproductive due to having high carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) contents, which are toxic and corrosive. Based on previous studies, the X-reserves reportedly contained 32% CO2 and 7072 ppm H2S, with fluid gravity of 42 API. This discretionary source of CO2 was recently brought into production from a well with a depth of 8400 ft, perforated at a limited interval of 7100 to 7700 ft. The harsh environment presented many challenges to the completion of the design, as well as the need to incorporate corrosion effects with unique equipment and material selection for the tubular structure. Therefore, this study aims to determine reservoir fluids and production performance, as well as also predict the corrosivity of dissolved CO2 in the natural gas. With the simulation and prediction, the proper material and equipment selection was obtained, based on the required sour service. The results showed that the wet gas reservoir of the X-field produced an optimum rate of 19.1063 MMSCFD. Get PDFA language is a communication tool used by humans to exchange information between individuals, both in the form of ideas, feelings, and emotions. Every communication process carried out by humans produces speech acts. This study aimed to describe the communication function and strategy for realizing directive speech acts in the collection of short stories Pandawa Kurawa by Agus Hiplunudin. The method used was descriptive qualitative with a pragmatic theory approach. The data source was a collection of Pandawa Kurawa short stories by Agus Hiplunudin. The data was collected through a reading-note technique which was then analyzed descriptively. The research data analysis was carried out by identifying the data, reducing the data, presenting the data, interpreting the data, and concluding the interpretation results. The results showed that the collection of Pandawa Kurawa short stories by Agus Hiplunudin contains a variety of communication functions and strategies for the realization of directive speech acts. The directive speech act was found in communication functions including advising, asking, demanding, ordering, forcing, suggesting, challenging, complaining, encouraging, and asking. Further, the strategies used to realize directive speech acts include a speech strategy without small talk, a speech strategy with positive politeness, and a speech strategy with negative politeness
Gaya Bahasa dalam Cerpen Pilihan Kompas 2018 “Doa Yang Terapung” dan Pemanfataannya dalam Pembelajaran Prosa Fiksi di Sekolah Menengah Atas
Get PDFThis study aims to describe and explain the use of language style in two short stories "Aroma Doa Bilal Jawad" and "Kapotjes and Batu Terapung" in Kompas Choice Short Story 2018 "Floating Prayer". The results of language style analysis in both short stories are also intended to find out its relevance as a teaching material of fictional prose for high school students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Taking research subjects using purposive sampling technique. The data validity test used source triangulation and theory triangulation. This study uses flow data analysis techniques (flow model of analysis). The results showed that there were 12 types of language style with the frequency of data use in the two short stories as many as 54 data. Mesodiplosys and anaphora were the most dominant styles used, with percentages of 22.2% and 20.37%. Anadiplosys style, metonimies style, and hyperbolic language style are the least used language styles, with a percentage of 1%. The results of the analysis concluded that the Kompas 2018 Choice of Short Story Collection (Floating Prayer), especially in the short story titled "Aroma Doa Bilal Jawad", and "Kapotjes and Batu Yang Terapung" are said to be relevant and can be used as literary learning materials in grade XI high school student

Get PDFThis study was a qualitative descriptive study to describe the design and implementation of problem-based learning models and determine the teachers' obstacles in teaching explanation text of the eleventh grade at SMK Negeri 3 Kudus. The subjects of this study were teachers and eleventh-grade students of SMK Negeri 3 Kudus. The methods of data collection in this study were observation and interview records. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive methods. The research's findings are that teachers arrange problem-based learning models in the lesson plan based on the components of the 2013 curriculum. Secondly, teachers apply problem-based learning models that conform to problem syntax. Third, the obstacles encountered when applying problem-based learning models to teach explanation text came from the teacher's experience in identifying interesting topics and the teacher's ability in the time management needed for learning because this learning model requires a longer time. From the student's point of view, more attention is needed to describe the differences in student abilities. Further, the lack of ability to think critically becomes a challenging obstacle for teachers because the problem-based learning model requires students to be able to think critically

