    MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL ANAK MELALUI METODE BERMAIN PERAN PADA KELOMPOK B TK DWP 3 SUKODONO DAMPIT-MALANG

    The social skills of children in Kindergarten DWP 3 Sukodono Group B need to be improved. Children are still not used to communicating with other children, children are more quiet, children only want to talk when asked. The purpose of this study was to improve children's social skills through the role-playing method in Group B of Kindergarten DWP 3 Sukodono, Dampit District, Malang Regency. This study used qualitative research with the PTK or Classroom Action Research approach. Integrating the role-playing method into children's daily activities can be an effective way to help them grow and develop socially through the role-playing method. The results showed that in the pre-cycle assessment activities reached 47.5%, social skills activities through the role-playing method reached 62.27% located in cycle one at the third meeting and cycle two reached 76.36% at the third meeting exploring communication skills through the play method. The research data can be concluded that the role-playing method is effective in improving children's social skills by allowing children to enter different roles, they learn to understand the world from another person's perspective, develop empathy, and. The hope is to improve children's social skills through role-playing methods with effective learning that is centered on students

    PEMBELAJARAN KITAB KUNING DI PESANTREN

    Learning in pesantren can be classified into 4 (four) levels. Within each of these levels the fields of study and the basis for learning the kitab kuning are different. At elementary level pesantren, the field of study is focused on procedures for reading the Qur'an and daily prayers as well as reading in prayer. Learning at this level is given on a skill-based basis. In pesantren at secondary level I, learning is focused on the study of Arabic grammar (nahwu and sharraf). Similar to the previous level, in this phase learning is carried out on a skill-based basis. At secondary level II pesantren, the learning material provided is a study of the kitab kuning across fields. Learning at this level is carried out based on content understanding. At high-level pesantren, students are given more specific subject matter. Learning at this level is in-depth and based on constructivism where students are encouraged to think critically and can understand the epistemological conceptual framework of the author of the kitab kuning. Di dalam setiap jenjang tersebut bidang kajian dan basis pembelajaran kitab kuning berbebda-beda. Pada pesantren tingkat dasar, bidang kajian difokuskan kepada tata cara membaca Al-Qur’an dan doa-doa keseharian serta bacaan dalam shalat. Pembelajaran pada jenjang ini diberikan dengan berbasis skill. Pada pesantren tingkat menengah I, pembelajaran difokuskan kepada kajian tata bahasa arab (nahwu dan sharraf). Sama dengan jenjang sebelumnya, pada fase ini pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan berbasis skill. Pada pesantren tingkat menengah II, materi pembelajaran yang diberikan adalah kajian kitab kuning lintas bidang. Pembelajaran pada jenjang ini dilaksanakan dengan berbasis pemahaman isi (content). Pada pesantren tingkat tinggi para santri diberikan materi pelajaran yang lebih spesifik.     The basis of this discussion is attempted to be more comprehensive by basing it on two things that are considered quite basic, namely: First, traced from the concepts of mosques in the perspective of classical books (kutub al-turats). This is attempted through content analysis of the scattered yellow book texts in various fiqh studies. Second, examined from the perspective of the socio-religious traditions of Indonesian society. From the perspective of terminological discussion (ishthilahi), the building used as a place for congregational prayer in the texts of the Qur'an, the Sunnah, and books of fiqh only knows the name "Mosque", whether it is used for Friday prayers or not, in large or small forms, and not "Langgar, Surau, Mushalla". The explanation of the Qur'an regarding the reward of those who are building a mosque (QS. al-Baqarah: 187). From a sociological perspective and the actualization of the narrative of the texts in the books can be found in the socio-religious reality of Arab society in the Middle East. In addition to the grand mosque, in the Arab Emirates there are many buildings resembling mosques that are used for congregational prayers, i'tikaf and other worship besides Friday prayers. For example, the Abi Bakar Mosque, and the Ali ibn Abi Thalib Mosque. Although it seems controversial, the discourse that has developed among fiqh activists regarding the phenomenon of mosques and “Langgar, Surau, Mushalla” is divided into two. The first party is of the view that mosques and “Langgar, Surau, Mushalla” are not polarized in essence and function, even though their names are not the same. Meanwhile, the second party makes a dichotomous line between mosques and “Langgar, Surau, Mushalla”. For this party, a mosque is still a mosque, while “Langgar, Surau, Mushalla” is not a mosque. Two names for two different things and cannot be equated.     Kemampuan berpikir kreatif merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki setiap siswa untuk dapat menganalisa persoalan matematika dari sudut pandang yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 27 siswa kelas X SMK NU Sunan Ampel Poncokusumo tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan purposive sampling dari hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis sebanyak 3 subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Jawaban tes siswa dianalisis menggunakan indikator kelancaran, flexibilitas, originalitas dan elaborasi. Kemudian dikategorikan berdasarkan tingkat kategori berpikir kreatif. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Penilaian tes siswa hanya memenuhi 3 tingkat kategori berpikir kreatif yaitu kreatif, cukup kreatif, dan kurang kreatif. 2) Subjek dengan tingkat kategori kemampuan “kreatif” teridentifikasi memenuhi indikator fleksibilitas dan originalitas dengan baik. Subjek dengan tingkat kategori kemampuan “cukup kreatif” teridentifikasi memenuhi indikator kelancaran dan elaborasi dengan baik. Terakhir subjek dengan tingkat kategori kemampuan “kurang kreatif” teridentifikasi hanya memenuhi indikator originalitas dengan baik. Ketiga subjek yang terpilih belum ada yang memenuhi keempat indikator berpikir kreatif

