No full textAs a country known as an agricultural country, Indonesia has abundant natural wealth, one of which is land. As one of society's needs, land is also a problem in daily life involving ownership and control rights. Case with decision Number. 90/Pdt/G/2020/PN is an example of evidence of the existence of land disputes based on fighting over land ownership rights that occur between communities and companies. The problem formulation in this research consists of two points. First, what is the basis for consideration by the panel of judges in resolving land disputes based on Supreme Court Decision Number. 90/Pdt.G/2020/PN. Second, how is legal certainty for indigenous communities who do not have certificates in disputes with companies that have certificates. The research method used in this research is the normative research method. In this research, the data sources are cases with decision Number. 90/Pdt.G/2020/PN, legal documents such as books, journals, statutory regulations, and works scientific issues related to the discussion of this research. Based on the judge's considerations, the results of this research found that the Certificate of Cultivation Rights Number. 152 issued by the Kampar National Land Agency (BPN) on March 24, 2001 for a land area of 2,856,841 Ha was declared valid, valuable and had legal force. tie. Meanwhile, the Minutes of Agreement resulting from the meeting between the Pantai Raja Village Community and the Directors of PT. Then as well as the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Mekar Abadi located in Tasik Juang Village Lubuk Batu Jaya District Indragiri Hulu Regency in running a cooperative business. Therefore, KUD Mekar Abadi is expected to offer solutions and assistance for cooperative members to obtain funds. Thus, the success of the Cooperative in managing funds is an important indicator of the success of the Cooperative. However, non-performing loans also occur in KUD Mekar Abadi which can be one of the causes of obstruction of cooperative development in fulfilling its objectives and reducing cooperative performance. The main problem in this study is what are the factors causing nonperforming loans in savings and loan agreements in KUD Mekar Abadi Village Tasik Juang Lubuk Batu Jaya District Indragiri Hulu Regency and how the settlement of non-performing loans in savings and loan agreements in KUD Mekar Abadi Village Tasik Juang Lubuk Batu Jaya District Indragiri Hulu Regency. No full textThe proliferation of e-commerce in Indonesia has led to an increased emphasis on understanding user opinions to enhance services. Tokopedia, a prominent e- commerce platform, receives a substantial volume of reviews on Google Play Store. These reviews can be systematically analyzed to ascertain customer sentiment. Given the sheer number of reviews, this study employs the Naïve Bayes Classifier to automate the classification of user sentiment. A total of 7,000 reviews were collected using web scraping techniques between January 2020 and January 2025. The data was labeled with few-shot prompting using ChatGPT and processed through preprocessing and TF-IDF weighting stages before being classified with Naïve Bayes Classifier. The model's performance was benchmarked against Logistic Regression, SVM, and Random Forest algorithms, with metrics including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.The evaluation revealed that the Naïve Bayes Classifier attained 76% accuracy, while the Logistic Regression algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 93%, followed by SVM (86%) and Random Forest (85%).Cross-validation analysis indicated that the Naïve Bayes Classifier exhibited greater variability in accuracy compared to the other methods. The present study posits that Logistic Regression is a more optimal approach for sentiment analysis of Tokopedia reviews, while the Naïve Bayes Classifier remains an efficient alternative for large-scale text processing

No full textThe advancement of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including education, particularly in the management of digital-based library services. The digital book borrowing system can be integrated with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology and utilize electronic identification cards, such as E-KTP and Student Identity Cards (KTM), within a web-based system. This study aims to design and develop a prototype of a library book borrowing system that enables transactions to be conducted more quickly and efficiently using NodeMCU as the main microcontroller, an RFID sensor to read user identities, a buzzer as an audio indicator, a button for manual input, and an LED light as a system status indicator. All activities within the library are processed through a web-based system developed using PHP and MySQL, allowing administrators to manage borrowing information in real-time in a more structured manner. The test results indicate that this system can accelerate the book borrowing and returning process, minimize data entry errors, and improve the operational efficiency of the library compared to the previous system. With this innovation, it is expected that libraries can adopt a more modern and integrated system to enhance service quality and provide convenience for users in conducting book borrowing and returning transactions

No full textThe industrial revolution 4.0 encourages digitalization in various sectors, including logistics. However, PT Desindo Logistics in Pekanbaru still uses conventional methods such as manual recording and Excel, which has an impact on low efficiency and accuracy and difficulty in tracking information in real time. Therefore, this research aims to design and build a web-based information system using VueJS, ExpressJS, and JavaScript technologies with a Waterfall approach. The results of BlackBox and UAT testing show the success of the system with a satisfaction index of 93.73%. The Waterfall method was chosen because it provides a structured workflow, but has limitations in dealing with changing needs, especially in complex and dynamic systems. Therefore, for further development, more flexible approaches such as Agile, Extreme Programming, or Scrum are recommended so that the development process and the addition of features can be done gradually and responsive to changes

