Analisis Keekonomian Pengembangan Lapangan “bmh” Berdasarkan Skema Psc Cost Recovery Dan Psc Gross Split
The “BMH” field has produced approximately 1,396 MMSTB from 1975 to 2012, with an oil yield (RF) rate of 31%. To develop the field over the next 20 years, 4 scenarios have been simulated, with oil recovery rates (RF) increasing to 33.7%, 34.6%, 35.4%, and 37.6% for each of them. To obtain optimal benefits, an economic analysis will be carried out by assessing the feasibility of each field development scenario. New regulations in Ministerial Regulation no. 12 of 2020 gives investors or contractors the option to choose between using PSC Cost Recovery or PSC Gross Split. Researchers will evaluate investments with both systems using indicators such as NPV IRR and POT. Sensitivity analysis will also be carried out by considering the decrease or increase in the values of relevant parameters. From the results of the calculations carried out on economic indicators, the Gross Split contract gets a better value when compared to the PSC Cost Recovery contract in each scenario. Scenario 1 PSC Gross Split is the best scenario with NPV, IRR and POT 1.07 MMUS$, 69% and 0.89 years. The parameter that has the most influence on the sensitivity graph is CAPEX followed by oil prices, production size and OPEX on PSC Cost Recovery. Meanwhile, in PSC Gross Split, the most influential factors are oil production and prices, followed by CAPEX and OPEX
Penanggulangan Terhadap Tindak Pidana Penyalahgunaan Narkoba Oleh Anak di Wilayah Hukum Polres Kepulauan Meranti
Drug abuse is an act that is prohibited by existing laws and regulations in Indonesia and is difficult to stop, even though this problem is a criminal act that has a serious impact on the individual himself or other people. In fact, this abuse is not only carried out by adults, but children also often encounter drugs. Everyone should realize that children are the future of the nation and the forerunners of the birth of a new generation. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to overcome drug abuse by children in the jurisdiction of the Meranti Islands Police Department and what are the obstacles in overcoming drug abuse by children in the jurisdiction of the Meranti Islands Police Department. The type of research used in this research is observational research, namely by means of surveys and conducting interviews as data collection tools. Meanwhile, the nature of this research is analytical descriptive, namely a method that provides an overview of the object being studied and ultimately makes conclusions for the public The results of the research show that the first is efforts to overcome criminal acts of drug abuse by children, namely: 1) pre-emptive action, real action aimed at preventing drug abuse by children which includes socialization activities in schools and providing guidance to villages. 2) preventive action, which is concrete action in the form of prevention by carrying out patrols and forming resilient villages in areas prone to drug activity. 3) repressive actions, are actions taken after a violation occurs which aim to provide a deterrent effect and stop abuse such as investigation, arrest, investigation, trial, imposing sentences, and carrying out social supervision by official state institutions. The obstacles faced in this overcoming effort are: 1) legal factors, legal factors or laws can become obstacles due to several things such as inadequate laws, conflicting regulations, unclear meaning of words and non-existent implementing regulations. 2) law enforcement factors, in the form of a shortage of personnel which affects the performance of the police in carrying out countermeasures. 3) facilities/facilities factors, namely the absence of BNN in districts/cities, lack of tools/facilities, lack of budget, and synergy with local government. 4) societal/cultural factors, lack of public awareness of negative activities and apathy towards the surrounding environment
Perbuatan Melawan Hukum Atas Penyalahgunaan Data Pribadi Dalam Tahapan Verifikasi Factual Pemilu Tahun 2024 Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu
At this time, the development of technology is growing rapidly, the problem of personal data is increasing, this happens because personal data is data that contains a person's detailed privacy, which is very susceptible to problems related to privacy that can harm someone. Cases that often occur in Indonesia regarding the misuse of personal data are in terms of including the Population Identification Number in the party information system application (SIPOL) at the election factual verification stage which is misused by certain political parties in order to meet the requirements for the number of political party membership when approaching the election. Based on the description above, a problem arises, namely how is the misuse of personal data in the factual verification stage of the 2024 election in Siak Hulu District which is indicated as an unlawful act, how is the resolution process for the misuse of personal data that occurs at the factual verification stage of the 2024 election in Siak Hulu District. The research method used in this study is to use the empirical legal research method and the data collection tool used is interviews. The nature of this study is analytical descriptive research which aims to explain the nature of the problem clearly, systematically, and in detail. In the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that in factual verification there has been a misappropriation of personal data into the party information system application (SIPOL) which is not a member of a political party, resulting in losses for the community, namely, causing the community to be unable to register as an ASN, and dismissing their jobs from Bawaslu as the organizer of the District Level elections, so that the settlement process is carried out by means of mediation carried out by the KPU between political party figures and the community, the results of which replace the losses by deleting the names listed in the SIPOL KPU RI. Which is done in a family or non-litigation manner, namely resolving cases outside the court by prioritizing a sense of togetherness and family
Study Evaluasi Uncertainty Porositas, Saturasi Air Dan Pengelompokan Zona Lumping Pada Reservoir Sandstone Di Lapangan X
Enhanced to increase well production in oil fields, the initial stage involves geological and geophysical reservoir studies. This study includes petrophysical analysis, which is conducted before reserve calculations in the development of production wells. However, the results of petrophysical analysis have uncertainties since the values obtained from well log interpretation are not always accurate. In this research study, well log data from four correlated wells in Field X across seven formations located in the Central Sumatra Basin were analyzed using Paradigm Geolog software. The methodology employed in this study is qualitative, aiming to evaluate the uncertainty of petrophysical parameters, particularly porosity and water saturation, as well as to perform unit lumping classification. The analysis focuses on petrophysical properties derived from Monte Carlo simulation output to account for variations caused by systematic and model-based errors.Uncertainty evaluation in this study utilizes the Monte Carlo probabilistic simulation method to assess the impact of input variability on final results. The uncertainty analysis of porosity across all formations in each well indicates that the average uncertainty in porosity variation within Formations T_A and T_D, across different percentiles, reaches 1%, while Formations B, E, and F show a variation of 0.7%, Formation T_C 0.9%, and Formation T_G 0.2%. Meanwhile, the variation analysis of water saturation values across different percentiles in all formations ranges between 1% and 4%.Regarding net pay thickness, Formation A ranges from 30ft to 35ft, Formation B from 1ft to 2.5ft, and Formation C from 31ft to 36ft, but in well WA- 003, it is 17ft. Formation D has a net pay thickness of 24ft to 37ft, but in well WA- 004, it is 7ft. Formation E varies between 18ft and 29ft, but in well WA-004, it is xvii 6.5ft. Meanwhile, Formation F ranges from 28ft to 74ft, whereas in well WA-004, the thickness is 4ft
