Pengaruh Pupuk Kandang Kambing dan KCl terhadap Hasil Tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.) pada Tanah Pedzolik Merah Kuning
The study aims to investigate the interaction and primary effects of goat manure and KCl on shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) grown in PMK soil. Conducted at the Experimental Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University in Pekanbaru City, between December 2023 and February 2024, the research employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor, goat manure, had four levels: 0, 1.5, 3, and 4.5 kg per plot. The second factor, KCl dosage, also had four levels: 0, 10, 20, and 30 g per plot, resulting in 16 treatment combinations with three replications. The parameters measured included plant height, harvest age, number of tubers per clump, tuber diameter, wet weight per clump, dry weight per clump, and tuber weight loss. The data were statistically analyzed, followed by further BNJ tests at the 5% significance level. The findings indicated that the interaction between goat manure and KCl had a significant effect on plant height, number of tubers per clump, wet weight of tubers per clump, and dry weight of tubers per clump. However, harvest age, tuber diameter, and tuber weight loss did not exhibit significant differences due to the interaction. Goat manure had a significant main effect on all parameters, with the optimal treatment being 4.5 kg/plot. Similarly, KCl also had a significant main effect on all observed parameters, with the best treatment being 30 g/plot
Development of Interactive E-Modules for Elementary Students: Enhancing Learning Outcomes
This study aims to develop an interactive e-module that can improve
elementary school students' learning outcomes and provide a more
interesting learning experience. The method used is research and
development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. Data collection was
carried out through questionnaires, interviews, tests, and document
recording, which were analyzed using a Likert scale. The validation
results showed that the e-module design scored 95%, the material
scored 73%, and the language scored 92.5%. Responses from teachers
(91.47%) and students (90%) showed that this e-module was
interesting, effective, and could help students understand the material
better. The effectiveness test showed a significant influence on student
learning outcomes (significance value 0.000), which proves that this
e-module is more effective than conventional learning methods. The
implications of this study are that the e-module developed is proven
to be valid, practical, and effective and can be used as an interactive
and enjoyable learning medium to improve student learning outcomes
and motivation, especially in overcoming monotonous learning
challenges
Tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani Pada Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli di SMPN 34 Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness of volleyball extracurricular students at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru City. The type of this research is descriptive. The population and samples in this study were volleyball extracurricular students of SMPN 34 Pekanbaru City, totaling 23 male students. The research instrument used is the physical fitness test for junior high school students. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the category of physical fitness values of junior high school students aged 13-15 years. Based on the results of the average calculation, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of students who take part in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMPN 34 Pekanbaru City is in the “Moderate” category, with a final average value of 14, which is in the range of 14-17
Analisis Penerapan Akuntansi Pada Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis
This research was conducted to analyze how the suitability of the accounting application carried out by Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah with generally accepted accounting principles (PABU). The research method used is a qualitative method with data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and data collection techniques in this study, namely conducting documentation and interviews. The results of this study illustrate that Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hidayah has not carried out the accounting process correctly, where journaling has not been done, has not posted to the ledger, has not compiled a balance sheet, and has not recorded an adjusting journal paragraph for accounts that have changed at the end of the period. In addition, there are still errors in recognition between current assets and fixed assets, there are also errors in determining the economic life and calculation of depreciation expense of fixed assets. So that the application of accounting at the Nurul Hidayah trend coop is considered still not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (PABU)
Analisis Pengendalian Biaya Dan Waktu Dengan Menerapkan Metode Nilai Hasil Dan Percepatan Proyek Metode Crash Program Pada Pembangunan Gedung Bertingkat 3 Lantai
Infrastructure development is significantly influenced by various factors that determine the success of project implementation. In construction work, there are time and cost constraints, making effective control essential to minimize deviations during the execution process. This study focuses on the issue of construction acceleration, where acceleration efforts are accompanied by an increase in resources to enhance productivity. The objective of this research is to analyze time and cost performance as well as the acceleration of the project under study. The approach applied in this study involves the Earned Value Method to assess cost and time performance based on Cost Variance (CV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Variance (SV), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI), using parameters such as Budget Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). Additionally, the time and cost implications of work acceleration through the Crash Program method, involving additional labor and overtime, are also examined. Based on the scheduling analysis using Microsoft Project, the Crash Program was focused on structural concrete work, as it is a critical task in this construction project. The performance analysis results up to the 24th week indicate that, in terms of cost, the project achieved savings, as shown by a positive CV of IDR 322.236.850,02 and a CPI of 1.04 > 1. However, in terms of time, the project experienced delays, indicated by a negative SV of IDR 680.442.936,75 and an SPI of 0.92 < 1. The Crash Program implemented by adding a total of 20 additional workers successfully reduced the required duration by 5.76%, with a cost savings of 0.05%. Meanwhile, the Crash Program using four hours of overtime per day reduced the maximum duration by 4.19%, but resulted in an additional cost of 0.94%. From the comparison of these two acceleration simulations, it can be concluded that increasing the number of workers is a more effective approach for acceleration
EFL Lecturers’ Method for Synchronous and Asynchronous Learning through Moodle on Intensive Reading Course
This research investigates intensive reading instruction at Universitas Islam Riau, Indonesia, using Moodle-based synchronous and asynchronous methods. The qualitative approach was carried out through classroom observation involving 67 students and conducting interviews with 10 students. The study found that students' reading skills enhanced by engaging in virtual meetings and discussions during synchronous classes, while asynchronous learning allowed them to freely determine when and where to study, access educational resources such as YouTube, e-modules, some files related to materials, quizzes, and feedback. Besides that, various challenges during asynchronous learning such as students often becoming inactive on online screens, experiencing delays in receiving lectures, difficulty finding a location to improve stable internet connectivity, and inadequate access to computer devices, laptops, or smartphones that require installing and uninstalling applications repeatedly that interfere with their learning process. Challenges in asynchronous learning include difficulty understanding the learning material, excessive workload, and lack of motivation. The study recommends integrating both learning approaches for reading classes and other English classes by leveraging more of Moodle's available LMS features, as well as highlighting the importance of improving infrastructure such as stable internet and device compatibility
