PERENCANAAN INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR LIMBAH (IPAL) INDUSTRI TAHU DI KELURAHAN LOKTABAT UTARA, KALIMANTAN SELATAN
Tofu is a soy-based culinary product. During the manufacturing process, the tofu industry generates solid refuse and liquid waste. The majority of the tofu industry lacks a sewage treatment infrastructure, so the resulting waste is discharged directly into the river. High levels of organic pollutants are present in liquid waste, which can cause significant pollution. The effluents discharged into the water must meet the established quality requirements. If the water discharged does not meet quality standards, it will pollute the environment. This research aims to evaluate the quality of wastewater produced by the tofu industry, as well as determine the most suitable treatment technology for the waste conditions and design a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The tofu industry's liquid effluent contains 2666.5 mg/L BOD, 12476.1 mg/L COD, and 3220.3 mg/L TSS. The selection of WWTP technology utilizes a scoring method based on criteria provided by the Technical Team for Sanitation Development. The chosen treatment unit is an Anaerobic-Aerobic Biofilter with a score of 4.3. The design of the WWTP model includes an equalization tank, initial sedimentation tank, anaerobic biofilter tank, aerobic biofilter tank, and final sedimentation tank.Tahu merupakan produk kuliner berbahan dasar kedelai. Selama proses pembuatannya, industri tahu menghasilkan sampah padat dan limbah cair. Sebagian besar industri tahu tidak memiliki infrastruktur pengolahan limbah, sehingga limbah yang dihasilkan dibuang langsung ke sungai. Tingkat polutan organik yang tinggi hadir dalam limbah cair, yang dapat menyebabkan polusi yang signifikan. Limbah yang dibuang ke air harus memenuhi persyaratan kualitas yang ditetapkan. Jika air yang dibuang tidak memenuhi baku mutu, maka akan mencemari lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas air limbah yang dihasilkan oleh industri tahu, serta menentukan teknologi pengolahan yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi limbah tersebut dan merancang instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL). Limbah cair industri tahu mengandung BOD 2666,5 mg/L, COD 12476,1 mg/L, dan TSS 3220,3 mg/L. Pemilihan teknologi IPAL menggunakan metode skoring, dengan kriteria penilaian yang bersumber dari Tim Teknis Pengembangan Sanitasi. Unit pengolahan yang dipilih adalah Biofilter Anaerobik-Aerobik dengan skor 4,3. PERENCANAAN PENINGKATANiKINERJA SISTEM JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI PIPA PRIMERiPDAM BANDARMASIHiZONA BANJARMASIN TIMUR: PLANNING FOR IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRIMERY PIPE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK SYSTEM FOR PDAM BANDARMASIH EAST BANJARMASIN ZONE
The Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) has an important role in people's lives. PDAM Bandarmasih Banjarmasin City is a service company that manages and distributes clean water. The East Banjarmasin Zone is included in the Pramuka IPA II service. There are quite a lot of house connections causing the distribution process to experience a pressure drop so that the water has not been distributed to all customers. The total water requirement is 689.36 L/second. For this reason, an analysis of pressure parameters and headloss units was carried out on the existing primary pipe network model and processed using Epanet 2.2. The results of the analysis that do not meet the standards will be carried out with 3 alternative simulations to increase the performance of the distribution network system. The results of the evaluation of the existing condition of the East Banjarmasin zone found that 82% pressure and 7% headloss units did not meet the standards. Alternative 1 simulation, namely changing pump capacity can increase 100% of pressure and 93% of headloss units meet the standard. Alternative 2, namely replacing and parallelizing the pipe can increase 97% pressure and 98% headloss according to standards. The planned pipe diameter ranges from 200-630 mm with a length of 22,565 m. Alternative 3, namely adding an inline pump and adding pipes can increase 93% pressure and 97% headloss units meet the standard. Recommendations made for the long term are a combination of alternatives 1 and 2. This combination of alternatives produces pressures ranging from 9 – 43 mka, which means that it is still within the reference standard range of PERMEN PU No.18 of 2007.Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) mempunyai peran penting dikehidupan masyarakat. PDAM Bandarmasih Kota Banjarmasin adalah perusahaan dibidang jasa yang mengelola serta mendistribusikan air bersih. Zona Banjarmasin Timur termasuk dalam pelayanan IPA 2 Pramuka. Sambungan rumah yang cukup banyak menyebabkan proses distribusi mengalami penurunan tekanan sehingga air belum terdistribusikan ke seluruh pelanggan. Total kebutuhan air sebesar 689,36 L/detik. Untuk itu dilakukan analisis parameter tekanan dan unityheadlossypadaymodel jaringanypipa primeryyangyada dan diolahymenggunakanyEpanet 2.2. Hasil analisis yang tidak memenuhi standar akan dilakukan 3 alternatif simulasi peningkatan kinerja sistem jaringan distribusi. Hasil evaluasi kondisi eksisting zona Banjarmasin Timur terdapat 82% tekananydany7% unittheadloss yang tidakimemenuhiistandar. Simulasi alternatifi1iyaituimenggantiikapasistas pompa dapattmeningkatkan 100% tekanan dan 93% unityheadloss memenuhiystandar. Alternatif 2 yaitu mengganti dan memparalelkan pipa dapat meningkatkan 97% tekanan dan 98% headloss sesuai standar. Diameter pipa yang direncanakan berkisar antara 200-630 mm dengan panjang 22.565 m. Alternatif 3 yaitu menambah inline pump dan menambah pipa dapat meningkatkan 93% pressure dan 97% unit headloss memenuhiistandar. Phonological Interference Of Banjar Hulu Banjarese In Pronouncing English Vowels And Consonants
This research aims to describe the phonological interference of Banjar Hulu Banjarese made by English Language Education Study Program FKIP ULM Batch 2019. It is a descriptive study that investigates interference phenomenon on phonology level. The subject of this research is the students of the English Language Education Study Program of FKIP Lambung Mangkurat University, who speak Banjar Hulu Banjarese as their mother tongue. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and oral test. In order to analyze the interference phenomenon, this research used generative phonology approach. The study found out that Banjar Hulu Banjarese does interfere with English pronunciation. The interference occurs in English vowels those are: /i:/, /æ/, /ɒ/, /ɔː/, /uː/, /əː/, /ɑː/, /e/, /ə/, in diphthongs, those are; /oʊ/, /eɪ/, /aʊ/, /əʊ/, and in consonants, there are; /tʰ/, /pʰ/, /kʰ/, /f/, /v/, /b/, /d/, /g/, /θ/, /ð/, /z/, /ʃ/, /ʒ/. Based on the result of this research, the researcher suggests the students of English Language Education Study Program whose background is Banjar Hulu Banjarese need to practice how to pronounce the vowel and consonants in English correctly, especially for the phoneme that got interference. They also need to raise their awareness in English sounds so that they will not overgeneralize the sound of particular vowels or consonants in particular words. The researcher also suggests that lecturers who teach English consonants and vowels pronunciation to do more drilling in teaching and learning progress
Reading Strategies Employed By Advanced Reading Class
Reading was said as an important skill besides other three skills for language learners. Reading was one of the subjects in the English Language Education Study Program that sometimes had a reading comprehension test. It was assumed that the students who had learned reading for three semesters also had learned reading strategies. Thus, the objective of the study was to find out what reading strategies were employed by students of the Advanced Reading class (A1) at the English Language Education Study Program of FKIP Lambung Mangkurat University in batch 2018. The researcher used a qualitative approach to this research. The setting was FKIP of Lambung Mangkurat University. The subjects were Advanced Reading classes at the English Language Education Study Program of FKIP Lambung Mangkurat University in batch 2018. The researcher chose Advanced Reading Class (A1) as a sample. The researcher gave tests to get achievement results. Then, the researcher interviewed two students who were willing to interview. The results of the interviews were presented through descriptive analysis. The findings showed that the interviewee used identifying the purpose in reading, skimming, scanning, guessing, vocabulary analysis, distinguishing between literal meaning and implied meanings, and capitalizing on discourse markers to proceed with relationships. The interviewees have weaknesses in differentiating literal and implied meanings and found it hard to use graphemic rules and patterns to aid the bottom-up decoding using semantic mapping and clustering, and efficient silent reading techniques for relatively rapid comprehension. Based on the research findings, it could be concluded that the interviewees used efficient reading strategies. It was suggested that students had to learn more about reading strategies and do more practice in reading comprehension tests using reading strategies
