Get PDFPenelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh adanya nilai-nilai sosial dan nilai-nilai religius yang terkandung dalam novel Laskar Pelangi karangan Andrea Hirata. Untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai sosial dalam kehidupan yang terkandung dalam novel “ Laskar Pelangi” karya Andrea Hirata. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan atau implementasi nilai-nilai Religius yang terkandung dalam novel “Laskar Pelangi” karya Andrea Hirata pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data yang di kumpulkan dalam bentuk penggalan teks isi novel. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik simak bebas cakap. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada nilai-nilai sosial dan nilai religius dalam novel Laskar Pelangi karya Andrea Hirata memperoleh data sebanyak 32 data, yang terdiri dari 16 data yang mengandung nilai-nilai sosial, dan 16 data yang mengandung nilai-nilai religius

Get PDFThis community service activity aimed to determine the local potential of the Purwabakti Village area which can be used as a village innovation. This activity is carried out in Purwabakti Village from August to September 2024. Training participants consisted of village officials and residents of Purwabakti Village. Implementation of activities used the outreach method. The method of implementing the activities was carried out through the observation stage which was carried out in August, and training in making Purwabakti Coffee Snacks in September. From the results of the implementation of community service activities, it can be seen that the majority of the community has high enthusiasm for developing COSTI (Coffee Snack Purwabakti). This can be seen from the outreach activities regarding COSTI which opens up financial space for the community by using local coffee as a snack based on village innovation, thus helping MSMEs in the village to be productive and innovative in the products they manage and market, with the aim of increasing income and welfare of the people of Purwabakti Village.

Cadres play a role as community mobilizers, counseling and monitoring, who directly deal with social problems, including health problems faced by the community, so they play a big role in supporting the success of treatment of the newborns. This community service activity aimed to train the skills of posyandu cadres through empowering the role of posyandu cadres regarding care of newborn babies by optimizing complementary services in Kampung Delima Village, Rejang Lebong Regency. This activity was carried out from July to November 2023 targeting health cadres in Kampung Delima Village, East Curup District. Rejang Lebong Regency. Activities were carried out through training and mentoring of cadres. The results of this activities after training showed an increase in cadres\u27 knowledge and skills regarding newborn care by optimizing complementary services, which include bathing babies and umbilical cord care using topical breast milk, correct breastfeeding techniques and baby massage in Kampung Delima Village
Aplikasi Mobile Android Layanan Bengkel Sepeda Mas Ung Home Bike Workshop
Get PDFA bicycle workshop is an important place for bicycle users for maintenance and repairs. However, workshops often face challenges in providing effective and efficient services, such as managing customer data, handling repairs, bookkeeping, and product sales. This research focuses on developing an Android-based information system at Mas Ung Home Bike Workshop, a bicycle workshop in Cikarang, West Java. Based on interviews with the workshop owner, several issues were identified with the current application, such as the complexity of operating the previous application, the lack of documentation features in the form of photos and videos before and after repairs, and the need for invoices containing the workshop\u27s bank account number. This research uses the waterfall software development model, which includes requirement analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, as well as operation and maintenance. The result of this research is an Android-based bicycle workshop service application with features such as transaction recording, repair reports including photos and videos, transaction reports, and invoice printing with the workshop owner\u27s account name and number. With an integrated information system, it is expected to help improve the service at Mas Ung bicycle workshop.Bengkel sepeda adalah tempat penting bagi pengguna sepeda untuk perawatan dan perbaikan. Namun, bengkel sering menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien, seperti pengelolaan data pelanggan, manajemen pengerjaan, perbaikan, pembukuan, dan penjualan produk. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis Android di Mas Ung Home Bike Workshop, sebuah bengkel sepeda di Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan pemilik bengkel, ditemukan beberapa kendala dengan aplikasi yang digunakan saat ini, seperti kompleksitas pengoperasian aplikasi yang digunakan sebelumnya, kurangnya fitur dokumentasi berupa foto dan video sebelum dan sesudah perbaikan, dan kebutuhan faktur yang berisikan nomor rekening bengkel. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem dan perangkat lunak, implementasi dan pengujian unit, integrasi dan pengujian sistem, serta operasi dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi layanan bengkel sepeda berbasis android dengan fitur layanan berupa pencatatan transaksi, laporan perbaikan berupa foto dan video, laporan transaksi dan cetak invoice atau faktur dengan informasi nomor dan nama pemilik rekening bengkel. Supplementation of tarum leaf flour (Indigofera zollingeriana) in commercial feed to enhance the growth performance and survival rate of seurukan fish (Osteochilus vittatus)
Get PDFPakan merupakan komponen yang menunjang pertumbuhan dan sintasan dalam budidaya ikan. Salah satu bahan baku alternatif yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pakan ikan yaitu daun tarum (Indigofera zollingeriana). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan daun tarum (Indigofera zollingeriana) terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan pada ikan seurukan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan penggunaan tepung daun tarum terdiri dari P0 (tanpa penambahan tepung daun tarum/kontrol), P1 (penambahan tepung daun tarum 5%), P2 (penambahan tepung daun tarum 10%), P3 (penambahan tepung daun tarum 15%), P4 (penambahan tepung daun tarum 20%). Hasil analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA) menunjukkan bahwa pemberian dosis tepung daun tarum pada pakan komersial berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap performa pertumbuhan ikan serukan. Dosis terbaik untuk meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan ikan seurukan adalah perlakuan 4 dengan dosis 20%. Nilai P4 yang terdiri dari nilai sintasan 98.33%, pertambahan bobot ikan sebesar 3.98 gram, pertambahan panjang sebesar 3,36 cm, laju pertumbuhan spesifik 3.81%/hari, dan rasio konversi pakan sebesar 1.06.

