    Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Persepsi Kebijakan, dan Identitas Produk pada Minat Beli Mobil Listrik Di Yogyakarta

    Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi kebijakan, dan identitas produk terhadap minat beli pada produk mobil listrik di Yogyakarta. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan responden 200 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kueisioner secara daring. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat analisis SPSS versi 27.0. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat beli dipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, persepsi kebijakan, dan identitas produk. Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur minat beli dengan konteks produk mobil listrik di Yogyakarta. Keterbatasan Penelitian: Penelitian ini terbatas pada wilayah DIY dan fokus pada mobil listrik, dengan jumlah responden hanya 200 orang, mayoritas berusia 18-25 tahun. Faktor eksternal seperti kondisi ekonomi dan perkembangan teknologi mungkin tidak sepenuhnya terjangkau. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan memperluas wilayah dan jenis produk yang diteliti, menambah jumlah dan variasi usia responden, serta mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal dengan lebih mendalam. Implikasi Praktis: Diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan kepercayaan, persepsi kebijakan, dan identitas produk terhadap minat beli mobil listrik di Indonesia

    Gambaran faktor-faktor terkait status gizi pada balita di puskesmas kecamatan kramat jati jakarta timur

    Kejadian status gizi kurang balita di indonesia masih tinggi. Banyak faktor penyebabnya diantaranya pengetahuan tentang asi eksklusif, asupan makan yang seimbang pada balita, pendidikan orang tua, dan sosial ekonomi keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian status gizi kurang pada balita di wilayah puskesmas kecamatan kramat jati jakarta timur. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap 32 balita penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja puskesmas kecamatan kramat jati jakarta timur pada bulan februari-maret 2023. Hasilnya yaitu  status gizi baik terdapat 20 balita (62,5 persen), status gizi lebih  terdapat 1 balita (3,1 persen), 21 balita (65,6 persen) memiliki asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein, dan lemak yang cukup. Ibu yang berpendidikan rendah terdapat  19 orang (59,4 persen), pendapatan keluarga  diatas  4,6 juta rupiah 21  (65,6 persen). Pengetahuan ibu tentang asi eksklusif yang baik 19 orang (59,4 persen). Kesimpulannya bahwa balita yang memiliki status gizi baik, asupan zat gizi makro nya tercukupi serta pendapatan keluarga diatas 4,6 juta rupiah

    Pengaruh Pemberian Jus Buah Tin (Ficus carica L) Terhadap Kadar HDL Tikus Galur Wistar Dislipidemia

    Dislipidemia merupakan sebuah kelainan metabolisme lipid yang ditandai dengan peningkatan maupun penurunan kadar fraksi lipid dalam plasma. Kondisi tersebut berperan dalam patogeneis terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner dan stroke. Buah tin mengandung senyawa antioksidan berupa flavonoid yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kolesterol baik (HDL) dan mencegah terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus buah tin terhadap kadar HDL tikus putih jantan galur wistar dislipidemia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Pretest Posttest With Control Group. Penelitian ini menggunakan 24 ekor tikus Galur Wistar usia 2-3 bulan dengan berat 130 – 230 gram yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok secara random sampling, yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif (K-) yang diberi pakan standar sebanyak 30 gr/tikus/hari, kelompok kontrol positif (K+) diberi pakan tinggi lemak berupa lemak babi 15 persen dan kuning telur bebek 5 persen yang dicampur dengan pakan standar dan kelompok perlakuan (P) yang diberi pakan tinggi lemak berupa lemak babi 15 persen dan kuning telur bebek 5 persen serta sonde jus buah tin sebanyak 8ml/tikus/hari dengan setiap pemberian sebanyak 4ml/tikus pada pagi dan sore hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar HDL tiap kelompok sebelum dan sesudah intervensi tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol negatif (p = 0,075, pretest = 60,12 ± 11,93 SD, posttest = 50,38 ± 4,83) dan terdapat perbedaan kelompok kontrol positif (p = 0,039, pretest = 68,38 ± 14,54, posttest = 55,00 ± 5,78) dan kelompok perlakuan (p = 0,038, pretest = 56,75 ± 8,22, posttest = 49,88 ± 8,25). Serta terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada selisih kadar HDL kelompok kontrol positif dan perlakuan (p = 0,031). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat pengaruh pemberian jus buah tin terhadap kadar HDL tikus putih jantan galur wistar dislipidemia

    THE EFFECT OF THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CIRCLE STRATEGY ON PHYSICAL SELF AND THE LEARNING OF OVERHEAD PASSING AND DRIBBLING SKILLS IN HANDBALL FOR STUDENTS

    Technical qualities as well as a sound body awareness are important for learning handball successfully. However, the common instructional method has tended to concentrate students\u27 performance results rather than their self-perception and learning engagement. This study thus sought to alleviate this lack by focusing on the impacts of Inside-and-Outside-the-Circle Strategy over students’ physical self-concept and their learning of overhead pass as well as dribbling skills in handball. The research used an experimental approach to 60, randomly sampled, 17-year-old high-school students who were assigned with a pretreatment posttest control group design. Inside-and-Outside-the-Circle Strategy on experimentation, and the common teaching method was used in the control group. These students (pre and post-tested) data analysis was done by SPSS to determine the significant at p ≤ 0.05 for each variable. Participants in either condition showed positive outcomes, but those of the intervention group gained more (statistically significant improvement) in all variables. These findings indicate that the Inside and Outside the Circle Strategy places physical self and motor skill learning more effectively than does traditional approach. This method of training also provides a new way of encouraging self-efficacy and motivational involvement in handball learning. The findings add to physical education pedagogy by providing evidence that engaging students in movement-based interactive activities can be used as a tool for enhancing psychomotor and affective learning

