No full text[email protected] Pembimbing: Febrina Dafit ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of the School Literacy Movement and the factors that influence the growth of students' interest in reading at SDN 035 Tarai Bangun. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research involved the principal, teachers and students as key informants. The results showed that the implementation of the School Literacy Movement has been running quite well, marked by various activities that actively involve students. However, students' interest in reading still varies, influenced by reading habits at home and the availability of reading materials. The main supporting factors are the presence of a comfortable library and diverse literacy programs, while the lack of parental support is one of the barriers. This study concludes that further efforts are needed to improve students' interest in reading, especially through cooperation between schools, students and parents. The aim of this research is to understand how the class V character education strengthening (PPK) program is implemented at State Elementary School 019 Lipat Kain, Kampar Regency. This research utilizes a qualitative approach for its research methods. Methods for collecting information are by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The object of the study is the teacher who is the class teacher and class V students at SD Negeri 019 Lipat Kain Utara, Kampar Regency. Data processing involves data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. According to research, it was concluded that the character education strengthening program was successfully implemented at SD Negeri 019 Lipat Kain Utara, Kampar Kiri, Kampar Regency. Pengaruh Metode Sas (struktural Analitik Sintetik) Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Permulaan Pada Kelas Ii Sd Negeri 131 Pekanbaru
No full textThis study aims to determine how much influence the SAS (Structural Analytical Synthetic) method has on the initial reading ability in class II of SD Negeri 131 Pekanbaru. The type of qualitative research with the quasiexperimental method. The data collection technique is by conducting a reading test on students. The population in this study was class II consisting of 2 classes with a total of 60 students, class II A consisting of 30 students as the Experimental class and class II B consisting of 30 students as the Control class. The results of this study indicate that the reading ability of students in the experimental class increased after using the SAS (Structural Analytical Synthetic) Method. When conducting the pretest, the average score of students was 55,00 while when conducting the posttest, the average score of students became 85,00. The score of students in the control class during the pretest was 70,00 and when conducting the posttest, the student's score became 83,67. The results of the hypothesis test obtained that the sig two Side p value was 0.001 < 0.05, if the significant value (two side p) < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant influence of using the SAS (Structural Analytical Synthetic) Method on the initial reading ability in class II of SD Negeri 131 Pekanbaru. No full textThis research was conducted with the aim to see the phenomenon of crossdress cosplay and how the cosplayer experiences at events in Pekanbaru City. Cosplay is a costume play activity that is on the rise lately, and some people do it by crossdressing. The characters that can be cosplayed are very diverse, such as anime characters, games, comics, and various other fictional characters. For some people, crossdressing on a daily basis is not possible so cosplay becomes their reason for being able to do it. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the informants' experiences in carrying out their activities as a crossdresser cosplayer at cosplay events held in Pekanbaru City. This research uses Qualitative Research Method with Alfred Schutz's Phenomenology approach. The two factors put forward by Alfred Schutz that make informants become a crossdresser cosplayer are Because of motive and In order to motive factors. The Because of motive results of this study are that informants want to try new things, increasingly frequent cosplay events, and are inspired by idols. Then the results of In order to motive are the things obtained from crossdressing, getting out of the comfort zone, new experiences, and aspirations to become famous. No full textThis study aims to identify the most appropriate and effective promotional strategies to be used on the Instagram account @setakat.id in marketing contemporary snack products to attract buyers. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was used, with the research subject being the Setakat.id business owner and the object of research being @setakat.id's Instagram promotion strategy. The results showed the success of @setakat.id in implementing the AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model in their promotional strategy. They utilize various Instagram features, interesting content, persuasive copywriting, influencer collaboration, and promotions to attract attention, arouse interest, arouse desire, and encourage purchase actions. Strategy evaluation and refinement is done consistently by utilizing metrics analysis and customer feedback. Despite facing challenges, @setakat.id overcomes with a collaborative and adaptive approach, and continues to innovate to build strong brand awareness. This research provides insights for culinary businesses in optimizing Instagram as an effective promotional medium by comprehensively applying the AIDA framework
Klasifikasi Jenis Penyakit Pada Daun Mangga Menggunakan Metode Convolutional Neural Network
No full textMango plants (Mangifera indica) are one of the important horticultural commodities in Indonesia that have high economic value. In addition to being a source of income for farmers, mangoes are also widely consumed by the community, both fresh and processed. However, the productivity of mango plants often decreases due to attacks by various types of diseases on their leaves, which can inhibit the process of photosynthesis and plant growth. Therefore, early identification of mango leaf diseases is very important to improve the quality and quantity of the harvest. In this study, the convolutional neural network (CNN) method was used to classify mango plant diseases through leaf images using CNN architectures, namely MobileNetV2, Vgg16, and Xception. The dataset used was obtained from the Kaggle website and combined with real data in the field, with a total of 2825 images consisting of 5 disease classes, namely Anthracnose, Bacterial Canker, Die Back, Gall Midge, and healthy leaves. The dataset was trained with augmentation to increase data variation, then each architecture was tested with 8 parameter selection scenarios, including batch size, epoch, and learning rate. The test results showed that the model with the best accuracy on the MobileNetV2 architecture was found in the 7th scenario with an accuracy of 97.87%. The VGG16 architecture produced the best model in the 3rd scenario with an accuracy of 96.10%, while the Xception architecture produced the best model in the 1st scenario with an accuracy of 97.16%. No full textThe practice of Insider Trading in Indonesia is still considered difficult to realize with regard to the process of enforcing the law and the implementation of sanctions on perpetrators. The lack of regulation that provides legal protection for public investor losses due to insider trading practices, makes public investors often confused about what legal efforts they need to take to get justice for the immaterial losses. This thesis research uses sociological research methods. The