Hematological Profile of Silver Pompano (Trachinotus blochii) Broodstock with Hormonal Induction and Phytobiotic Supplementation in Feed
Get PDFThis study evaluates the hematological profile of potential broodstock silver pompano (Trachinotus blochii) through hormonal induction and phyto-biotic supplementation via feed. An experimental trial was conducted for 30 days to assess the hematological profile of potential broodstock Trachinotus blochii. This study employed a completely randomized design (CRD) in two research experiments. The first experiment utilized hormonal induction with estradiol-17β hormone on female silver pompano broodstock, consisting of 3 treatments: E1 (0 mg/kg), E2 (20 mg/kg), and E3 (60 mg/kg), whereas the second experiment employed phyto-biotic induction using Tribulus terrestris extract (ETT) and gonadotropin hormone, consisting of 5 treatments: T1: ETT 0 mg/kg feed, T2: ETT 50 mg/kg feed, T3: ETT 250 mg/kg feed, T4: ETT 50 mg/kg feed + gonadotropin 1000 IU/kg body weight, and T5: ETT 250 mg/kg feed + gonadotropin 500 IU/kg body weight, both experiments used 8 individuals as replicate per treatment. The results of the study indicated that all major hematological indices such as total erythrocytes, total leukocytes, and hematocrit levels were higher in male silver pompano broodstock supplemented with Tribulus terrestris extract compared to female silver pompano broodstock induced hormonally with estradiol-17β hormone
Identification of microplastics in milkfish (Chanos chanos) in tradisional ponds in Pedaleman Village, Serang Regency
Get PDFThe entry of microplastic waste into pond waters come from household and fishing activities. This study aims to identify the presence of microplastics in milkfish in the Pedaleman Village pond by considering the type, color, and size of microplastics and to determine the polymers structure found in the digestive tract of milkfish. A total of 24 samples were collected directly from the pond in March to April 2023. The fish were measured for length (cm) and weight (g), and then dissected to remove the organs including digestive tract and muscle. The organs were then destroyed and microplastics were identified using microscope stereo. The fish organs were destroyed using 10% KOH after wet weight was measured. The sample were incubated for 24 hours until the organic matter was destroyed. Then, filtered using Whattman 42 paper and dried in an oven. The types of microplastics found in milkfish were fibers, films, and fragments. Fragment were the most abundant type of microplastics, followed by fiber and film. The fiber had a variety of colors, while the fragments are only found in black. No full textBireuen Regency has the potential for coastal ecosystem resources. There are two Fish Landing Sites (PPI) with very high activity, namely PPI Peudada and PPI Jangka. The high level of activity leads to concerns about pollution, one of which is the presence of lead (Pb) metal. This research aims to assess the characteristics of mangrove areas, seawater samples for heavy metals Pb, and sediments around the coastal fishing port area of Bireuen Regency. The study was conducted in 2024. Research was carried out at two sampling locations of the Fish Landing Sites (PPI), namely the Peudada Fishing Port and the Jangka Fishing Port using purposive sampling methods. At the BARISTAND (Aceh Research and Industrial Standardization Agency) laboratory, samples were analyzed using an AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer). The Pb concentrations in seawater and sediment at first Location (Peudada) were <0.0003 mg/L and 2.60 mg/kg, respectively. At second Location (Jangka), the concentrations were <0.0003 mg/L and 1.78 mg/kg, respectively. Observational results indicate that Pb metal contamination in seawater and sediment at locations 1 and 2 is still below the threshold limit set of Ministry of Environment No. 51 in 2004 and RNO in 1981.Bireuen Regency has the potential for coastal ecosystem resources. This is evidenced by the fact that 64 million MSME businesses account for around 61% of the country\u27s GDP and employ millions of people, this sector plays an important role in driving economic growth and creating job opportunities. However, in order for MSME businesses to continue to grow and contribute to the economy, it is important that they receive the support and resources needed to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in the global market. The purpose of this research is how to strategize MSMEs in job creation. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Some of the strategies that can be taken in creating jobs in the MSME sector are increasing access to financing for MSME actors, tax incentives, increasing skill development programs for MSME entrepreneurs and encouraging innovation and technology adoption in the Indonesian MSME sector
