No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of the foaming service team at PT Timas Supindo Km 9, Duri Dumai, Airkulim village, Bathin Solapan sub-district, Bengkalis Riau Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods. For the sampling method proportionate stratified random sampling by taking a sample of 54 people with data collection techniques used by the author is by interview method, questionnaire distribution, observation and documentation. While the data analysis used in this study using SPSS 25 is validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear analysis test, t test, and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that R Square is obtained at 0.244 or 24.4%, meaning that the compensation variable affects the performance of the foaming service team employees at PT. Timas Suplindo Duri by 24.4% and 75.6% is influenced by other variables not taken in this study

No full textTo find out the Inhibiting and Supporting Factors for the Implementation of the Population and Civil Registration Service Standards at the Kampar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. Descriptive research type with a qualitative approach through data collection from informants who are directly related to the problem being studied. Research data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. All data obtained from interviews, field notes, documentation were separated and then discussed in detail to determine research conclusions. The results of this research found that the implementation of moving-in population service standards at the Kampar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service was quite good. These results refer to 6 (six) indicators, namely: 1) Service procedures. 2) Completion time. 3) Service costs 4) Service products. 5) Facilities and infrastructure. 6) Officer competency. Obstacles encountered in implementing service standards for moving arrivals at the Kampar Dukcapil Office are: Information on requirements and service flow that is not displayed in the service room, employees who are less competent, service space is narrow, and the internet network is not good

The aim of this research is to find out and evaluate the infrastructure development of Dayun Village, Dayun Sub- district, Siak regency, to find out what obstacles or barriers are faced by Village Officials in developing infrastructure in Dayun Village, Dayun sub-district, Siak regency.The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection, inteviews, documentation. The theory used in this research is evaluation theory according to William N Dunn which has six indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adecuacy, equity, responsiveness, determination. The tipe and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. The results of this reseach conclude that the infrastructure development of Dayun Village, Dayun Sub- district Siak regency cannot be said to be perfect, there are still many people in Dayun Village, Whose level level of participation is low, the level of awareness and concern of the village government in the development that has been carried out but not paying attention to the results, inaccuracy in planning. Pengaruh Kesadaran Diri (awarness) Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas Vii Smp Negeri 7 Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
No full textSelf-awareness in learning referred to students' mastery of the learning challenges they faced. The research problem in this study was to determine the level of self-awareness among students at Junior High School 7 Tanah Putih, Rokan Hilir. The aim of this study was to examine the influence of self-awareness on the learning motivation of students at Junior High School 7 Tanah Putih. The research method used by the author was quantitative, with 75 seventh-grade students from Junior High School 7 Tanah Putih as respondents. Sampling techniques included questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the hypothesis regarding the influence of self-awareness on students' learning motivation was accepted, with a significant value greater than 0.05, specifically 0.679 > 0.05. Therefore, Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted, confirming that self-awareness had an influence on learning motivation. The magnitude of the influence between variable (X) and variable (Y) was 0.004 or 0.4%, which falls within the range of 0.00–1.99, indicating a very low level of influence. Meanwhile, 208% of learning motivation was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The constant value (a) for religious attitude (regression coefficient) was 0.037, with a significant value of 0.679 (learning motivation). This was then incorporated into the regression equation formula as Y = 45.657 + (-0.0208) X, meaning that the constant value (a) was 45.657. This implies that if the influence of religious attitude is 0, the value would be 45.657. If the regression coefficient value for student motivation is 0, which is 208%, this suggests that for every 1% increase in self-awareness, students' morality would also increase by 0.004 or 0.4%. No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability, financing decisions, and investment decisions on the value of Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period simultaneously and partially. Profitability is measured using Return on Equity (ROE), financing decisions using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and investment decisions using the Price Earning Ratio (PER), while company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV). The population in this study were Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period, namely 14 companies and 8 companies selected to meet the criteria as research samples. The research method used is quantitative with a panel data regression approach using E-views 12. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX during the study period. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, profitability, financing decisions, and investment decisions have a significant effect on company value. While partially profitability does not affect company value, Financial Decisions and Investment Decisions show an effect on company value

No full textThis study aims to determine implementation of the Civil Registry Service Office Policy of Pekanbaru City Towards The “Layanan Tunggu” Application, which processes damaged and lost ID cards (KTP), and to identify the inhibiting factors in the Civil Registry Service Policy of Pekanbaru City of implementation towards the "Layanan Tunggu" application. The indicators used include policy standards and targets, resources, communication among implementing agencies, characteristics of implementing agencies, social, economic, and political environments, and implementers' attitudes/dispositions. This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registry Service Office of Pekanbaru City using a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results indicate that the Implementation of the Civil Registry Service Office Policy in Pekanbaru City regarding damaged and lost ID cards (KTP) is still not meeting service standards. In implementing the "Layanan Tunggu" application, many challenges are faced by people attempting to access the application, including: a confusing application interface, especially for the elderly, follow-up after registration in the application, and unstable network conditions making it difficult to access the “Layanan Tunggu” application in areas with minimum information technology infrastructure, especially network connectivity

No full textThis research aims to test and analyze the influence of environmental performance and environmental costs variables on financial performance by revealing CSR as a moderating variable in basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The population in this study was 107 main sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique to obtain 52 companies that met the research criteria during the 2021-2023 time period. Data analysis uses moderated regression. The results of this research show that environmental performance influences financial performance, environmental costs influence financial performance and the spread of CSR influences financial performance. Simultaneously environmental performance, environmental costs and CSR disclosure influence financial performance. The results of this study also show that CSR disclosure can strengthen the influence of environmental performance on financial performance, and CSR disclosure can also strengthen the influence of environmental costs on financial performance

No full textThe Dutch Tangsi Historical Tourist Attraction is a tourist attraction in the form of a heritage building from the Dutch colonial period that has a lot of old history where this building was used as an office and a prison which was then developed again into one of the main destinations in Siak Regency. This research aims to find out how the strategies and hindering factors of the regional government of Siak Regency in the development of Dutch Tangsi tourist attractions. In this study, the method used is qualitative research. The type of data that can be measured directly comes from the results of observation methods, interviews and documentation to find out the reality that happens in the field. In this study, it was concluded that the strategy used by the tourism service has not been implemented to the maximum due to the lack of budget from the government. The strategy used for the development of tangsi belada tourist attractions can be through promotion from mass media or print media. The hindering factor is the lack of supervision carried out by the government towards the development of Dutch tangsi tourist attraction

Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study indicate that internal control variables significantly affect employee performance. Leadership style variables significantly affect employee performance. Information technology utilization variables affect employee performance.
