Komunikasi Persuasif Guru Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Membina Kedisiplinan Siswa SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the influence of persuasive communication of counseling guidance teachers in fostering discipline of students of public high school 11 Pekanbaru. Discipline is one of the important aspects in the formation of student character that has a direct impact on the learning process. BK teachers as educators and supervisors have their own strategies in conveying coaching messages through a persuasive communication approach that prioritizes a personal approach, empathy, and understanding of students' backgrounds. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that BK teachers used persuasive communication strategies based on the theory "The Meaning Construction" of Melvin DeFleur and Sandra J. Ball-Rokeach, through empathetic verbal and nonverbal messages, as well as a personal approach that was able to positively influence students' attitudes. Persuasive messages are packaged in the form of motivations, slogans, and examples that are consistently shown by teachers, so that students can understand the meaning of discipline not as coercion, but as part of personal responsibility. Persuasive communication has been shown to be effective in increasing students' awareness and disciplined behavior

The results of the study show that the Marhata Sinamot procession in Duri still upholds the cultural values of the Toba Batak, especially the philosophy of Dalihan Na Tolu. Despite adjustments in form and implementation, such as the incorporation of event stages and time flexibility, core values such as respect for hula-hula, family deliberation, and the involvement of traditional leaders are maintained. This procession is an important means in maintaining the cultural identity of the Toba Batak while reflecting the process of cultural negotiation that is adaptive to the new social environment
Facebook Sebagai Media Komunikasi Suportif Antar Keluarga
This study aims to explore the role of Facebook as a medium for supportive communication among family members, particularly in the parent-child relationship, and to identify the types of supportive communication used by parents through the platform. Supportive communication becomes increasingly important when family members, such as children, live apart due to educational or occupational demands. In this context, Facebook is utilized as a tool to maintain emotional closeness and the continuity of family relationships. This research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation with three active Facebook users: ER (account @ER), Y (account @MY), and WS (account @MG). The findings reveal that Facebook provides a space for parents to express various forms of support, including emotional support, esteem support, instrumental support, and informational support. These forms of support are conveyed through features such as posts, 24-hour stories for more casual messages, positive comments, and reaction buttons such as “likes.” Emotional support expressed through affection and empathy fosters a sense of safety and comfort for children. Esteem support, in the form of praise or recognition of achievements, contributes to enhanced self-confidence. Meanwhile, instrumental and informational support demonstrate the active role of parents in addressing their children's practical and intellectual needs. Although digital communication cannot fully replace physical closeness, Facebook has proven to be an effective bridge for maintaining emotional presence. It serves as a supportive communication tool for parents, generating positive impacts for children, such as feeling fully supported, motivated, and emotionally uplifted
Analisis Putusan Pengadilan Agama Batam (No. 678/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Btm) tentang Pembagian Harta Bersama Perspektif Hukum Progesif
The division of joint property after divorce is one of the crucial issues in Islamic family law in Indonesia which often causes disputes and requires a fair settlement in the Religious Courts. Batam Religious Court Decision No. 678/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Btm is one example of an interesting case to be studied more deeply, especially related to the judge's consideration in deciding the case of the division of common property. On the other hand, the concept of progressive law initiated by Satjipto Rahardjo offers a paradigm that the law is for humans, not the other way around, so law enforcement must always be oriented towards substantive justice and social benefits, beyond the barriers of legal formalism. Therefore, the analysis of the verdict through the lens of progressive law becomes relevant to see the extent to which judges seek to realize more dynamic and responsive justice. The formulation of the problem in this study is: What is the Impact of the Results of the Decision of the Religious Court Judge on Decision Number 678/Pdt.G/2021/Pa.Btm? and How to Apply the Principles of Progressive Law in the Decision of the Religious Court in Case Number 678/Pdt.G/2021/Pa.Btm?3. Research Methods This study uses a normative legal research method (normative juridical with a case study approach) to the Batam Religious Court Decision No. 678/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Btm. Primary data sources are copies of the decision, while secondary data includes books, scientific journals, articles, laws and regulations related to marriage law, Compilation of Islamic Law, and progressive legal theory. The data collection technique is carried out through document studies (literature studies). Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with interpretation methods to understand the judge's considerations and relate them to progressive legal principles. The results of the study show that in the Batam Religious Court Decision No. 678/Pdt.G/2021/PA. Btm, the judge in considering the division of joint property has tried to pay attention to the aspects of justice and contribution of each party during the marriage, not only fixated on rigid mathematical divisions. From a progressive legal perspective, this ruling indicates an effort by judges to make legal discoveries (rechtsvinding) and not solely to be a mouthpiece of the law (la bouche de la loi). Judges are seen seeking to explore the values of substantive justice and the benefits to the parties, for example by considering non-material contributions and postdivorce economic conditions, which are in line with the spirit of progressive law for laws that serve people and realize more humanist justice, although the full implementation of progressive principles may still be further optimized
