The Effect of Integrating Interactive Simulations on the Development of Students’ Motivation, Engagement, Interaction and School Results
The concept of chemical bonding and related concepts are essential topics for the fundamental understanding of chemistry courses by secondary school students. Because of the abstraction aspect, students find it difficult to understand this topic. The aim of this study is to improve students' motivation, engagement, interaction and school results by integrating interactive simulations into the teaching-learning process of chemical bonding concepts. The study was conducted in a secondary school in the Kingdom of Morocco, with a sample of 56 students in the qualifying secondary education cycle. The sample was divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group is taught using more molecular models PhET simulations, while the control group follows the traditional teaching method. Using a quantitative research method with a pre- and post-test design, and an observation grid measuring students' motivation, engagement and interaction before and after the integration of interactive simulations. The data were then analysed using the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that students in the experimental group working with PhET interactive simulations scored significantly higher (p<.01) than students in the control group after the post-test, thus the study showed that there is a positive correlation between students' motivation, engagement, and interaction and their school results during instruction using PhET computer simulations combined with molecular models. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that the teaching-learning of chemistry topics related to chemical bonding can be enhanced using PhET interactive simulations combined with molecular models. This research highlights the usefulness of integrating interactive simulations into the chemistry teaching-learning process

Learning Path Recommendation of Intelligent Education Based on Cognitive Diagnosis
Many learning path recommendation methods of intelligent education have been proposed and implemented. However, many of them have problems or limitations, which may result in unsatisfactory recommendation results. Therefore, this research aimed to study the learning path recommendation method of intelligent education based on cognitive diagnosis. Combined with a cognitive diagnostic model (CDM), personalized and accurate learning paths were recommended to students. This study fully considered the multidimensional features of interaction between students and knowledge when designing the CDM, described the cognitive process, and provided a comprehensive ability modeling method based on cognitive rules. A neural matrix decomposition model was constructed, which incorporated the personality features of students’ comprehensive ability level based on cognitive rules, thus obtaining their predicted scores in various knowledge and skills learned. The model consisted of three parts, namely, the generalized matrix decomposition part, the multi-layer perceptron part and the NeuMF layer. Finally, the experimental results verified that the constructed model was effective

SMART Chatbots in the E-learning Domain: A Systematic Literature Review
Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies implied significant growth in variousdomains. Furthermore, many companies integrate AI technologies into their products toenhance the quality of their services. Chatbots are among the AI technologies widely used inseveral areas, especially E-learning. Chatbots support learners in their learning processes byhelping them to find the appropriate answers to their questions. We aim to conduct a systematicliterature review (SLR) to uncover the use of AI chatbots to offload teachers from repetitive andmassive tasks. This article surveys the literature over the period 2016–2022 on the use of AIchatbots in the E-learning domain as they automatically answer learners’ questions. Thus, weidentify, collect, and synthesize multiple research studies on the application of AI chatbots in theE-learning field. Based on the renowned frameworks, PRISMA and PICO, we have succeeded in(1) Developing our research questions and (2) Automatically implementing a solution based onPython language to analyze selected papers, highlighting research gaps, and opening new windowsto guide our future works. Our study shows that chatbots effectively interact with learners. However, there are some drawbacks: (1) Educational chatbots are still limited in their localKnowledge Base (KB), which makes them unable to answer students’ questions correctly. Thus,Chatbot’s KB needs to be extended through external sources, enabling the chatbot to update itsKB over time, making it rich and saving time. (2) Lack of reliable external sources to enrich thechatbot’s KB and make it up to date. (3) Lack of educational chatbots with smart services suchas speech recognition and sentiment analysis to boost the user experience and make learningeasier. In our SLR, we discuss these limitations and propose some solutions to fill the gap
Finding Robotic Wide Free Space Path in Dynamic Environment by Improving MAX–MIN Ant System Algorithm
— This paper proposes a new obstacle avoidance method for finding an optimal path passing through wide free space based on the optimized MAX-MIN Ant System (MMAS) algorithm in dynamic environments. The proposed improvement of the MMAS algorithm occurs in two stages. The first stage analyses the environment with two modifications by proposing a new relation of pheromone trail updating to construct the consequence modified (deposited) pheromone trail update in each iteration based on adding a new parameter (clean) to calculate the possible wide empty locations. Another alteration at this level involves checking and identifying the four horizontal and vertical states. Suppose the two nodes on either side of the four diagonal nodes are barriers in the next neighbor locations. In that case, the Tight Tunnel state is then attained, and it is managed by sealing this location to prevent passing through it before the robot movement stage. Another alteration is made to the robot-moving stage by recommending a new relation of tour building probabilities to determine the best option for moving the robot from the start node through a dynamic environment that incorporates dynamic obstacles moving through free space by locating and exhibiting the ideal path via broad free space. The main outcome of the experiment simulation of the new method involves that the robot avoids going through narrow tunnels and chooses the best course through open areas to reach its destination without running into any impediments in various dynamic environments conditions. In addition, the comparison of average time occupied to find the paths by the new method reduces to 54.32% as compared with that required with the method of hybrid the basic D* algorithm with the Lbest PSO algorithm, and to 11.95% in comparison to the time occupied recorded when applying the method of the improved MAX–MIN ACO algorithm
A Weighting Model of Cybersecurity Parameters Used for Service Placement
Most cybersecurity frameworks are based on three major components such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability. All these components have their parameters that are used to secure network nodes. But finding the most cyber secure node in a network needs a measurement method. The aim of the paper is to offer a model that can be used to find the most secure network nodes considering these cybersecurity components and their parameters. This is achieved by modelling numeric values of respective weights for parameters of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The model is applied to a simulated environment where random values standing for cybersecurity parameters are given to 30 wireless network nodes that are used as an example. Then the weighted values are processed with Python programming language by giving the most secure nodes according to needed cybersecurity components. This model can be used to recommend the right network node that can be used to deploy services securely while avoiding potential vulnerabilities and cyber-attacks.

The Evolution and Reliability of Machine Learning Techniques for Oncology
It is no secret that the rise of the Internet and other digital technologies has sparked renewed interest in AI-based techniques, especially those that fall under the umbrella of the subset of algorithms known as "Machine Learning" (ML).
These advancements in electronics have allowed us to comprehend the world beyond the bounds of human cognition. A high-dimensional dataset's complicated nature. Although these techniques have been regularly employed by the medical sciences, their adoption to enhance patient care has been a bit slow. The availability of curated diverse data sets for model development is all examples of the substantial hurdles that have delayed these efforts. The future clinical acceptance of each of these characteristics may be affected by a number of limiting conditions, such as the time and resources spent on data collection and model development, the cost of integration relative to the time and resources spent on translation, and the potential for patient damage. In order to preserve value and enhance medical care, the goal of this article is to evaluate all facets of the issue in light of the validity of using ML methods in cancer, to serve as a template for further research and the subfield of oncology that serves as a model for other parts of the discipline
