    This study aims to empirically test the effect of Sustainability Report, Gender Diversity, Leverage, and Company Size on the Company's Financial Performance. The dependent variable of this study is Financial Performance, while the independent variables include Sustainability Report which is proxied using the GRI index with the SRDI formula, Gender Diversity which is measured by a dummy variable, Leverage which is measured by the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Size which is measured using Ln of Total Assets. The population of this study was 189 Energy Sector and Basic Materials Sector Companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2022 period. The sample of this study consisted of 69 companies selected through purposive sampling techniques, with 2 years of observation, resulting in 138 company data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results show that partially the sustainability report has a significant positive effect on financial performance, leverage and company size have a significant negative effect while gender diversity has no effect on the company's financial performance. The results of the simultaneous analysis show that Sustainability Report, Gender Diversity, Leverage, and Company Size have a positive effect on Financial Performance

    This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Karimun Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Work Life Balance is a balance between work and personal life which can influence employee productivity and job satisfaction levels. Meanwhile, work discipline is an important factor in increasing work effectiveness and efficiency. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the independent variables (Work Life Balance and Work Discipline) and the dependent variable (Employee Performance). The research results show that Work Life Balance and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, improving work-life balance and discipline at work can improve overall employee performance

    An unorganized queue system can lead to long waiting times and inconvenience for patients. This study aims to develop a Web-Based Patient Queue Management Information System at Riska Yeni Clinic, Siak Hulu Kampar. The application is built using Laravel as the backend, Socket.io (Node.js) for real-time communication, and Bootstrap and JavaScript for a responsive user interface. This system allows patients to register online, view real-time queue status, and receive notifications for their service turn. The test results indicate that this system improves queue management efficiency, reduces patient waiting times, and enhances the quality of healthcare services at the clinic

    The advancement of digital technology has opened up significant opportunities for delivering campus information virtually. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based virtual tour system using 360° panorama at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Islam Riau (FT-UIR), in order to provide an interactive experience for prospective students and the general public without the need for an onsite visit. The system was developed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The results show that the virtual tour system is capable of displaying various campus facilities—such as buildings, laboratories, auditoriums, and faculty offices—virtually through a web platform. Evaluation using the Black Box method and user questionnaires yielded positive results, indicating that the majority of respondents found the system helpful and were satisfied with the information provided. This system is expected to serve as an effective and efficient digital promotional and informational tool for FT-UIR

    Community service activities aim to form students who are not only excellent in academics, but also have noble character. Character education emphasizes the development of positive attitudes and behaviors that reflect moral and ethical values, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, empathy, and cooperation. The main goal is to instill positive values that shape students' personalities and characters, so that they can be applied in daily life. Character education can be implemented through various methods, such as integrating character values in the curriculum, holding extracurricular activities, and involving students in social activities in the community, such as mutual cooperation or training for parents and educators. With this approach, it is hoped that students of SMP PGRI Pekanbaru can better understand and apply character education in their lives to become better and responsible individuals. The school praises the results of service. The school hopes that this activity can be continued to improve the quality of human resources in schools by helping students behave well. Based on the results of the interview, the school gave a positive response to the service activities that had been carried out. Overall, service activities that focus on character education at SMP PGRI Pekanbaru have a positive impact, both for students, parents, and the school

    Integrasi TPACK dalam Pengembangan Sumber Belajar: Produk Hasil Workshop Guru SMAN 1 Tambang

    Improving the quality of learning through the integration of technology, pedagogy, and content is a challenge that must be faced in the digital era. Although technology offers a lot of potential, teachers often face various challenges in integrating it into learning. Some common obstacles include limited knowledge and skills of teachers in utilizing technology optimally. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service activities that aim to assist teachers in producing TPACK-based learning resource products to be implemented in the classroom. This workshop activity is designed in four stages, namely preparation, information delivery, mentoring, and product implementation in the classroom. The activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Tambang. The activity involved 24 teachers from various subjects. The results of the activity showed that teachers were able to compile learning resources during the mentoring. The implementation of products in the classroom focused on the teaching module for the subject of Economics with inflation material, which was applied through a discussion method that linked theory to real economic phenomena. Thus, it can be concluded that the workshop and mentoring at SMAN 1 Tambang were able to empower SMAN 1 Tambang teachers in developing learning resources with the TPACK approach and teachers have also implemented it in class. In the future, strategies to develop adaptive and contextual learning resources need to be carried out sustainably because this can provide a real contribution to improving quality at SMAN 1 Tambang

    This study aims to examine the influence of Leverage, Profitability, and Green Accounting on Firm Value in the oil, gas, and coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021-2023. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population of the study consists of 68 companies in the oil, gas, and coal sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021-2023. The sample was taken using purposive sampling techniques. The sample obtained consists of 22 companies over 3 years, resulting in a total of 66 companies. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that leverage has no effect on firm value, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, green accounting has no effect on firm value and simultaneously leverage, profitability, and green accounting have an effect on firm value

    The purpose of this study is to find out the innovation of the Service System to Complete the Identity of Displaced People and the Recording of Disabilities to Complete Identity (SIPINTAR PEDULI) and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the innovation of the Service System to Complete the Identity of the Displaced Person and the Recording of Disabilities to Complete Identity (SIPINTAR PEDULI). In this study, a descriptive research type is used with a qualitative research type. Data collection in this study is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The result of this research is that the innovation of the Service System to Complete the Identity of Displaced Persons and the Recording of Disabilities to Complete Identity (SIPINTAR PEDULI) can meet the needs of vulnerable communities and make it easier for vulnerable people to obtain population identity

    This study aims to analyze the influence of red flags and Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) on auditors' ability to detect fraud. Red flags serve as early warning indicators of potential fraud in financial statements, while CAATs enhance auditors' efficiency and accuracy in analyzing audit data. The research employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data were collected through a survey using questionnaires distributed to 73 auditors working at various Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Pekanbaru. The findings reveal that red flags have a significant impact on auditors' ability to detect fraud, indicating that the more red flags identified, the higher the likelihood of fraud detection. Additionally, CAATs also significantly influence fraud detection ability, suggesting that the use of technology in the audit process enhances fraud detection effectiveness

    One form of support provided by the central and regional governments to villages is through funding, namely the Village Fund Allocation (ADD).The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the inhibiting factors in the distribution of ADD in Gunung Sari Village, Gunung Sahilan Subdistrict. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative method and data collection is carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Finance, BPD, and Hamlet Head. The results showed that the village fund allocation (ADD) distribution policy has been implemented at a fairly good level, although there are still obstacles that affect the effectiveness of implementation. The local government of Kampar regency should design more stable and consistent guidelines or regulations so that they do not undergo frequent changes. If policy changes are made, they should be socialized more effectively and given a sufficient transition period so that the village can adapt to the new regulations, and the process of disbursing village fund allocations needs to be accelerated and administrative procedures clarified. The application of digital systems in the submission and disbursement of funds also needs to be improved, the government needs to ensure that the server or system used to store documents has a high security and stability system to prevent the risk of data loss or hacking