    Penelitian ini bertitikberatkan pada deskripsi kesalahan siswa mengenahi pengolahan soal-soal masalah pada materi teorema Pythagoras, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif pada salah satu Madrasah tsanawiyah siswa kelas VIII di kabupaten Malang. Tes uraian digunakan dalam mencari data-data. Langkah-langkah yang peneliti gunakan diantaranya analisis data, pengumpulan data, dan mereduksi data-data untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan. Data yang diperoleh dari pekerjaan siswa dianalisis kesalahan-kesalahan dalam mereduksi data, kesalahan dalam memahami konsep soal cerita, kesalahan dalam menentukan langkah-langkah mengerjakan kerap dilakukan oleh siswa, kekeliruan dalam proses operasi hitung dan penguadratan kedalam pengakaran berulangkali dilakukan oleh siswa

    All this research aims to analyze the implementation of accounting applications in risk management at Baznas Microfinance in Desa Kota Malang. The primary focus is to explore how financial technology can enhance risk management, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the framework of Islamic financial institutions. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations as the primary data collection techniques. Key informants include managers, staff of Baznas Microfinance, and customers who utilize its services. The gathered data is analyzed thematically to identify emerging patterns and themes from the interviews and observations. Findings indicate that the application of accounting software has a significant positive impact on risk management. Firstly, there is an increase in transparency and accountability, which aids in minimizing errors and fraudulent activities in transaction recording. Respondents reported that the application facilitates the preparation of accurate and easily accessible financial reports. Secondly, operational efficiency has improved, with staff noting that recording and reporting processes have become significantly quicker. Lastly, customer satisfaction has increased due to faster and more transparent services, leading to enhanced trust in the institution. In conclusion, this study asserts that the adoption of financial technology, particularly accounting applications, serves as an effective solution for improving risk management in Islamic financial institutions such as Baznas Microfinance. The findings contribute to the literature on financial technology's role in enhancing the operational capabilities and customer relations of microfinance institutions