    Work ethics and organizational performance in Nigeria’s public service

    This study examined the relationship between work ethic and organizational performance in the public service sector, with particular emphasis on Nigeria’s public service. A qualitative approach was used for the study. The findings suggest that ethical practices establish a foundation of trust, motivation, and collaboration, all of which contribute to improved service delivery and productivity. The study concludes that work ethic is essential for achieving long-term organizational success and recommends that public service organizations prioritize ethical training, establish ethics advisory boards, and reward ethical behavior to ensure high performance. The study emphasizes the importance of consistently prioritizing workplace ethics to foster a positive work culture, minimize inefficiencies, and improve public sector service delivery

    China’s belt and road initiative: A soft power influence in Africa

    China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has emerged as a strategic tool of soft power, shaping diplomatic, economic, and cultural relations between China and Africa. This paper examines how the BRI enhances China’s influence on the continent through infrastructure investments, trade partnerships, and governance cooperation. It explores the economic benefits of the initiative, including job creation, enhanced connectivity, and industrial development, while also addressing concerns regarding debt sustainability, environmental impact, and political dependence. Furthermore, the research assesses African perceptions of the BRI, analyzing both its long-term benefits and potential risks. Additionally, it highlights the role of cultural and educational exchanges in strengthening China’s soft power presence in Africa. The findings reveal that while the BRI significantly contributes to Africa’s development, it also raises challenges related to governance, economic dependence, and transparency. The study concludes that for the BRI to be mutually beneficial, both China and African nations must adopt sustainable financing mechanisms, prioritize local economic participation, and foster deeper cultural engagements. These measures will ensure that the initiative supports Africa’s long-term growth while advancing China’s soft power objectives

    E-Learning as a Medium for Strengthening Civic Disposition in Junior High School Civics Education

    This paper explores the strategic and sustainable utilization of e-learning as an effective means to strengthen students’ civic disposition in the digital era. The study highlights how Civics Education can move beyond temporary online learning toward an integrated digital pedagogy that fosters responsibility, discipline, and democratic participation among students. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Civics teachers, guidance counselors, and students at SMPN 1 Pacet, Bandung Regency, through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the success of e-learning in developing civic disposition depends on teachers’ leadership in designing interactive, value-based, and reflective learning activities. E-learning not only enhances students’ access to civic knowledge but also serves as a transformative medium for cultivating moral awareness and digital citizenship. Furthermore, the study identifies several challenges, including varying digital literacy among teachers and students, as well as limited school infrastructure. The paper concludes that sustainable teacher professional development and strategic digital leadership are essential to transform e-learning into a character-building ecosystem that supports responsible citizenship in the 21st century

    Contextual Digital History Learning to Strengthen the Social Identity of the Young Generation

    This research aims to analyze how contextual digital history learning can strengthen the social identity of the younger generation in the era of globalization. Theoretically, this research is based on the perspective of social constructivism and identity formation theory which emphasizes that learning experiences and social context have an important role in building students\u27 identities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design carried out at SMAN 1 Cipongkor, West Bandung Regency. Data were obtained through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and digital documentation involving history teachers, students, and school principals. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model which included reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, and was tested for validity through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that the integration of local narratives with digital media—such as virtual museum tours, digital storytelling, and interactive history projects—significantly increased students\u27 empathy, collective pride, and national awareness. These findings show that technology-based contextual history learning is able to foster social character, national spirit, and cultural awareness of the younger generation. This research makes a scientific contribution to the development of technology-based humanistic history pedagogy and offers practical implications for strengthening the history curriculum in the digital era

    Transformational Leadership and the Role of Teachers in Shaping the Social Character of Elementary School Students

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of transformational leadership of school principals and the role of teachers in shaping students\u27 social character through Social Science (IPS) learning in elementary schools. The research approach used was qualitative descriptive with the subjects of school principals, grade IV teachers, and grade IV students at SDN Sebaung III, Gending District, Probolinggo Regency. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that school principals implement transformational leadership through motivation, example, and continuous coaching that encourages teacher innovation in social studies learning. Teachers play an active role in instilling the values of responsibility, cooperation, empathy, and tolerance through group discussion strategies, simulations, and collaborative projects. Supporting factors include the principal\u27s vision, positive school culture, and cooperation between school residents, while obstacles include limited facilities, learning time, and parental involvement. The findings of this study confirm the importance of synergy between principals and teachers in fostering students\u27 social character, as well as the need to strengthen collaboration with parents and the community to create a sustainable character education ecosystem

    DAMPAK PARIWISATA LOKAL PADA KEHIDUPAN SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI OHOI NGILNGOF, KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGGARA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pariwisata lokal terhadap kehidupan sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Ohoi Ngilngof, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Ohoi Ngilngof dikenal sebagai destinasi unggulan dengan Pantai Ngurbloat yang memiliki daya tarik tinggi bagi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pariwisata memberikan kontribusi positif berupa peningkatan pendapatan, terciptanya lapangan kerja baru, dan berkembangnya usaha lokal seperti homestay, warung makan, serta kerajinan tangan. Secara sosial, interaksi dengan wisatawan memperluas jaringan sosial dan memunculkan pertukaran budaya. Namun demikian, pariwisata juga menimbulkan tantangan, di antaranya perubahan gaya hidup, potensi konflik lahan, dan meningkatnya ketergantungan ekonomi pada sektor wisata. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat dengan prinsip keberlanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pelestarian nilai sosial budaya
