No full textThe aim of this research was to see the level of motivation of athletes racing the Tiger Kompe springboard track. The type of research used in this research is correlation research. The population in this study were all athletes racing the Kompe Tiger jump track, so the sample in this study was 18 people. Meanwhile, the sampling technique in this research used total sampling. The test used in this research used a questionnaire. From the results of tests carried out on athletes racing the Kompe Tiger jump track, results were obtained in the "Strong Motivation" category, with an average percentage of motivation level of 73.04 with an interval of 67 - 100%. No full textIn the process of managing village finances, the principle of effectiveness is needed. Effectiveness in managing Village finances is one of the basics of how the implementation and distribution of Village finances can be allocated well or not. Then information related to Village financial management should be known by various parties because it must be open. This research was carried out with the aim of determining the level of effectiveness in the use of Village finances, especially Village Funds in Mulia Subur Village, based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 113 of 2014 which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability and supervision. This research uses a descriptive survey type and qualitative methods. To achieve the research objectives, researchers used data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses the Prosperity theory which contains several assessment indicators (a) Accuracy of use of natural resources (b) Accuracy of use of available time (c) Accuracy of equipment or equipment (d) Accuracy of use of human resources (e) Accuracy of use Budget. The results of this research show that in financial management, especially Village funds, it is good enough but not effective enough so that the use of the budget is still not on target

No full textTeluk Paman Timur Village has special values that are local wisdom, where the community in Teluk Paman Timur Village manages traditional community-based fishery resources with the term lubuk larangan. The management of lubuk larangan in Teluk Paman Timur Village is a form of concern for the preservation of natural resources so that the results can be utilized. Managed by the Village Government and Customary Institutions as advisors, this research aims to find out the Role of the Village Government in Managing Lubuk Larangan Local Wisdom in Teluk Paman Timur Village, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency and find out the inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is the Qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research related to the role of the Village Government in managing the lubuk larangan in Teluk Paman Timur Village, Kampar Kiri Sub-District, have been managed quite well, but there are several obstacles that hinder the Village Government in managing the local wisdom of the lubuk larangan, including those caused by natural factors where every year there is a flood which causes the fish in this river to come out of the lubuk larangan area, besides that there is a change in the direction of river flow caused by erosion so that it makes a new river flow where this new river flow no longer flows into the old river flow which is the lubuk larangan area itself

No full textThis study aims to determine Efforts to Improve Passing and Stopping Through the Drill Method at SMPN 1 Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency. This type of research is correlational research. The population in this study were all players in class VIII students of SMPN 1 Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency. The sample of this study used a total sampling technique, meaning that the entire population was sampled. So that the number of samples in this study were 35 students. Based on data analysis obtained before the cycle, the value category “quite competent” obtained 28 students with a percentage of 80.00%, the value category “Competent” obtained 7 students with a percentage of 20.00%. Then in cycle I, the value category “moderately competent” obtained 12 students with a percentage of 34.29%, the value category “Competent” obtained 23 students with a percentage of 65.71%. Furthermore, in cycle II the value category “moderately competent” obtained 5 students with a percentage of 14.29%, the value category “Competent” obtained 30 students with a percentage of 85.71%

