No full textResearch entitled "The Effect of Moringa Leaf POC NPK and NPK 9:25:25 on the Growth and Production of Green Okra Plants (Abelmoschus esculentus L.)" was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jl. Air Dingin Ujung, Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City for 3 months from October 2024 to December 2024. The study aims to determine the interaction and main effects of Moringa Leaf POC and NPK 9:25:25 on the growth and production of green okra plants. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the concentration of Moringa Leaf POC consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 100, 200 and 300 ml/L of water. The second factor is the dose of NPK 9:25:25 consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely 0,3,6 and 9 g/plant. The parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, number of stomata, percentage of stomata opening, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit, and number of remaining fruits. Observation data were analyzed statistically and carried out with a further test of Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) at the 5% level. The results showed that the effect of the interaction of Moringa Leaf POC and NPK 9:25:25 was significant on the parameters of plant height, flowering age, number of stomata, percentage of stomata opening, harvest age, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit, and number of remaining fruits. The best treatment was a combination of Moringa Leaf POC concentration of 300 ml/L water and NPK dose of 9:25:25 9 g/plant. The main effect of Moringa Leaf POC was significant on all observation parameters with the best treatment concentration of 300 ml/L water. The main effect of NPK dose of 9:25:25 was significant on all observation parameters with the best treatment dose of 9 g/plant

No full textThe problem of unemployment is one of the obstacles in achieving a country's macroeconomic goals. Unemployment can hinder regional development and give rise to various social problems. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of economic growth and population growth on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data, and multiple regression analysis is used to evaluate the effect of changes in one variable on other variables. Panel data from the Riau Province Central Statistics Agency for 2011-2022 is the basis for this research. The results of the analysis show that economic growth has an insignificant negative effect on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. Population growth has a significant positive influence on the unemployment rate in Riau Province. Overall, economic growth and population growth together have a significant influence on the unemployment rate in Riau Province

The population in this study was 43 respondents, sampling using the Arikunto Method, the number of samples was taken as a whole. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Path Analysis Test, Partial Least Square, Outer Model, Inner Model, Hypothesis, and Direct Effect. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with data processing using SEM PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a positive effect on the Employee Performance construct at Mercure Hotel Cikini, Menteng District, Central Jakarta City, then career development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Mercure Hotel Cikini, Menteng District, Central Jakarta City. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Alpha Pekanbaru Hotel. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, namely random sampling. The sample size was determined based on this method, namely 31 employee respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis with Simple Linear Regression Analysis techniques using SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that burnout has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover at Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru. This proves that the higher the burnout at the hotel, the employee turnover rate also increases

In the jurisdiction of the Peranap Police, gold mining activities without permits are still widespread, Law Number 4 of 2009 concerning Minerals and Coal clearly prohibits gold mining activities without permits, activities carried out by illegal mining workers who do not have permits have become permanent jobs, therefore the Peranap sector police are very much needed in law enforcement efforts to prevent damage to the environment and comply with applicable regulations. This research will examine mining issues by formulating the problem: 1.) How is the implementation of law enforcement by the Police against perpetrators of illegal gold mining in the jurisdiction of the Peranap Police, 2.) What are the factors inhibiting the Police in carrying out law enforcement against perpetrators of illegal gold mining in the jurisdiction of the Peranap Police. This research is observational research using a survey, namely research that takes data directly from the population/respondents using interviews as a data collection tool. Meanwhile, if we look at its nature, this research is descriptive in nature, namely research that explains in clear and detailed sentences the law enforcement of criminal acts of gold mining without a permit in the legal area of the Peranap Police. From the research results, it can be seen that there is law enforcement regarding criminal acts of gold mining without a permit in the legal area of the Peranap Police, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Forms of law enforcement efforts carried out by the Peranap Sector police use law enforcement efforts in the form of: preemptive efforts, preventive efforts, repressive efforts. Obstacles in law enforcement regarding the crime of gold mining without a permit in the Peranap Sector Police Legal Area include economic factors, employment factors, educational factors, the lack of legal awareness among the community and inadequate facilities and infrastructure factors

No full textThe role of police investigators in uncovering human trafficking cases is certainly very much needed. Investigators can carry out their duties and authorities based on applicable legal regulations. Human trafficking itself is a crime that still often occurs in the community itself, ranging from the act of exporting illegal immigrants to sexual and economic exploitation. Most victims of human trafficking are women and children. In uncovering and resolving human trafficking cases, the role of the police, namely investigators, certainly has great power and authority as the front guard to uncover human trafficking cases, which will then minimize the possibility of human trafficking in the future. In this study, the formulation of the problem is how is the role of investigators of Subdit IV of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Riau Police in uncovering human trafficking cases and what are the inhibiting factors for investigators of Subdit IV of the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Riau Police in uncovering human trafficking cases. Data analysis in this study uses a qualitative method or method, namely the data collected is arranged in detail, systematically and provides a description based on legal norms, legal theory, and legal principles. Connecting with field data according to the actual conditions or objects at the research location, then an overall analysis is carried out. With the type of empirical research, namely conducting interviews and direct observations with the nature of the research, namely phenomenology, which aims to describe an impact without changing or manipulating what will be studied. In uncovering cases of human trafficking, investigators have a role that begins with receiving reports and conducting investigations and investigations, then in carrying out the role of investigators, of course there will be obstacles in uncovering cases of human trafficking, such as the victim's unwillingness to report and their unwillingness to question the crime. These victims are not aware that what happened to them is a crime of human trafficking, as are the perpetrators. Of course these things can happen because of several supporting factors

No full textTHE INFLUENCE OF SALARY AND BONUSES ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT ASTRA CREDIT COMPANIES IN PEKANBARU This study aims to explore and analyze the effect of salary and bonus on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Company in Pekanbaru. The main focus of this study is employees who work as sales marketing, with a sample size of 70 people selected using the purposive sampling method. The data used in this study consists of primary and secondary data, collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the path analysis method (Path Coefficient) which was processed with the help of SmartPLS-4 Software to ensure accuracy in measuring the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that salary and bonus have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding indicates that increasing salary and providing appropriate bonuses can directly encourage employee performance to be more optimal. Thus, this study provides practical implications for companies in planning effective compensation policies to increase employee productivity and achieve overall organizational goals

The arrest of narcotics offenders is often carried out by catching hands. Verbal witnesses who are often referred to as investigator witnesses have not been regulated in Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Law or other laws and regulations in Indonesia. The main problem in this study How is the strength and position of verbalism witness evidence in proving narcotics crime cases (Study of Pekanbaru District Court Decision Number 15/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Pbr)? This type of research is classified as empris research conducted by means of field surveys such as observation, interviews and documentation. While the nature of this research is descriptive analytical, namely providing and explaining what happened clearly and systematically. The results of the study state that the strength and position of verbal witnesses in proving narcotics crime cases (Study of the decision of the Pekanbaru District Court Number 15/Pid.Sus/2024/PN. The presence of verbalism witnesses in this case is considered important because their testimony can help convince the judge in deciding the guilt or innocence of the defendant, even though there are other witnesses There is no special regulation in the legislation regarding verbalism witnesses themselves, so the presence of verbalism witnesses is a jurisprudence that judges use as a basis for presenting verbalism witnesses. The absence of a special regulation regarding verbal witnesses makes the evidentiary power of verbal witnesses doubtful. Verbalized witnesses in this case explained the process of examining the Defendant and one other witness who was a friend of the Defendant, until finally the police officer who acted as the arresting witness arrested the Defendant by hand at Jl. Pangeran Hidayat Gg. Teladan Kec. Pekanbar
