MELACAK KEASLIAN NASKAH PERJANJIAN PERDAMAIAN NAJRAN: : Studi Filologi Manuskrip sebelum abad IV H.
Get PDFThe Peace Agreement for the Najran Residents was made around 9 AH, later than other more popular manuscripts, namely the Hudaibiyah Agreement in 6 AH, and even the Medina Charter in 1 AH. However, the authenticity of the Najran Agreement is still questionable by some circles. As a manuscript that is related to important event and is narrated in the Al-Qur'an, it is very important to trace its authenticity. In order to explore it, this research uses the method of of philology, with the approach of textological and cadric studies. This method is used to trace old manuscripts before 4th century H. The result shows that 8 manuscripts were found between the early II century H to the end of the III century H. One of which is the work of Muhammad bin Al-Hasan As-Syaibani, printed in 1975 AD. Critical tectological analysis found 2 irregularities in the Master Text and 9 differences between the Master Text and other texts. This leads to the revision of the Master Text as the closest description to the original text. The purpose of this paper is to conduct an in-depth study of the suitability between the supervisory mechanism of the Hisbah institution in the past and the supervisory mechanism carried out by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). This research is qualitative with data collection techniques using documentation. Data analysis using content analysis method. The conclusion of this study shows that the supervisory mechanism implemented by BPJPH is in accordance with the principles of hisbah in the past, both in terms of procedures and regulations. In contrast, the scope of supervision at BPJPH are narrower than the scope of supervision tasks in the past

The population in this study is the entire sharia banking in Indonesia consisting of 14 Sharia commercial banks and 20 Syariah business units. The sample used is the summary of Sharia banking financial statement period of 3 years on a monthly basis so that the number of samples as much as 36. The analytical technique used is Path analysis using T Test , where the mediation test is done with the procedure developed by Sobel (1982) and known as Sobel Test. The finding show that the office channeling variable had a direct and insignificant effect on the financing variable at Islamic banking profit in Indonesia, while the third party fund variable directly had a significant effect on the financing variable

Get PDFImproving Arabic speaking skills through singing method which shows that there are problems in learning Arabic for children who have developed at each school are less attractive. Thus, researchers designed the concept of learning Arabic using the method of singing. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research (Action Research). Data collection techniques through the application of cycles, and documentation. Based on the findings show that there is an increase in Arabic speaking skills through the method of singing which is shown through an increase in mastery learning with a percentage of 30%. The increase in the first cycle with a percentage of 53% and an increase in the second cycle with a percentage of 83%. So, the improvement of Arabic speaking skills through singing method in group B children between cycle I to cycle II was 30%. In the results obtained the singing method is very effective and efficient in improving Arabic speaking skills through memorization techniques

Get PDFThe increasing child's fine motor skills only requires coordination of hand and muscle movements that are done gradually. The aim is to describe the improvement of fine motor skills through kokoru paper quilling paper. Classroom Action Research (Action Research) by applying two cycles through the stages of the planning process, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and documentation. Results and discussion on changes in results seen at the end of the first cycle meeting with a percentage of 58.5%, cycle II with a 96% process. The increase between the two cycles with a percentage of 37.5% as an increase in fine motor skills of early childhood. This study concluded that the indicators of success in each learning process that emphasizes fine motor skills show a significant increase in the rate of change. The form of change can be seen from the creation of the work through kokoru paper quilling paper

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Net profit margin (NPM) and earnings per share (EPS), gross domestic product (PDB) and inflation on share prices of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2014-2018, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are all companies that are consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 5 periods. The samples in this study were 15 companies obtained by purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is panel data analysis. The results showed that the NPM variable partially had a significant effect on stock prices, while EPS, GDP and inflation had no significant effect. Sociolgi view it as a social fact that occurs in society especially coral society Karang Anom, pecotan not just ordinary tradition, but it is inheritance of ancestor which is difficult to be abandoned, although impressed for some people, but on the other side there is high social value that is existence of mutual help helping people around the community