Get PDFFall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda J. E. Smith) is a major pest of corn. The usual control is the use of synthetic insecticides, but the continuous or unwise use of synthetic insecticides will harm humans and the environment. Therefore an alternative insecticide, called botanical pesticide that is safe and environmentally friendly such as extract citronella extract (Cymbopogon nardus L.) is needed. The purpose of this study was to obtain an effective extract concentration of Cymbopogon nardus L.to control S. frugiperda. The research was conducted at the Plant Pest Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Pekanbaru. The study was done from August to September 2020. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications with the concentration was 2 ml.l-1 water, 4 ml.l-1 water, 6 ml.l-1 water, 8 ml.l-1 water, 10 ml.l-1 water and without extract as a control. The result of the research showed that the concentration of 6 ml.l-1 water was able to control the S. frugiperda and could cause total mortality of 80% with an initial time of death of 6.75 hours after application, 50 lethal times of 40.50 hours
Edmodo Sebagai Media Alternatif Pada Pembelajaran Daring Di Sekolah Dasar Selama Masa Pandemi
Get PDFThis research is a literature study with a qualitative approach that aims to describe the role of Edmodo as an alternative media for online learning in elementary schools during the pandemic. In this study, the author uses various written sources from scientific articles originating from national and international journals as well as documents that are considered relevant to the study in this research. The results of the study show that Edmodo has a role as an online learning media that can be seen from the features it contains, including: note (notes), assignment (tasks), poll (election), quiz (quiz), library (library). Thus Edmodo is one of the effective alternative media to be used in online learning in elementary schools during the pandemic. One of the obstacles faced by elementary school students in using Edmodo as an alternative online learning media during the pandemic is the tendency for one-way learning and the lack of interaction between students and teachers and between fellow students, which results in learning not going as expected.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran edmodo sebagai media alternatif pada pembelajaran daring di Sekolah Dasar selama masa pandemi. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan berbagai sumber tertulis dari artikel ilmiah yang berasal dari jurnal nasional dan internasional serta dokumen-dokumen yang dianggap relevan dengan kajian dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Edmodo memiliki peran sebagai media pembelajaran daring dapat ditinjau dari fitur-fitur yang ada didalamnya, antara lain: note (catatan), assignment (tugas), poll (pemilihan), quiz (kuis), library (perpustakaan). Dengan demikian Edmodo adalah salah satu media alternatif yang efektif untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran daring di Sekolah Dasar selama masa pandemi. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi peserta didik sekolah dasar dalam penggunaan edmodo sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi adalah cenderung pembelajaran satu arah dan kurangnya interaksi antar peserta didik ke guru serta antar sesame peserta didik yang mengakibatkan pembelajaran tidak berjalan sesuai harapan

Hotel Stefani Syariah Pekanbaru provides compensation in the form of financial compensation and non-financial compensation to its employees; this aims to meet the needs of its employees so that employees feel satisfied and are expected to improve their performance. This study aims to analyze compensation in enhancing employee performance. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely analyzing, describing, and summarizing various conditions and situations from multiple data collected either in the form of interviews or observations about the problems studied that occur in the field. The results of this study are based on the results of interviews and analysis of compensation in improving employee performance at Hotel Stefani Syariah Pekanbaru, which is related to financial compensation and non-financial compensation to enhance employee performance. Thus, the initial assumption of some employees who complain that the compensation they receive is not satisfactory is not entirely correct because it is contrary to the results of interviews, which show a positive impact, which means that employees are satisfied with the compensation they receive
Pemanfaatan Obat Bahan Alam Untuk Menjaga Imunitas Tubuh Berdasarkan Kajian Etnobotani Dan Thibbun Nabawi
Get PDFIndonesia has 9.47% of the total plant species in the world. Plants of various kinds are a gift from God to be chosen and used as a cure for many diseases. The high biodiversity of plants also supports the development of traditional elements of society which are reflected in their use, especially as medicines. This study aims to explain the use of traditional medicine to maintain the immune system from ethnobotany and thibbun nabawi. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research involving key informants. The data was obtained by snowball sampling and analyzed by inductive technique. This study revealed that the people of Tiris used 18 types of natural medicines to maintain body immunity during the pandemic. People also used other minerals such as honey, eggs, and eucalyptus oil for herbs. The highest used value (UV) is 0,70, namely temu kunci (Boesenbergia pandurata), and the result of calculating the ICF value for this natural medicine is 0,68. This utilization is an effort to deal with a pandemic by thibbun nabawi, using herbs and honey
PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMASARAN USAHA JASA WEDDING ORGANIZER TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA UD. JULIA PELAMINAN PEKANBARU
Get PDFThis research was aimed to find out and analyze the influence of marketing strategy of the wedding organizer service business to customer satisfaction at UD. Julia Pelaminan Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study took place at UD. Julia Courtyard Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 42 consumers. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. To obtain data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. In analyzing the data the author uses a simple regression formula. The results of the study concluded that the value of correlation and determination (R2) was 0.992 or 99.20% according to the standard of the Guilford category. The influence of service business marketing strategy on satisfaction is 0.984 or 98.40% while 1.60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Result of calculated F (2510,337) > F table (1,481) with Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. This means that the independent variables (service marketing strategy) together have a significant effect on the independent variable (consumer satisfaction).
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran usaha jasa wedding organizer terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada UD. Julia Pelaminan Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi pada UD. Julia Pelaminan Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen sebanyak 42 orang. Jenis data yang dipergunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Untuk mendapatkan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan rumus regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa nilai korelasi dan determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,992 atau sebesar 99,20% menurut standar kategori Guilford tingkat keeratan antara strategi pemasaran usaha jasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah Kuat atau hubungannya Kuat. Pengaruh strategi pemasaran usaha jasa terhadap kepuasan sebesar 0,984 atau sebesar 98,40% sedangkan 1,60% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil F hitung (2510,337) > F tabel (1,481) dengan Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. Artinya adalah bahwa variabel independen (strategi pemasaran jasa) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel independen (kepuasan konsumen).
