Pengaruh Heat Treatment Pada Sifat Mekanis Dan Ketahanan Korosi Baja Karbon Rendah
No full textLow carbon steel ASTM A-36 is widely used in structural construction due to its strength, toughness, and ease of processing. This study aims to analyze the effect of heat treatment with variations in cooling media on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of this steel. Heat treatment was conducted at 850°C for 50 minutes, followed by cooling using oil, air, and furnace. Testing included tensile tests, microstructure analysis, and corrosion tests using the weight loss method with a saline solution. The results showed a maximum tensile strength of 405.9 MPa with air cooling, whereas without heat treatment, the tensile strength was only 373.7 MPa. The maximum elongation of 17.50% was obtained with oil cooling, while the minimum elongation of 8.85% was observed in the untreated specimens. Microstructure analysis revealed that fine pearlite in oil cooling improved toughness, while furnace cooling resulted in larger grain structures that were softer. In the corrosion test, air cooling showed the lowest weight loss and corrosion rate, with the smallest corrosion rate of 0.085 mm/y achieved in the aircooled specimens. Air cooling was proven to provide the best balance of strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance, making it the optimal choice for structural applications

No full textAlong with the rapid development of the livestock cultivation sector in Indonesia, the need for animal feed has also increased. So far, most poultry farmers still buy animal feed retail at food stores or retailers, so the profits tend to be small. One effort that can be made to increase farmers' income/profits is usually done by using natural ingredients or organic waste. However, it is necessary to improve the production process in processing animal feed, one effort that can be done is by producing animal feed in the form of pellets with uniform sizes. The aim of this research is to design and build a vertical pellet printing machine with an automatic system. In this research, an Android-based remote control system with Arduino UNO as a microcontroller and with 2 engine rotation variations. With this machine, it is hoped that its operation will be easier so that the manufacturer's work will be more efficient. This design uses a 1.5 HP electric motor with a rotation of 2800 rpm. The results of 3 trials with a fixed shaft rotation of 1050 rpm, this pellet printing machine was able to produce 19.49 kg/hour and the efficiency of the milled pellet making material was 91.3%

No full textLegal protection against overtime is the right of every worker that must be fulfilled by the company in accordance with Article 78 of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. In this regulation, companies are required to pay overtime wages to workers who work beyond the specified operating hours. However, in a case that occurred at one of the Indomaret companies on Jalan Swakarya, Pekanbaru City, a violation of this provision was found, where workers did not receive full overtime wages as stipulated in the laws and regulations. This shows the importance of enforcing labor laws to protect workers' rights and ensure that companies fulfill their obligations. The formulation of the problem raised by the author is based on the background of the problem. First, How is the legal protection for workers who work beyond working hours at Indomaret Jalan Swakarya Panam which is not in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Second, What are the obstacles in enforcing legal protection for workers who work beyond working hours at Indomaret Jalan Swakarya Panam Pekanbaru. The research conducted is empirical because the author obtains data based on the results of the research. The nature of the research conducted is qualitative sociological, namely research conducted by going directly to the field to find out the reasons and forms of legal protection from companies that do not pay workers' overtime wages. The author uses data collection to collect data with data instruments obtained from interviews, observations, and library books. The author in drawing conclusions uses a deductive method by taking a problem from the specific to the general. Legal protection for workers against companies that do not pay their full workers' rights can be done by reporting the company to the Manpower Office, this is necessary because the company does not fulfill its obligation to pay workers' overtime wages and has violated the provisions of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. In enforcing legal protection for workers who do not receive overtime wages, more intensive socialization and education are needed regarding workers' rights and obligations. In addition, strengthening supervision by the Manpower Office and the active role of labor unions are important steps in ensuring that workers' rights are fulfilled and companies carry out their obligations in accordance with applicable regulations

No full textA cooperation agreement is a contract that regulates the collaborative relationship between two parties, outlining their obligations, rights, responsibilities, and other legal aspects that bind the parties during the cooperation period.This cooperation agreement ensures that the management of oil palm plantations in Riau Province is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, aimed at implementing the "JAGA ZAPIN" program, particularly in addressing various legal issues related to investment, licensing, and economic activities in the agricultural sector and the processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into Crude Palm Oil (CPO), while also preventing deviations that harm the state and society. It further aims to support an investment climate that promotes economic growth in Riau Province. The main issue in this research is how the legal power of the parties involved in the cooperation agreement between the Riau Provincial Plantation Service and the Riau High Prosecutor's Office regarding the implementation of the "Jaga Zapin" program can be examined under the Ministry of Agriculture Regulation No. 1 of 2018. Additionally, this research aims to explore the role of the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office in protecting the implementation of the "Jaga Zapin" program as seen from the perspective of the same regulation. This is particularly important in the context of Palm Oil Mills (PKS) that harm palm oil farmers by setting the price of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) far below the price determined by the Riau Provincial Plantation Service. This Final Project uses observational research methods aimed at observing and describing the phenomena that occur. The data used consists of primary data from interviews and secondary data from laws, books, journals, articles, and research literature. The result of the author's research is that the legal strength of the parties in the cooperation agreement between the Riau Provincial Plantation Office and the Riau High Prosecutor's Office regarding the implementation of the Jaga Zapin program, as reviewed from the Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 1 of 2018, has not yet fully and clearly regulated all provisions in an efficient manner, which disadvantages palm oil farmers concerning the price of fresh fruit bunches. Furthermore, the establishment of the cooperation agreement between the Riau Provincial Plantation Office and the Riau High Prosecutor's Office can provide legal assistance to the disadvantaged parties. The role of the Riau High Prosecutor's Office in protecting the implementation of the Jaga Zapin program has not been optimal in prioritizing transformative law enforcement based on local values, particularly for farmers and plantation workers in Riau Province