formulation of the problem of this study, is 1) How is the juridical review of legal protection for capital market investors against insider trading practices in Indonesia? And 2) What are the problems of proving insider trading and legal protection solutions to insider trading practices as legal certainty for investors in Indonesia?. The conclusion of this study is a form of OJK legal protection for investors from insider trading practices in the capital market regulated in Law of Republic Indonesian Number 21 of 2011 (OJK law) on Financial Services Authority as prevention and sanction or action. n the preventive stage, OJK takes further steps such as granting securities licenses with strict requirements, stopping the activities of parties that have the potential to harm the community, and providing consumer complaint services (Article 29 UUOJK). epressive legal protection of investors from insider trading practices, meaning in the form of examination, investigation, and application of sanctions-sanksiyakni existence of administrative sanctions (Article 102 UUPM), criminal sanctions (article 103-110 UUPM), claims for civil damages (Article 111 UUPM). Securities Investor Protection Fund is an institution established to protect investors ' assets in the capital market from losses caused by insider traading risks carried out by securities companies. The practice of insider trading is indeed very difficult to prove because it is usually difficult to reveal the pattern of legal relationships that insiders have with other parties. Insider trading is very difficult to prove criminally, because the evidence as referred to in Article 184 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (KUHAP) is not sufficient to meet the evidence of insider trading. As for the civil lawsuit, article 1365 of the Civil Code is the most appropriate provision to be used to be able to sue the perpetrators of Insider practices. The evidence recognized in civil cases consists of written evidence, witness evidence, suspicion, confession and Oath. Evidence of writing/written/letter, placed in the first order. This is in accordance with the fact that in civil cases, letters/documents/deeds play an important role the difficulty of proof because one element of insider trading is the existence of insider information that is material and has not been published to the public, the difficulty of proving the occurrence of insider trading because it could be insider information that is prohibited. Reflecting on the Jouska case, the effort to protect investors from nsider trading is to issue this disgorgement fund which happens to be in the draft of 2019 which was finally passed, namely OJK Regulation Number 65/POJK.04/2020. However, in reality there are still schools whose facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. So the role of the principal is very much needed in managing facilities and infrastructure in schools. The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of the role of the principal in managing facilities and infrastructure towards the quality of education at SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative research type. The subjects in this study were the principal and teachers of SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques and instruments used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The validity test of the data in this study used the triangulation technique of source data, techniques and time. The data analysis method used is in accordance with the theory of Miles and Huberman which has stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the principal of SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru plays a very important role in managing facilities and infrastructure towards the quality of education. The principal at Pekanbaru 8th State Elementary School plays a role in planning the budget for procurement, construction, maintenance and repair of school facilities, distribution and making an inventory of procurement of facilities and infrastructure and providing a warehouse for storage and reporting items that are written off. No full textSafety in public transportation is a crucial aspect that must be considered to protect passengers and transported goods. Law Number 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation aims to create a safe, orderly, and efficient transportation system. The implementation of this regulation is expected to improve safety standards in public transportation, particularly in preventing accidents and ensuring that vehicles operate in roadworthy conditions. However, in Rokan Hulu Regency, the enforcement of this law still faces various obstacles that affect its effectiveness in improving transportation safety. The research problem formulated in this study is: How is the implementation of Law Number 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation concerning the safety of people and goods in public transportation in Rokan Hulu Regency from 2022 to 2024? and What are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of Law Number 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation regarding the safety of people and goods in public transportation in Rokan Hulu Regency from 2022 to 2024? The type of research conducted is sociological legal research or empirical juridical research. Based on its type, this research falls into the category of observational research, conducted through interviews as a method of gathering data or information. The findings indicate that the implementation of this law has not been optimal due to several key inhibiting factors. Inadequate road infrastructure, such as damaged roads and the lack of supporting facilities, poses a significant challenge in creating a safe transportation system. In addition, low awareness and discipline among drivers regarding traffic regulations, including violations of speed limits and excessive working hours, further increase the risk of accidents. Insufficient supervision and ineffective law enforcement also contribute to the continued operation of unroadworthy vehicles. From a policy perspective, coordination among relevant institutions still needs to be strengthened, particularly in monitoring and improving the transportation system. The ack of public awareness campaigns and driver education also presents challenges in enforcing the regulations. Therefore, steps such as infrastructure improvements, stricter supervision, policy strengthening, and continuous education are necessary to enhance road traffic safety and the effective implementation of this law in Rokan Hulu Regency
Pengaruh Promosi Sosial Media Instagram Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Restoran Melati Green Garden
No full textThis research aims to analyze the influence of Instagram social media promotions on consumer purchasing decisions at the Melati Green Garden restaurant. With the increasing development of technology and the use of social media, restaurants need to utilize this platform to attract customer attention. The method used in this research is a survey with a questionnaire distributed to restaurant visitors. The analysis results show that promotions carried out via Instagram, including visual content, interaction with users, and special offers, have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Respondents indicated that they were more likely to visit and make a purchase at a restaurant after seeing an attractive promotion on Instagram. These findings indicate that marketing strategies via social media, especially Instagram, can increase restaurant attractiveness and sales. This research provides recommendations for Melati Green Garden management to continue to optimize the use of social media in its marketing strategy
