Analisis Lingkungan Tempat Kerja Ukm Suci Rizki Di Bekasi Dengan Menggunakan Metode 6S
Perusahaan yang sukses adalah perusahaan dengan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung baik itu untuk pekerja mapun mesin yang ada di lingkungan tersebut. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat menunjang kenyamanan serta keamanan karyawan sehingga pekerjaan yang dilakukan akan leih optimal. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan lingkungan atau area kerja yang aman tanpa bahaya yang dapat diidentifikasi dengan metode 6S yang merupakan singkatan dari seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke dan safety. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi setiap aspek 6S di lingkungan kerja UKM Suci Rizki. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa UKM Suci Rizki mendapatkan skor akhir yaitu 1,3437 yang termasuk klasifikasi Unacceptable yang artinya aktivitas metode 6S kurang dilakukan atau hanya sebagian kecil di UKM Suci Rizki tersebut
SIMULASI NUMERIK PADA DOWNDRAFT GASIFIER BIOMASSA DENGAN COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMIC
Kebutuhan energi dunia mengakibatkan lonjakan dalam kebutuhan energi terbarukan salah satunya adalah biomassa. Proses gasifikasi berlangsung dalam reaktor yang disebut gasifier dan yang paling efektif menggunakan metode Fixed Bed pada downdraft gasifier karena proses pembuatan gas berlangsung tanpa menghentikan penyalaan pembakaran dan menghasilkan sedikit tar. Bahan baku biomassa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wood pellet karena ketersediaan yang berlimpah di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini membahas simulasi numerik untuk gasifier downdraft dengan memanfaatkan bahan baku biomassa berupa sumber kayu berbentuk wood pellet. Teknik simulasi yang digunakan adalah computational fluid dynamic dengan DPM (Discrete Phase Model) karena dapat memprediksi detil hasil experiment dengan lebih tepat. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan tingkat konvergensi yang bertambah baik dengan waktu iterasi proses yang semakin lama. Desain UlangTata Letak Pabrik Dengan Metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) Di Plant Welding Shop PT. Sanggar Sarana Baja
PT. Sanggar Sarana Baja is a company engaged in the manufacturing process, design, steel fabrication, service, product refurbishing and remanufacturing. The problem at the Plant Welding Shop of PT. Sanggar Sarana Baja is a machine layout that is not organized according to the production flow, which causes the distance between machines that should be close together quite far. This study uses the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method which is expected to get the results of a factory layout design that can reduce material handling distances and reduce material handling costs. After processing the data, the proposed layout design 2 is obtained with a displacement moment of 4,527 m / year, while in its initial condition it is 9,355 m / year. The amount of material handling costs was Rp. 5,840,559 / year, while in the initial condition it was Rp. 12,069,457.38 and the savings obtained were 51.61%. Based on the calculations made, the proposed layout design 2 is obtained which can minimize the distance and material handling costs
Pengaruh Tinggi Back Rest Roller Terhadap Mutu Kain Tenun Grey di Mesin Tenun Air Jet Loom Pada Industri Tekstil
In the weaving process, the re-positioning of the back rest roller is carried out in order to produce the right tension of the warp thread according to the fabric construction to be made and to open a clean warp mouth opening in order to produce a smooth feed post during the process. However, with the development of science, it is known that the appropriate rearrangement of different back rest roller will also affect the quality of the fabric produced. This research was conducted to see the quality of the fabric produced with different back rest roller heights on the Air Jet Loom weaving machine at PT Malakasari Textile Mills. So that it get the right height of the roller height for good quality fabric according to company needs. Observations and tests are carried out at the height of the roller rest height by adjusting different heights, there are at the heights of –1, +1, and +3 by manually raising and lowering the back rest roller so that different types of fabric samples with same construction are produced. Then the fabric sample produced is then tested on the tensile strength and stretching of the fabric towards the warp, the tear strength of the fabric towards the thickness of the fabric, and the air permeability of the fabric. Based on the results of research and statistical calculations using one-way ANOVA, it turns out that