This research uses a Descriptive Analysis approach with Qualitative Methods and the theory of musical function proposed by Alan P. Merriam (1964). The location of this research was carried out in Nagari Andiang, Suliki District, Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province, involving 7 sources. Data was collected through interviews, observations and documentation that focused on the Talempong music group and the community in Nagari Andiang. The results of this research show that Talempong music has various functions, including; 1) Function as emotional expression, 2) Function as a medium of entertainment, 3) Function as physical reaction, 4) Function as validation of social institutions, 5) Function as cultural preservation, 6) and Function as integration of society in randai performances

According to the Great Indonesian Dictionary, the meaning of flood is that there is a lot of water and also heavy water, it happens because of the accumulation of rainwater so that it overflows. Floods are a problem that is routinely faced by people who have a place to live on the banks of rivers and in urban areas. Pekanbaru City is one of the areas that is included in the flood-prone area, the material is said that the City of Pekanbaru is included in the red zone related to flooding, judging from the majority of existing areas are swampy areas and riversides. The National Flood Management Agency (BNPB) noted that Pekanbaru City is one of the flood-prone cities on the island of Sumatra. With this problem, the author found a solution for the Pekanbaru Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in building a flood detection model system in the area where the flood-prone point is located, the author uses the NodeMCU microcontroller, HC SR 04 Ultrasonic Sensor, and Water Level Sensor where the way it works is when the water level has exceeded the limit set by the ultrasonic sensor then using a GPS sensor where to detect the location the model will provide a notification in the form of a location point to Telegram. Where devices that can detect flood water by monitoring using locations and using IoT services. With the Internet of Things (IoT) service, flood data collection sends telegram notification alerts to officers. The application of this technology can be an alternative to flood detection systems on the road

The result of this research is that the system can help Ujung Batu Village V to provide information about village profiles, village vision and mission, village data, village news, tourism and MSME advertisements, black box testing produces information is valid or as expected and user acceptance test (UAT) has a presentation of success. test (UAT) has a success presentation of 84%

No full textWithdrawing or confiscating debtors' motorbikes does not only occur at customers' homes, and debt collectors act as criminals who confiscate debtors' vehicles while they are driving on the street. To provide a deterrent effect against criminals, efforts are made to control criminal acts against the perpetrators, namely by providing criminal sanctions in the form of law enforcement to perpetrators of criminal acts. The main problem in this research is how to enforce the law against debt collectors who seize motorbikes from leasing debtors in the jurisdiction of the Pekanbaru City Police and what obstacles the police face in carrying out law enforcement. The research method uses a normative and empirical juridical approach, the data used is secondary data and primary data for the implementation of the study which was carried out using library research and field studies, the data analysis used by the researcher was qualitative. From the results of the author's research and discussion, it shows that law enforcement against debt collectors who confiscate consumers' vehicles on the road means that the public as debtors can report all forms of criminal acts committed by debt collectors to the police if they feel that the debt collector's actions in collecting debts cause losses to debtors, according to Law Number 2 of 2002 which regulates the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia. The conclusion of this research is that in situations where the police must be more sensitive to prospective and actual community concerns, they must also be actively involved in outreach to the community. which invites the public to take part in helping law enforcers carry out their duties, which are more than just eradicating crime, by offering to be placed as witnesses to avoid obstacles in the investigation process. The criminal acts that can occur include Article 369, Article 378 and Article 335 of the Criminal Code. No full textAbstract This research aims to develop learning media in the form of Pop-Up Book media during offline learning activities. This research is development research and uses the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data sources used in this research are teachers, students, validators, media experts, material experts and language experts. Data collection was carried out through interviews with class IV teachers at SDN 005 Desa Baru, class IV students and needs analysis. The population in this study included teachers and students of class IV SDN 005 Desa Baru. The researcher's sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study was one teacher and three class IV students. The qualitative data analysis technique was carried out using the needs analysis method in the form of interviews. Meanwhile, for quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistical methods using validation sheets. Data collection techniques used interviews and validation sheets. Based on the research results of material experts with a total of 83%, media experts with a total of 87.26% and language experts with a total of 93.87% and the overall results obtained were 88.03%. It can be concluded that pop-up book media with various styles of material is very valid to be used as learning media material in elementary schools
The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence And Cognitive Learning Outcomes Of Grade Iv Elementary School Students
No full textThis study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and cognitive learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 105 Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type to test the relationship between two variables. Data were collected through two methods, a questionnaire distributed to students to measure emotional intelligence and a multiple-choice test to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out with prerequisite tests, including normality and linearity tests, then continued with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and students' cognitive learning outcomes (significance value = 0.006). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.267 indicates that emotional intelligence contributes 26.7% to the variation in cognitive learning outcomes, while 73.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This finding implies the importance of developing emotional intelligence as one of the factors that can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes at the elementary school level