The Teaching Of Reading Skill In SMPN 31 Banjarmasin
Abstract
This study was attempted for describing the teaching reading comprehension implementation which integrated in educational process carried out at school as well as describing the processes along with conditions which are faced by the teacher. Thus, discovering the integrated teaching reading comprehension process was the study objective desired to be accomplished. In order to discover the data, the analyst utilized the qualitative method. One English teacher of SMPN 31 Banjarmasin was chosen as the study subject. The pivotal data was acquired through several instrumentations, namely class observation, interview with the English teacher, field notes, along with documentation. The data analysis was carried out by describing the educational process on reading, the interview result, as well as documentation. Based on the analyzed data, the analyst discovered that the English teacher employed several techniques; reading aloud as well as role play which emerged during the educational process. However, the educational process which sources was taken out from When English Rings A Bell Textbook was carried out monotonously. It was also revealed the English subject was taught twice a week with 90 minutes each. The teacher involved in the study thought the material and has done technique implementation well. Unfortunately, there were only few students who practiced their English reading mastery. Therefore, it was proposed for the teacher for employing the materials from other sources as well, such as newspapers, literature, magazines, as well as the internet, which capable of fulfilling students' objective in learning reading. TEACHING WRITING NARRATIVE TEXT TO THE 12TH GRADE STUDENTS IN INDONESIA
Teaching pupils to write narrative texts is an intriguing topic to explore because the type of text is a long functional text that also has moral lessons for the reader. Narrative text is taught at SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin which has Islamic basics in carrying out the teaching process. This research propose to describe the utilization of teaching writing narrative text at the twelfth grade of SMAIT Ukhuwah Banjarmasin, focuses on technique, material and media. XII IIS 2 class with 10 pupils and XII MIA 1 class with 7 pupils were taken as the samples. This examination utilized graphic investigation with a subjective methodology. The information were gathered from the perception, meeting and field notes zeroing in on the utilization of showing material, showing strategies, and instructing media during the time spent showing account text. The consequence of this exploration showed that the strategy utilized by the instructor was interpretation of abstract entry to make the students increment their jargon in learning English. The media used were PPT, LCD, laptop, speaker and whiteboard. Meanwhile, the material used was from the internet (www.ruangguru.com, www.kampunginggris.com, www.belajarbahasainggris.com) and from the English text book. PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN SUMATIF MATA PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA PADA IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SMK NEGERI 1 BANJARMASIN
Salah satu bentuk penilaian yang masih dipertahankan dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah penilaian sumatif. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan menghasilkan instrumen penilaian sumatif yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan penelitian ini mengikuti alur ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Analisis dilakukan terhadap validitas empiris, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, reliabilitas, dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa; (1) Proses pengembangan instrumen penilaian sumatif dilakukan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu tahap analysis untuk mencari informasi terkait keadaan atau situasi di SMK Negeri 1 Banjarmasin, tahap design untuk merancang kisi-kisi dan instrumen penilaian, tahap development untuk mengembangkan kisi-kisi dan butir soal yang sudah dirancang, tahap implementation untuk mengetahui respons peserta didik pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan mendapatkan tingkat validitas serta reliabilitas pada uji coba lapangan, serta tahap evaluation untuk dapat memperbaiki produk instrumen penilaian sumatif. (2) Hasil analisis validitas empiris memperoleh 18 butir soal dalam kategori valid dan 2 tidak valid. Hasil analisis reliabilitas memperoleh nilai koefisien 0,815 dan masuk dalam kategori sangat reliabel
PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD BERBASIS HOTS PADA MATERI PERSAMAAN DAN PERTIDAKSAMAAN LINEAR SATU VARIABEL
Peserta didik kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang berbentuk soal cerita. Khususnya mengaitkan gagasan matematika dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Akibatnya, peserta didik merasa kesulitan, sehingga diperlukannya LKPD berbasis HOTS untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. LKPD juga dibuat dalam bentuk digital dikarenakan teknologi sekarang ini sudah berkembang sehingga mudah untuk mengaksesnya menggunakan smartphone atau komputer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses dan menghasilkan LKPD elektronik berbasis HOTS menggunakan Liveworksheets pada materi persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. R&D merupakan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan model 4D, dibatasi hanya sampai tiga tahap yaitu, pendefinisian, perancangan, dan pengembangan. Tahap ketiga pengembangan dilakukan uji validitas sehingga diperoleh skor rata-rata (Va) sebesar 3,51 yang dikategorikan valid. Kemudian diperoleh nilai pratikalitasnya sebesar 79,18% yang memenuhi kriteria praktis dilihat dari angket respon peserta didik. LKPD juga efektif dilihat dari hasil jawaban LKPD yang telah dikerjakan peserta didik
PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL KONTEKS LAHAN BASAH MENGGUNAKAN FLIPBOOK PADA MATERI PERSAMAAN KUADRAT KELAS IX
Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh sebagian peserta didik untuk dikuasai. Keberhasilan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar salah satunya didukung oleh adanya bahan ajar. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi pada saat ini, media pada bahan ajar pun juga harus berkembang dan berinovatif. Pengembangan bahan ajar yang efektif, efisien, kontekstual serta mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dapat membuat peserta didik lebih termotivasi saat melakukan pembelajaran secara mandiri. E-modul dengan konteks lahan basah menggunakan aplikasi flipbook merupakan media ajar yang menarik serta dapat memotivasi peserta didik saat belajar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa e-modul konteks lahan basah menggunakan flipbook pada materi persamaan kuadrat yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), dan tahap pengembangan (develop). Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar validasi penilaian ahli media, ahli materi dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Hasil uji validasi materi dengan nilai validasi sebesar 85,7% dikatakan valid dengan memenuhi kriteria tinggi dan hasil uji validasi media dengan nilai validasi sebesar 75% dikatakan valid dengan memenuhi kriteria cukup tinggi. Hasil uji kepraktisan dengan responden siswa mendapat respon positif sehingga menenuhi kategori baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa e-modul konteks lahan basah menggunakan flipbook merupakan media yang valid dan praktis
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PHET SIMULATION TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI PECAHAN
Salah satu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar pada materi pecahan adalah kesulitan siswa memahami konsep yang abstrak. Siswa memerlukan bantuan media konkret sebagai perantara atau visualisasinya. Media PhET Simulations dapat membantu siswa dalam memvisualisasikan materi pecahan yang bersifat abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan implementasi, respon siswa, dan pengaruh penggunaan media PhET pada materi pecahan di kelas IV SD/MI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Belitung Selatan 7, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik oversampling, dengan masing-masing 20 sampel dari kelas IV A (kontrol) dan IV B (eksperimen). Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes (pre-test dan post-test) serta non-tes (angket). Analisis data menggunakan uji t dan uji N-Gain untuk data tes, dan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk data non-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi penggunaan media PhET melibatkan persiapan media dan tujuan pembelajaran, pengenalan media, orientasi masalah, organisasi belajar, pengerjaan LKPD secara berkelompok berpanduan simulasi PhET, diskusi dan presentasi, serta refleksi dan evaluasi. (2) respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media PhET termasuk dalam kategori “Baik”, (3) penggunaan media PhET Simulations memiliki pengaruh, yakni dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada materi pecahan di kelas IV SDN Belitung Selatan 7 Banjarmasin