No full textThe design of computer network infrastructure and firewall security at the Riau Provincial Education Office has problems with computer network security where there are many security vulnerabilities on the server, this makes it very easy for a Cybercrime to enter the internet network at the Agency, this research addresses challenges such as: unstable network performance, vulnerability to cyber threats, and the need for data security and confidentiality of education administration centrally. This research aims to create a reliable, secure and efficient network system to support digital services in the education sector. MikroTik was chosen as the solution due to its flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and robust features for traffic management and network security. The design phase includes network topology analysis, configuration of MikroTik devices as routers and firewalls, network filtering, and blocking unauthorized access through port management. Firewall rules were optimized to protect sensitive data and prevent attacks such as DDoS, malware, and unauthorized access. Tests were conducted to evaluate network performance parameters such as latency, bandwidth, and throughput, as well as security vulnerability assessment using penetration testing tools. The results of the research had a positive impact on the agency's system by increasing the security system by 7% and producing impacts such as: layered firewall security systems, successfully improving Cybersecurity in network systems, increasing data confidentiality in the system, and successfully reducing the potential risk of data loss from 53.5% to 46.5%. This solution supports the management of administrative data, and other digital services at the Riau Province Education Office. The research concluded that combining a MikroTik-based network infrastructure and a proactive firewall security approach is essential to meet the growing demands of cybersecurity and digital transformation in the education sector

This abstract nature is one of the obstacles for students, who experience difficulty in understanding mathematical concepts. An effective mathematics learning approach can be implemented by utilizing teaching aids or learning media. Through effective mathematics learning, students can develop a good understanding of mathematical concepts and improve their problem solving abilities efficiently. This research aims to create a medium that can increase learning interest and attract students' attention, as well as overcome difficulties in understanding fraction material. The media that will be developed is domino cards, with the aim of making it easier to convey learning material. In this research the author used the R&D research method. This research model uses the ADDIE research model. The research subjects in this study were 30 class IV students at SDN 141 Pekanbaru. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research requires qualitative data and quantitative data. The research results showed that in accordance with the validation criteria set by the validators, the learning media in the form of domino cards based on Riau Malay Culture was created very effectively. The validation results by learning material experts show that the assessment figure for the "very valid" criterion is 91.5%, and the validation results by media experts show that the assessment figure for the "very valid" criterion is 85%. In other words, the average for the "very valid" criterion is 88.25%

Second, what is the basis of the judge's considerations in court decision no. 10/Pdt.G/2024/PN Prp in resolving the issue of ownership rights over land where the whereabouts of the first rights holder are no longer known. The research method used in this research is a sociological method. Data was collected by looking at preliminary data related to court decisions and through direct interviews, the source of the data was Pasir Pangaraian District Court Decision No. 10/Pdt.G/2024/PN Prp. As well as legal documents, books, statutory regulations and other scientific works related to the discussion of this research. And the results of this research found that the unclear ownership of land certificates is a result of the existence of the first right holder not being known, the authorities will submit a request to the court to change the name. However, in this case the district court and the national land agency have different thoughts and understanding. different so that there is no legal certainty, making people confused about ownership rights to the land certificates they own

No full textThe Merdeka Teaching platform was developed to help implement the Merdeka curriculum and can provide ideas, resources, and knowledge to teachers on how to implement the curriculum. The difficulties faced in using the Merdeka Teaching platform are that the network in the area is not good, which requires teachers to be a little more patient, and also the lack of science and technology (IPTEK) skills in some teachers. This study aims to determine how teachers perceive the use of the Merdeka Teaching platform in the Merdeka curriculum at UPT SDN 004 Pulau Kab. Kampar. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The data sample in this study was obtained using a non-probability sampling technique with a total of 12 teachers. The data collection technique was in the form of a validated questionnaire and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used a descriptive percentage analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that teachers' perceptions of the use of the Merdeka Teaching platform at UPT SDN 004 Pulau Kab. Kampar has a mean percentage of 67.83% which is in the range of 61% - 80% with a positive level. The Merdeka Teaching platform is also seen as an effective and relevant tool because it has many benefits, especially its content is interesting and informative, although there are some shortcomings. This is what shows that methods and tools such as the Merdeka Teaching platform are relevant and effective in the Merdeka curriculum
