Analisa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Menggunakan Metode HIRARC di PT. Byung Hwa Indonesia
In the work environment of a company, it cannot be denied that the risk of possible work accidents can occur. The number of work accidents in Indonesia shows an increase every year until 2018 which is the highest accident rate in the last 28 years. Historical data of PT. Byung Hwa Indonesia, which is engaged in manufacturing which produces electronic and automotive components, has recorded a number of work accidents that have occurred up to 2019. The data shows that many work accidents are caused by hazards that are not optimally controlled. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the hazard identification process with a risk assessment which aims to identify the factors that can cause work accidents and provide suggestions for controlling the factors that can cause work accidents. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach and risk management used in the hazard identification process, namely Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). From the results of the study it can be concluded that, in the activities carried out by the operator on the injection machine there are 12 factors out of 5 activities that can cause work accidents and on the shootblast machine there are 5 factors from 1 activity that can cause work accidents. The total factors that can cause work accidents are 17 factors and the possibility of a work accident occurring at the low level is 24%, medium 41%, and high 35%. There are several ways to minimize the occurrence of work accidents from these 17 factors, namely by providing Personal Protective Equipment (APD) in the form of glasses, safety shoes, earplugs, gloves and arm protectors. The Maritani application is an android-based agricultural and livestock marketplace application specifically designed to bring together sellers and buyers on one digitalized platform. The maritime marketplace application aims to facilitate sellers and buyers in buying and selling agricultural and livestock needs as well as food needs online. In its business process, the maritime marketplace application uses the B2C (Business to Customer) business model. Where business activities are carried out by producers to consumers using electronic media directly. The development of the Android-based Maritani marketplace is built with the Flutter framework and uses the Dart programming language. At the time of making the Maritani marketplace application for system development using the waterfall method, the development was started with an analysis of system requirements, then carried out the application display design (Graphic User Interface) implementation stage of the application implementation with the Dart programming language. The result of this research is a market application that can have a positive impact on users, both sellers and buyers. ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM ANTRIAN ONLINE DALAM MENGURAI KEPADATAN ANTRIAN PASIEN PADA PUSKESMAS SENTOSA BARU
Proses antrian dengan sistem single channel multi phase di Puskesmas ,mengalami keterbatasan resource yaitu tenaga kerja, ruang, dan waktu. Sehingga terjadi penumpukan jumlah pasien yang menyebabkan antrian panjang yang mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem antrian online untuk mengurai dan mengendalikan kepadatan antrian. Kerberhasilannya ditentukan dari analisis efektifitas antara sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya sistem antrian.online. Pengujian kecukupan data dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kelayakan jumlah data yang digunakan, dan juga dilakukan pengujian pola kedatangan pasien untuk mengetahui pola probabilitasnya. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh perubahan nilai probalistik ((Po) ̅) sebesar 31,8% , jumlah pasien ((Ls) ̅) sebesar 25,3% , jumlah pasien yang menunggu ((Lq) ̅) sebesar 6,3% , jumlah waktu antrian pasien ((Ws) ̅) sebesar 10,3%. , dan jumlah waktu pasien yang menunggu ((Wq) ̅) sebesar 7,2%. Berdasarkan nilai persentase tersebut, maka pemanfaatan sistem antrian online dalam Puskesmas menjadi solusi tepat untuk mengurai dan mengendalikan kepadatan antrian pasie

EVALUASI PERAWATAN MESIN EGIL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RELIABILITY CENTERED MAINTENANCE DI PT CITATAH TBK KARAWANG
PT Citatah Tbk merupakan perusahaan dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi Marmer dan Granit. Proses produksi ketercapaian target didukung oleh mesin-mesin yang bekerja terus menerus sehingga menyebabkan mesin banyak yang mengalami kerusakan saat beroperasi. Berdasarkan data kerusakan pada periode tahun 2020 Mesin Egil merupakan salah satu mesin yang memiliki breakdown tertinggi sehingga penelitian ini terfokus pada komponen mesin Egil. Reliability Centered Maintenance dengan memadukan analisis kualitatif yang meliputi FMEA dan RCM Decision Worksheet digunakan untuk menentukan kegiatan interval perawatan agar keandalan mesin menjadi lebih baik. Berdasarkan pada Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), dan nilai RPN didapatkan komponen yang bersifat kritis pada mesin Egil adalah Meja Transfer dengan nilai RPN 128, Daimond Blade dengan nilai RPN 160, V-Belt dengan nilai RPN 120, dan Vacuum dengan nilai RPN 100. Dan kebijakan maintenance pada Biaya perawatan preventive lebih murah dan juga bisa meminimalisir kerusakan yang terjadi. Biaya scheduled restoration task oleh tim Electrical Repair pada komponen Meja Transfer selama 32 hari/tahun Rp. 7.665.600,00 , Diamond Blade selama 26 hari/tahun Rp. 6.505.600,00, dan biaya scheduled discard task oleh tim Mekanik Repair pada komponen V-Belt selama 29 hari/tahun Rp. 6.105.600,00, dan Vacuum rubber 22 hari/jam Rp. 6.905.600,00

Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency is a regional agency organization that handles regional revenue affairs, especially in terms of taxation for motorized vehicles and regional levies in North Sumatra Province. UPT PPD Medan Selatan or better known as SAMSAT (One Roof Manunggal Administration System) is one of the Technical Implementing Units under the auspices of the North Sumatra Province BPPRD. In some parts of the work at UPT PPD Medan Selatan still need a letter as the medium, the letter that is often used is a type of certificate and this can be seen when handling vehicle mutations, the certificate is better known as a fiscal certificate. In the recording of fiscal certificates issued by UPT PPD Medan Selatan, they still record manually using the SAMSAT expedition book so that it is very ineffective and inefficient. Based on this phenomenon, the researchers designed a Fiscal Letter Archive Application using Java programming. The research method used is Applied research (applied research). PENERAPAN PRINSIP 5S (SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE) PADA STASIUN PEMBUNGKUSAN DIPAN DI UKM LADIVA JAKARTA
Penelitian ini menggunakan prinsip 5S yang terdiri dari Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UKM pembuatan dipan bernama UKM Ladiva bertepatan di Jakarta. Kondisi area kerja stasiun pembungkusan dipan yang berantakan pada dimana bahan baku dan alat-alat yang digunakan tidak tersusun dan tidak tertata rapi serta mengakibatkan area kerja yang berantakan sehingga menghambat jalannya pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh para operator. ANALISIS TINGKAT KECACATAN PADA CHILDPART BUTTON REALESE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE VISUAL CHECK DAN (4 QC) TOOLS DI PT. XYZ
This research focuses on analysis of childpart button realese parking brake component in PT. XYZ. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality produced by the company and minimize the occurrence of disability in the childpart button realese into the assembly process. The method used is a descriptive method that’s is a research method by collecting data that describes systematically and accurately. Data collection techniques in this study use observation directly to PT. XYZ, with the help of statistic tool with visual check method and 4 QC tools in PT. XYZ. visual check method can help a QC Inspector to know the defects in childpart button realese component, after that assisted by 4 QC tools method consisting of histogram diagram, pareto diagram, P control map (P-Chart) and casual diagram. Observations during practical work at PT. XYZ, that the data type of incompatibility on the component childpart button realese with the total number of samples taken at the time of practice work as much as 3.950 pcs with 15 days of sampling data. Of the 3.950 pcs there are different types of damage, including scratch, spots, bubbles, and grafients and the highest of the four types of damage is the type of scratch damage with a percentage of 33,96%. therefore the anticipation so that the occurrence of defective products (not good) into the assembly procces, QC inspector provides a strict examination in the process and when the product is finished (finish good) lever assy parking brake

Keselamatan sangat penting bagi setiap individu, UKM Sinar Pratama merupakan UKM yang menjual berbagai macam peralatan listrik, seperti di bidang penerangan dan instalasi listrik. UKM Sinar Pratama telah menerapkan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, meskipun telah menerapkan beberapa standar atau prosedur keselamatan dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Jika potensi bahaya yang timbul dapat diidentifikasi dan dikendalikan, maka kejadian kecelakaan dapat menurun. Identifikasi dan pengendalian potensi bahaya dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Communication technology is currently growing rapidly, especially in the field of telecommunications. The rapid development of the internet and the development of multimedia applications require certain Quality of Services (QoS) requirements. However, ordinary IP networks are not designed to pass real-time multimedia services. Basically everyone who is connected to their network can exchange information and data between one person with another, be it images, sound, video, text and others, but if we use traditional telephone calls, in addition to expensive tariffs, geographical location is also important. determine the size of the costs to be incurred. Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is an innovative technology that makes the internet network or local computer network, as a medium for transmitting voice data packets so that users can communicate with each other. The test results on the Alpha Delay (Waiting Time) VOIP phone test is shorter than the WhatsApp phone, which is 17 seconds. So VoIP calls are 14 seconds superior to Whatsapp calls, taken from the difference between WhatsApp and VoIP delays, which is 17 Seconds - 3 Seconds = 14 Seconds.