No full textThis research aims to collect data and solve problems found in this research, specifically this research specifically aims: To determine the implementation of Class XI Cultural Arts (Applied Arts) Teaching at SMA Negeri 1 Tambusai FY 2023-2024. The method the author uses in this research is a qualitative research method with descriptive data. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. According to Aritonang (2005) teacher performance is measured through the following five indicators: 1) Quality of work, 2) Speed/determination of work, 3) Initiative in work, 4) Work ability and 5) Communication. Based on the results of documentation and interview data, the teacher's performance is good because it is in accordance with research indicators including 1) the quality of the teacher's work is good, this is because the teacher has mastered everything related to the preparation of learning program planning. 2) The teacher's work is accurate in adapting teaching materials to the characteristics they have. the students have done well, the teacher teaches in the sequence according to the teaching implementation plan, the teacher delivers the material in good language, methods and models so that it is easy to understand, 3) the teacher already has initiative in teaching, one of which is by not only relying on books , but bring props and other reading resources obtained from outside the printed books provided by the school, 4) Teachers have good skills in teaching, before starting the teaching and learning process they also pay attention to classroom management, students and teach actively and fun, 5 ) Good communication is also carried out by arts and culture teachers, the material is delivered repeatedly in a language style that is appropriate to the students and the teacher also provides peer tutoring for students so that students can understand the learning material being presented. No full textThis study aims to determine the Mangasang Dance Learning in Class X.A of SMA Negeri 1 Tambang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year Using Project Based Learning. The theory used in this study is Sani's theory (2014:180) on the implementation of Project Based Learning in Dance Learning. This study uses a descriptive analysis method using qualitative data because the researcher does not process or test, through in-depth studies using direct data collection techniques from people in his scientific circle. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Mangasang Dance Learning in Class X.A of SMA Negeri 1 Tambang in the 2024/2025 Academic Year Using Project Based Learning can be implemented well, this is proven by the results of the study that the teaching process carried out by the teacher is in accordance with the teaching steps themselves, namely by starting a project, building knowledge, developing and presenting dance learning products/projects. No full textThe implementation of dance art at SMA Negeri 1 Hulu Kuantan is an extracurricular activity of dance creations manurunkan jalue. This study aims to describe the implementation of extracurricular learning of the art of creative dance in the way of the road, describe the learning methods used by teachers and describe the learning outcomes. This qualitative research uses primary data sources and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques, namely data sources and time. The results of the research on the implementation of dance extracurricular activities were carried out through three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. The implementation of extracurricular activities fulfills the learning components, namely objectives, teachers, students, methods and media. The media for the implementation of extracurricular activities of creative dance uses lectures, demonstrations and practice methods. The lecture method is used to provide material about the process of creating dance movements and the introduction of dance properties. The demonstration method was carried out by a coach who directly danced the dance creation "Manurunkan Jalue". The practice method is carried out by students after the coach gives dance movements. The results of learning to dance the creation of the jalue using informative assessments in the form of A (Very Good), B (Good), C (Enough) and D (Not Good). This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, starting from the preparation stage to the end of the implementation stage. This research aims to determine the feasbility of audio-siaul based learning media in the economics learning process. The type of research carried out is development using a 2D model. The data collection instrument used was the learning media validation sheet. The data collection teachnique used was a questionaire. Based on validation tests carried out by validators, the learning media developed obtained an average percentage score of 98,08 % and student responses of 87,72 % with a fairly valid category that can be used by making small improvements based on sugstion given by each validator. This study selected informants using a purposive technique based on certain considerations determined by the researcher. The data analysis used in this study was qualitative analysis. Qualitative research is in the form of data collection in the form of natural verbal reports in the form of interview transcripts. The results of the study indicate that the communication strategy carried out by the Riau Province BKKBN is to pay attention to the elements of communication. The elements of this communication are knowing which audience will be targeted in the stunting reduction acceleration activity, followed by compiling the message to be delivered so that it is interesting and easy to understand, and determining what method is used in delivering the message so that the audience can accept it, then choosing what media is used so that it is appropriate and effective in the process of delivering the message

No full textThe study titled "Motif of Using X as a Beauty Information Media Through Beauty Reviewer" is based on the increase of women in Indonesia who currently rely on social media as a medium to obtain beauty information, one of which is social media X. The purpose of this study is to find out the motives of women in utilizing beauty enthusiast with X @queerisy account as a beauty information medium. The methods used in this study were qualitative methods with Alfred Schutz's motive phenomenology approach, because of the motive and in order to motivate. This study established five informants based on purposive sampling by using data collection through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study are related to the cause of motive in using the @queerisy account as a beauty information medium that the five informants are involved in the motive for the need for information and trust in the @queerisy account and the five informants also have a motive in using the X @queerisy account as a beauty information container, namely as a motive for knowledge about beauty products and a motive for experience in the field of beauty