there are differences in the quality of all fabrics produced and it is found that at setting the rear height at position -1 produces the best quality fabric in terms of fabric strength. stretch of the fabric towards the warp, and the tear strength of the fabric towards the weft, with respective amounts of 310.94 N, 18.24%, and 6.30 N. However, setting the rear height at the +3 position is the most appropriate for the quality of the fabric includes the thickness of the fabric and the permeability of the fabric, with the respective sizes are 0.322 mm and 70.60 cm3/cm2/s. So it can be concluded that there are advantages and disadvantages of the various heights of the back rest rollers used for the quality of the fabric produced
Analisis Pengaruh Penambahan Eco Racing pada Bahan Bakar Pertamax Terhadap Unjuk Kerja Mesin Motor 2 Tak
Teknologi penghematan dan pengurangan polusi udara terhadap kendaraan bermotor berbahan bakar yang berasal dari minyak bumi terus di teliti. Penghematan bahan bakar terjadi karena semakin menipisnya persediaan minyak bumi sehingga manusia menemukan teknologi untuk mengefisienkan kinerja mesin, penelitian juga dilakukan untuk mencari alternatif atau penambahan zat aditif ke kendaraan bermotor. Bahan–bahan yang sebelumnya tidak diperhitungkan sebagai penambahan bahan bakar di uji coba dan dikaji kelayakannya sebagai zat penghemat dan pengurang polusi udara pada emisi gas buang kendaraan. Eco racing adalah salah satu bahan bakar yang layak digunakan sebagai zat penambah pada bahan bakar kendaraan.Tujuan penelitian ini Mengetahui perubahan daya dan torsi pada mesin setelah menggunakanPertamax dan Eco Racing. Konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik yang di hasilkan bahan bakarpertamax dan campuran Eco Racingbahan bakar pencampuran pertamax dengan eco racing.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa:Fenomena yang didapatkan daripada pengujian ini bahwa daya dan torsi yang dihasilkan lebih besar menggunakan bahan bakar pertamax murni yaitu pada putaran 4000 rpm sampai dengan 4200 rpm, menghasilkan daya 8,6 Kw, setelah putaran 4200 rpm daya yang dihasilkan menurun diputaran 4400 rpm. dengan daya yang dihasilkan 8,3 Kw, Kemudian pada putaran berikutnya yaitu di putaran 5400 sampai dengan 5600 rpm daya yang dihasilkan meningkat 9 Kw
Analisis Pengaruh Jumlah Sudu Pompa Sentrifugal Terhadap Efisiensi Pompa
ABSTRAK“Pengaruh jumlah sudu pompa sentrifugal terhadap efisiensi pompa”.Skripsi. Teknik Mesin S1. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Medan Area Saat ini pompa menjadi sarana yang sangat vital dalam dunia industri.Hampir setiap perusahaan besar memiliki pompa, minimal satu buah pompa.Pengembangan– pengembangan modifikasi pompa untuk mencapai performa yang maksimal terus ditingkatkan.Performa pompa dapat ditingkatkan dengan inovasi pengembangan dari komponen – komponen dari pompa itu sendiri atau dengan melakukan modifikasi.Dan penulis disini mencoba mengganti sudu impeler dengan jumlah yang berbeda. Pada percobaan kali ini impeler yang digunakan adalah impeler dengan jumlah sudu 4, 5 dan 6 yang masing masing akan dipasang dan dibandingkan hasilnya. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan efisiensi tertinggi ada pada jumlah sudu 6 yaitu 39,96% sedangkan terendah ada pada impeler dengan jumlah sudu 4 yaitu 15,44% . Adapun tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi sudu pompa terhadap kapasitas, untuk menganalisis variasi kecepatan aliran, untuk menganalisis pengaruh variasi jumlah sudu pompa terhadap efisiensi pompa. Analysis Of The Effect Of Company Size, Roa, And Der On Corporate Social Responsibility In Metal And Mineral Mining Companies Listed On Bei 2015-2016 Period
Owners of the company not only pay attention to the financial performance but also pay attention to stakeholders (stakeholders) who are part of the company one of them is to conduct corporate social responsibility activities (Corporate Social Responsibility). This study aims to examine the effect of corporate Size, Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Corporate Social Responsibility in metal and mineral mining companies listed in BEI period 2015-2016. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used was descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple regression test. The result showed that partially Company Size 0,251> 0,05, Return on asset (ROA) 0,045 0,05, hence can be said that company Size and Debt to equity ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility, while Return on Asset (ROA) has significant effect to Corporate Social Responsibility, so company Size and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) can not be measured to know the high or low of Corporate Social Responsibility.