    This study aims to explore the epistemological foundations underlying the fatwa (religious decree) formulation process by the  Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) and analyze the dynamics of Islamic legal epistemology in the Indonesian context. Using a qualitative method with a content analysis and hermeneutical approach, this study examines MUI's fatwas published in the last decade, with contemporary Islamic epistemology theory and the maqashid sharia approach as the analytical framework. The research findings show that MUI applies an eclectic epistemological approach, integrating the bayani, burhani, and irfani methods in the fatwa establishment process. There is a significant effort to contextualize Islamic law with the realities of Indonesian society, reflected in the use of the principles of maslahah (public interest) and 'urf (local customs). MUI's collective ijtihad (independent reasoning) practice enriches the epistemological basis of the fatwas, but also poses challenges in synchronizing various perspectives. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of Islamic legal epistemology in MUI's fatwas in the digital era, which has not been widely explored before. This study reveals the flexibility and adaptability of Islamic legal epistemology in addressing contemporary issues, while also identifying the methodological challenges faced. The research recommends the development of a more systematic and transparent epistemological framework in the fatwa formulation process. Further studies are suggested to explore the impact of MUI's fatwas on Indonesia's socio-political dynamics and analyze the role of digital technology in the transformation of religious authority.     The Sumber Maron Tourism Object is managed by Karangsuko BUMdes. Sumber Maron Tourism is semi-autonomous, that is, it has the authority to regulate and develop it. Sumber Maron Tourism Object has a positive impact on the community in improving the economy such as opening stalls, shops and parking. This situation certainly raises a problem, namely competition between them. This research is to find out how the management of Sumber Maron Tourism is a descriptive qualitative research. Data sources include primary sources, namely the village head and his staff, the Sumber Maron tourism manager, and secondary data sources, namely relevant journals and books. Data collection, namely interviews, observations and documents. The results of the study, that Sumber Maron Tourism provides employment to the community. The association was formed, namely the association of traders, parking and motorcycle taxis. Facilities include swimming spots, snorkelling, playing in waterfalls, flying fox, river tubing, PLTMH, toilets, prayer rooms, parking, stalls, shops, tire rental, changing rooms.     The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) said that in the last 10 years, disasters in the country have continued to increase. Which is caused by the decline and erosion of human morals and consciousness in protecting and utilizing nature. Therefore, in this study, the researcher wants to analyze and describe the role of the Darul Mukmin Youth Farmers Association in improving religious education through habl min al-'ālam innovation, and the implementation of habl min al-'ālam innovation in improving religious education in the Darul Mukmin Sukorejo Pasuruan Youth Farmers Association. It is field research and uses a qualitative approach in descriptive form. The results of this study show that: the background of the role of the Darul Mukmin Youth Farmers Association in improving religious education through habl min al-'ālam innovation includes, (a) religious education is implemented through Islamic values combined with agriculture and habl min al-'ālam, (b) religious education is combined with agriculture in the form of collaborative activities between agricultural and religious activities (c) religious education covers the field of habl min al-Allāh, habl min al-nās and habl min al-'ālam. Meanwhile, the implementation of hablum minal 'alam innovation in improving religious education in the Darul Mukmin Sukorejo Pasuruan Youth Farmers Association includes: (a) aqidah such as piety, (b) morals such as honesty and sincerity and (c) community such as responsibility.Hablum minal 'alam is the relationship between humans and nature, humans as caliphs on this earth are ordered to always guard, care, process, preserve and utilize nature that has been bestowed by Allah SWT. For data collection, researchers use techniques, (1) interviews, (2) observation and (3) documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and data verification. Checking the validity of findings is carried out with diligence, observation and triangulation.     This research aims to answer the question about the understandings of Islamic economic law on the role of migrant worker women in improving family economic welfare. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The primary data sources of this study are interviews, observations, interviews, and documents analysis. the theory has been adjusted in this study, namely, (the role of female workers in the welfare of the family economy) Participation of overseas female workers has an important role in improving the welfare of the family as a whole. They can buy the various daily necessities, have a private vehicle , build houses, and buy land. Their lives are included in the prosperous category, which differentiates them from their previous lives and other societies. Meanwhile, in the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, the participation of migrant worker women played an important role in improving people's welfare. Based on the research results, their participation is in accordance with Islamic principles. The fulfillment of this welfare are based on the indicators described in the Al-Qur'an.
