Teknik Korelasi dan Kolmogorov Smirnov dalam Menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Intrinsik dan Peningkatan Kemampuan Menulis KTI Pada Widyaiswara
Full text linkWidyaiswara merupakan salah satu Jabatan Fungsional tertentu yang diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 16 Tahun 1994 tentang Rumpun Jabatan Fungsional Tertentu. Widyaiswara merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang harus memiliki kompetensi transfer of knowledge dan transfer of value dalam proses pembelajaran dalam kediklatan disamping komponen lainnya yang mendukung berjalannya kegiatan kediklatan. Motivasi yang berasal dari dalam diri (Instrinsik) ini yang menjadi fokus penelitain yang tujuannya untuk melihat Pengaruh motivasi Instrinsik terhadap Kemampuan menulis Karya Tulis Ilmiah Widyaisawara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kemampuan menulis KTI bagi Widyaisawara BPSDM Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dan analisis uji statistik menggunakan program komputer SPSS 22, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap kemampuan menulis KTI bagi Widyaisawara (Ho ditolak, Ha diterima), dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap kemampuan menulis widyaiswara dengan tingkat hubungan yang kuat, yang ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,668 dengan angka sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 sehingga thitung 2,717913) dengan nilai signifikasni 0,000 < 0,005. (3) Dorongan yang timbul dari dalam diri Widyaisawara untuk bekerja secara baik dalam hal ini untuk melaksanakan tugas dari unsur pengembangan profesi memiliki kategori “sedang”. Sedangkan kemampuan menulis KTI widyaiswara juga masuk pada kategori “sedang. Hal ini didukung dengan data bahwa dari 39 orang widyaisawara BPSDM Provinsi DKI Jakarta sebesar 58,97% telah mempunyai pengalaman menulis KTI di berbagai media publikasi yang menjadi sarana untuk pengembangan profesi widyaiswara dan hanya sebesar 41,03% belum pernah menulis KTI

Full text linkOne of the causes of the increase in Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is the decrease factor in exclusive breastfeeding to infants. Based on the Statistics Center (BPS) in 2016 covering 49.51% of infants in Indonesia who received exclusive breastfeeding less than 6 months. In this case, multimedia technology can be used to support government programs in Increasing Exclusive ASI Coverage Rates for Indonesian children in accordance with Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012. So, the researchers conducted research using computer-based multimedia learning assistance (CAL) technology for help support the health of several posyandu, puskesmas, and mother and child clinics in promoting exclusive breastfeeding through the Acupressure Technique which can be accessed through the release of the hormone prolactin and the hormone oxytocin in drinking mothers. This multimedia application based on Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) can provide understanding and learning about Acupressure Techniques with visuals that are interesting, easy to understand, and supported by clear audio visuals

Penelitian Service Quality ini diolah dengan aplikasi RapidMiner, dengan menentukan 3 variabel yaitu: umur, jenis kelamin, aplikasi. Setelah meninjau literatur dan bidang dan merumuskan hipotesis, data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 200 orang yang telah menggunakannya transportasi Grab di kota Pekanbaru (hanya kecamatan Tampan dan Tenayan Raya) sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, dan analisis korelasional. Many factors affecting the assessment level to find out whether there are influences of the current ratio variable, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity to the price-earnings ratio on the cigarettes company listed on Indonesia stock exchange period of 2014 to 2016. This study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on the determined criteria, 4 companies meet the requirements as samples. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2014 to 2016, through the site www.idx.co.id. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the current ratio variables, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity do not significantly influence the price-earnings ratio of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 to 2016.Every company aims to increase the company value by maximizing the assessment of stock price and market price. So in this study conducted by varying the temperature of the condenser which aims to increase COP. The measured variables are the temperature of the refrigerant before the compressor, the temperature of the refrigerant after the compressor, the temperature of the refrigerant before the evaporator. In addition to knowing the cooling effect, the temperature of the cooling load is also measured in the evaporator. The study was conducted for 240 minutes. IDENTIFIKASI EKSTRAK BUAH NIPAH (Nypa Fruticans Wurmb) DENGAN VARIASI MASSA MENGGUNAKAN PELARUT METANOL
Full text linkIndonesia has many sources of vegetable oil that can be used as a renewable energy source. One of the vegetable oil sources with great potential to be developed is palm fruit (Nypa Fruticans Wurmb). Nipah fruit is one of the raw materials used in this study, using the extraction method and methanol as the solvent. The research was conducted with various mass variations of 30 grams, 35 grams, 40 grams, 45 grams and 50 grams. The extracted oil is characterized by a fragrant odor, clear yellow color and is volatile. From the results of the extraction of nipah fruit then tests were carried out which included% Yield, pH, Free Fatty Acid (FFA), Iodine Number and Density. From the test results, it was found that the average yield of palm fruit oil was 11.634%, where the highest% yield was found in the 35 gram sample, the pH number for 5 samples showed the number 6,% FFA of palm fruit oil on average 0.8%, the iod number of fruit oil nipah an average of 0.0272 and the specific gravity of nipah fruit oil an average of 0.654 gram / ml
