    Interpersonal Relations refers to the relationships and interactions formed between two or more people. This is one of the important aspects of Interpersonal Relations. This research aims to examine the interpersonal relations of students. The focus of the research is: 1) Identifying the forms of Interpersonal Relations shown by the students, 2) Analyzing the factors that shape the Interpersonal Relations of the students, and 3) Knowing the types of Interpersonal Relations that are prominent among the students. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that: The interpersonal relationships of students at the Mansyaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School reflect positive traits, such as mutual respect, polite silence, mutual help, sensitivity and care for others, and a high sense of gratitude. These interpersonal relationships can be seen in daily activities, such as visiting and caring for sick friends, greeting and kissing the hands of older people. The main factors that shape the interpersonal relations of students are the example and personality of the kiai, which is reflected in discipline, authority, closeness to the students, giving love and advice. According to the kiai, a teacher must be a good role model for his students. The most prominent type of interpersonal relations among students is the tendency to live independently, get along well, be friendly, and comply with Islamic boarding school rules, which can be seen from their polite behavior in daily life at the Islamic boarding school.Relasi Interpersonal mengacu pada hubungan dan interaksi yang terbentuk antara dua orang atau lebih. Ini merupakan salah satu aspek penting dari Relasi Interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Relasi Interpersonal para santri. Fokus penelitiannya adalah: 1) Mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk Relasi Interpersonal yang ditunjukkan oleh para santri, 2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang membentuk Relasi Interpersonal santri, dan 3) Mengetahui jenis-jenis Relasi Interpersonal yang menonjol di kalangan santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Relasi Interpersonal santri di Pondok Pesantren Mansyaul Ulum mencerminkan sifat-sifat positif, seperti saling menghormati, bersikap sopan, tolong-menolong, peka dan peduli terhadap sesama, serta memiliki rasa terima kasih yang tinggi. Relasi Interpersonal ini terlihat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, seperti saling menjenguk dan merawat teman yang sakit, memberi salam, dan mencium tangan yang lebih tua. Faktor utama yang membentuk Relasi Interpersonal santri adalah keteladanan dan kepribadian sang kiai, yang tercermin dalam kedisiplinan, kewibawaan, kedekatan dengan santri, pemberian kasih sayang, dan nasihat. Menurut kiai, seorang guru harus menjadi teladan yang baik bagi para santrinya. Jenis Relasi Interpersonal yang paling menonjol di kalangan santri adalah kecenderungan untuk hidup mandiri, bergaul dengan baik, ramah, dan patuh terhadap tata tertib pesantren, yang terlihat dari perilaku sopan santun mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di pondok pesantren

    The significance of Al-Qur'an education can be explained about the importance of Al-Qur'an education in forming a quality young generation. The implementation of the Yanbua'a method of Al-Qur'an education is applied in formal and informal educational institutions so that it is possible to emphasize that education is something that is quite a principle in life. Apart from that, the younger generation is taught about the meaning and purpose of life through teaching the Koran. The Qur'an teaches that life has a greater purpose than simply achieving material goals. The Yanbu'a method was originally a method of reading and writing the Al-Qur'an which was compiled by the caretakers of the Central Java Tahfidz Yanbu'ul Qur'an Pondok, including KH. M. Ulin Nuha Arwani, KH. M. Manshur Maskan, and KH. M. Ulil Albab Arwani. One of the aims of developing this method is to harmonize existing methods for reading and writing the Koran, such as the Iqro' method, Qiro'ati method, Ummi method, Baghdady method, and others. The Yanbu'a method has the following characteristics: (a) Designed using Rasm Utsmany; (b) Consists of seven volumes; (c) Very easy to learn and understand; and (d) Easy for teachers and students. Examining the concepts built into the basis of the Yanbu'a method of Al-Qur'an learning, a knot can be drawn that: (1) The implementation of the Yanbu'a method of Al-Qur'an learning is carried out through a thorough planning flow.     This study provides a different view of the determinants of happiness. In principle, happiness is driven by economic factors and each individual's perspective in assessing his life, which is more subjective. Therefore, the religiosity factor is also considered to have an essential role in encouraging one's happiness. This study aims to empirically prove the role of religiosity in the happiness of Muslims in Indonesia. This quantitative research approach uses data from the 5th Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS-5). This study applied a logistic regression model and took 767 respondents. The results show that religiosity, implemented by piety/obedience and recitation, is empirically proven to increase Indonesian Muslims' happiness. In addition, economic factors represented by income also play a role in increasing happiness. Other results show that individual characteristics such as higher education, marital status, and gender impact happiness. Meanwhile, age does not affect happiness

    The research aims to explore the community's perspective on the role of women as migrant workers, the status of the property earned by wives, and the husband's financial obligation in the context of shifting gender roles. It employs a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to deeply explore personal experiences and perspectives regarding the financial obligations of husbands toward female migrant workers. The findings reveal that the community holds diverse views about female migrant workers. Their work is seen as a way to fulfill the family's economic needs, despite challenges such as separation and exploitation risks. Women's economic contributions are increasingly appreciated, although they sometimes conflict with traditional norms. The majority of the community recognizes that the income earned by wives is their personal property, in accordance with Islamic teachings. In financial management, a collaborative approach is often applied, although the husband’s financial obligation is still considered his primary responsibility. While women's role as breadwinners is increasingly acknowledged, the husband's role as the primary provider remains unchanged.     In the wage process, the conditions for wages must be carefully considered and of course they must also be in accordance with conventional wage provisions and Islamic economic law. Based on this background, the researcher wants to know what kind of wage system is practiced by the Alfan Alfin Breadhome industry and what is the review of Islamic economic law on the wage system implemented there. This is a field research. The sources of data used are primary data obtained from interviews and observations, and secondary data which is obtained from books related to the theme studied. The results of the research above are that the first wage for the Alfan Alfin Bread home industry applies a wage system based on unity or results, that is, the amount of wage received by employees is in accordance with the amount of production or results that have been obtained or produced by each employee as agreed before work. Where the wages are given every month. Secondly, Islamic law's review of this kind of wage system is valid as well as in accordance with the provisions because it is based on the principle of justice.     Islam requires every mature individual to seek legal livelihood, one of which is through trade. However, some traders sometimes do not pay attention to the provisions of Islamic commercial transactions (muamalah). In this regard, there is an interesting phenomenon among some Banjar traders at the Pasar Besar in Palangka Raya. They emphasize more on the concept of "blessing" (barakah), so that trading (business) activities and worship are in balance. Each person and region understand "blessing" differently, both in terms of its meaning, causes, and benchmarks. This research examines the meaning of "blessing" according to the traders, as well as analyzing the anthropological aspects related to the trading practices oriented towards "blessing". This is a qualitative descriptive study with Banjar traders at the Pasar Besar in Palangka Raya as the research subjects. The findings show that the meaning of "blessing" in trading according to Banjar traders is the increase in goodness, abundance or increase in sustenance, beneficial for all, so that needs are met. "Blessing" is also interpreted as the achievement of pleasure, tranquility, peace, and comfort in life. The position of "blessing" in trading is very important, because the purpose of trading is to fulfill life's needs in accordance with Islamic sharia. Blessing will not be obtained if the provisions of Islamic business are ignored. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya kombinasi dari ketiga mekanisme perpindahan kalor tersebut meningkatkan efisiensi pemanasan dalam pembuatan jenang. Konduksi memastikan transfer panas yang cepat dari sumber panas ke bahan jenang, konveksi menyebarkan panas secara merata di dalam wajan, dan radiasi membantu mencapai suhu kematangan yang diinginkan secara efisien.     Kedisiplinan siswa menjadi peran penting terhadap keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kedisiplinan merupakan salahsatu kunci seseorang untuk dapat melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik dan tepat waktu. Disiplin menjadi salahsatu karakter yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini di kalangan siswa sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan siswa yang sekaligus berperan sebagai anak di rumah, dikelilingi dengan adanya aturan yang harus mereka patuhi. Tujuan penanaman disiplin ini adalah untuk melatih kepatuhan dan ketaatan terhadap aturan yang berlaku. Tidak sebatas itu, dengan disiplin juga dapat mengontrol tindakan dan perbuatan yang harus dilakukan dan tidak boleh dilakukan, termasuk berhubungan dengan ketepatan waktu dalam datang ke sekolah dan menyelesaikan tugas. Di SMA Ma’arif Sukorejo dengan latar belakang pendidikan agama masih kerap siswa melakukan problematika kedisiplinan. Program pendampingan penanganan kedisiplinan siswa melalui pengadaan shalat dhuha dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi program. Sasaran program ini adalah seluruh siswa dan siswi SMA Ma’arif Sukorejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara, penanganan dan pendampingan secara langsung, dokumentasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program pendampingan ini adalah 1) pelaksanaan shalat dhuha berjamaah sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung, 2) berkurangnya angka siswa yang melakukan problematika kedisiplinan seperti datang terlambat, merokok dan gaduh di dalam kelas, 3) meningkatnya karakter religious siswa

    Artistic creativity is one of the most important aspects in a child's development. Therefore, it requires a fun learning concept, namely finger painting. The purpose of the study was to describe the form and results of increasing artistic creativity abilities through finger painting learning. The research methodology used was classroom action research with a mix-method research type. As well as, data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out based on data obtained in each cycle. The results of the study and discussion showed that children's artistic creativity is able to train exploration in making clear visualization patterns of image shapes. The results of the study of artistic creativity in cycle I reached 69.67%. Meanwhile, artistic creativity in cycle II reached 84.09% through finger painting learning using poster paint colors, color caryons, food colors, mixing color porridge and food colors, pencil strokes, and color sprays. Here, children will be introduced to techniques that use hands and without hands. This means that researchers instruct them to use brushes, color sprays, and pencils to create image patterns. The conclusion of the study is that finger painting learning can help children improve their skills in the field of artistic abilities by making clear image patterns and colors. Thus, training children's basic skills from an early age will be a provision in the development period such as understanding the shape of the picture pattern visually. Finger painting learning can explore aspects of child development and is very suitable to be introduced at the sensory motor age level in children

    Pengembangan E-LKS Berbasis Desain Situasi Didaktis Berbantuan Flipbook Pada Materi Barisan Dan Deret Geometri

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan kepraktisan E-LKS Berbasis Desain Situasi Didaktis Berbantuan Flipbook pada materi Barisan dan Deret Geometri kelas VIII. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development dengan model pengembangan Sugiyono yang dilakukan dengan 5 tahapan yaitu Potensi dan masalah, Pengumpulan data, Desain produk, Validasi desain, dan Perbaikan Desain. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, dokumentasi, interview, dan angket. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A MTs NU Wahid Hasyim Salafiyah Jekulo Kudus. Hasil penelitiannya membuktikan bahwa: (1) Proses pengembangan E-LKS berbasis desain situasi didaktis berbantuan flipbook menggunakan model pengembangan Sugiyono ini dapat terselesaikan dengan baik, maka E-LKS tersebut siap dijadikan sebagai bahan penelitian di sekolah yang hendak dituju. (2) E-LKS berbasis desain situasi didaktis berbantuan flipbook berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli materi dan ahli media termasuk dalam kategori “sangat valid” dengan perolehan hasil sebesar 92,65% dan 81,24%. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian pendidik, E-LKS termasuk dalam kategori "valid" dengan perolehan skor sebesar 71,88%. (3) Hasil tanggapan respon peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa E-LKS termasuk dalam kategori "praktis" dengan perolehan persentase skor sebesar 61%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-LKS berbasis desain situasi didaktis "praktis" dan "layak" digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif bagi pendidik maupun peserta didik karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik SMP/MTs kelas VIII pada materi Barisan dan Deret Geometri
