No full textFarm labor or peasant is an urgent component in agriculture, farm and animal husbandry or aquaculture. Farm workers or peasants also have unique and different characteristics compared to industrial workers, especially in terms of form and rhythm of work. However, farm workers do not get specific protection in positive law in Indonesia. This article explores the legislation in Indonesia to see the position of farm workers in positive law.
The search results, supported by the elaboration of historical facts, show that agricultural laborers in Indonesia do not have a specific legal protection. Meanwhile, the facts of current agricultural developments show that farm workers increasingly need this protection in line with the tendency of agricultural globalization

The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of research and discussion that are able to develop critical thinking skills based on children's experiences optimally. The material is packaged in a simple manner on speaking techniques and listening to a story with the theme of four-legged animals. In addition, it aims to get children's creativity related to adding vocabulary through storytelling methods that can increase self-confidence. Suggestions for teacher research can stimulate children's brain development through interactive learning media with a combination of implementing conceptual learning methods

Get PDFThe education is an important thing for every individual, especially early childhood, in this case children need good stimulation, one of which is in the cognitive aspect. The purpose of this study was to emphasize the application of block media and the effectiveness of using block media for cognitive development of early childhood in group A RA Sunan Giri Sumberjaya. This study used a descriptive-qualitative research method with the research subjects being group A children, totaling 28 children. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results and discussion emphasize the development of educator competencies in implementing activities to recognize the concept of numbers, understand shapes and train children's creativity. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the block media can be known through memory in solving problems during the learning process of the concept of number, shape, size and color. The research can be concluded that the learning that is carried out by improving the quality of the media, the competence of teachers in innovating in their work can be improved

Get PDFBy communicating we use a language that can be understood by the interlocutor or listener, Therefore, the most fundamental language function is to serve as a medium of communication, socialization, and relationship from one to another, so that a social system or a society might be established. The phenomenon of code switching and code mixing has long intrigued scholars who have researched what triggered the incident. The phenomenon of code switching, and code mixing has become a trend or language style in society, especially among young people. They are very familiar with code switching or mixing in their speech. In addition to young people and even older people, many of them use code-mixing languages and code switching, this is already familiar to us. This phenomenon also appears in the film the researcher studied under the title "Dear Love". In this film, film artists often mix their language in the speech between Indonesian and English. therefore, it becomes an attraction for the author to become the object of research hopefully that it will become something new and useful for readers to learn another language fun and easily. This research is qualitative research with data collection method using documentation, observation, and literature review. As for the analysis, researchers analyzed the dialogue that contain code switching and code mixing. The result of this study indicate there were 34 scenes containing 19 analysis of code switching and 15 is an analysis of code mixing. So it can be concluded that Dear Love film can be one of the film references for the world especially for teenagers it can be used as a reference for learning languages and can improve the quality of the language. So that this film can be a tool to give entertainment and learning for the audience.

No full textOne of the basic elements of pesantren is a unique value system. And one of those value systems is the concept of blessing. The meaning of barokah has implications for the pattern of student relations in their lives, including its relation to the knowledge sought. The blessing that is closely related to obedience to the kiai is associated with the learning process, and even becomes an indicator of the success of the learning process itself. The meaning of blessing and its concept needs to be understood in depth, both about the components, elements, terms and prerequisites. So that it will also affect the pattern of relationships, communication, and decision making in everyday life, especially regarding the learning process. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This type of research is a literature study. Where the data sources are obtained from literature references, books, research reports, and others. Then critically processed to find conclusions from these results.Tabarruk means seeking blessings. Barokah is the nature of increasing goodness in something. In Islamic epistemology, tabarruk is in two discussions. First, tabarruk is part of the irfani method. Second, the aspects that are expected to be blessed in tabarruk are not only knowledge, but can be in various aspects of life.

That's why the development of e-learning requires principles to increase its effectiveness. No full textThis paper is research on women's religious education in families in Wonokerso Pakisaji Malang with a low divorce rate. The research respondents are Muslim married couples, with 4 qualifications: 1) Couples with good religious education for women and less religious education for men, 2) Couples with less religious education for women and good religious education for men, 3) Couples with education are equally good, and 4) Couples with religious education are equally lacking. Data collection techniques through interviews with purposive techniques. A case study that found something new that women's religious education supports the formation of harmony in a household. Women with good religious education will support the realization of a harmonious family. Judging from how both fulfil their obligations as a Muslim Muslimah, are responsible for tasks in a household, good relations with partners with mutual understanding and solving problems together with deep talk, good relations with spouses, and together increase piety to Allah SWT.Abstrak:
Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian tentang pendidikan agama wanita pada keluarga di desa Wonokerso, kec. Pakisaji, kab. Malang dengan tingkat perceraian rendah. Responden penelitiannya pasangan suami istri beragama Islam, dengan 4 kualifikasi; 1). Pasangan dengan pendidikan agama wanita baik dan pendidikan agama laki-laki kurang, 2). Pasangan dengan pendidikan agama wanita kurang dan pendidikan agama laki-laki baik, 3). Pasangan dengan pendidikan sama-sama baik, dan 4). Pasangan dengan pendidikan agama sama-sama kurang.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan teknik purposive. Sebuah studi kasus yang menemukan hal baru bahwa pendidikan agama wanita menunjangterbentuknya keharmonisan dalam sebuah rumah tangga. Wanita dengan pendidikan agama yang baik akan mendukung terwujudnya sebuah keluarga harmonis. Dilihat dari bagaimana keduanya memenuhi kewajiban sebagai seorang muslim muslimah, bertanggung jawab akan tugas di dalam sebuah rumah tangga, hubungan baik dengan pasangan dengan saling pengertian dan menyelesaikan masalah bersama dengan deeptalk, silaturahmi yang terjalin baik dengan saudara pasangan, serta bersama meningkatkan ketakwaan terhadap Allah SWT
Critical Assesement on Risk and Return of Sharia Portfolios in Indonesia

Sharia investment products should not conflict with Sharia principles and may not contain elements being banned. The choice sharia investment products increasingly diverse with presence of investment products on Islamic capital markets or sharia shares. This study aims determine development Sharia stock index and describe risk and return on the Sharia Portfolio as a means sharia investment. Method used in this study is qualitative which describes development Sharia stock index. Types data used are secondary data existed previously such as data obtained from Financial Services Authority (OJK), data analysis technique used is descriptive outlining the development sharia shares and risk forms and return Sharia Portfolio. Results showed development of the Indonesia Sharia Index (ISSI) grew 9.42 percent, Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 70 decreased -6.99 percent, and Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) 30 10.2 percent. Risk and return on sharia can be carried out in various ways to do analysis, namely can be conducted diversification, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, Markowitz method, and Index single analysis model

This idea is based on three aspects of scientific modality in Bahstul Masail, namely the very nature of tradition, the manhaji mode of thinking in the use of the qauli method, and the problem analysis framework as a result of the 1992 NU National Conference in Lampung . Based on these three aspects, the reform of Bahtsul Masail was carried out by repositioning the problem analysis framework as the grand design of the entire methodological framework in Bahtsul Masail.

The purpose of the study was to describe the application of literacy in children's language learning at RA Uswatun Hasanah. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative with the type of case study research on children's language skills. The results of the study include teachers applying RPPH appropriately in children's language learning, utilizing language learning when children are able to increase new vocabulary and choosing methods that are appropriate to the child's developmental stage. Then, the supporting factors include language strengthening tools through the media, and the use of storytelling methods related to children being able to compose words so that one sentence. The inhibiting factor is related to the lack of facilities and the habit of applying literacy which is assisted by parents when children study at home.
