Technological solution for the productive management of banana crops
Get PDFFor the study of the technological solution for the productive management of the banana crop was based on the need of farmers seeking to improve the productive management of the banana crop post-harvest, since using a manual method to record the productive management of the crop are not of great help, due to ignorance of the evolution of technological solutions for the processes of the crop, posed as a general objective to develop a web system through the use of free software tools for monitoring the productive management of the banana crop, the methods used were: descriptive, non- experimental and applicative research, interview and surveys were also used, the same that helped the information gathering that allowed to obtain all the necessary information to establish the requirements in the development of the technological solution, also used the XP methodology the same that allowed to carry an orderly programming that avoided errors in the system, it resulted in a system that has modules such as: Security module, production control module, shipment control module, inventory module, farm control module, advertising and reports. As a conclusion and recommendation, it can be said that the implementation of the web system contributes to improve the management of resources in organizations and increase their productivity, in this case in the banana crop
Incidence of School Discrimination in the Coexistence of the Students of the Educational Institution

Cisneros of the municipality of Cisneros (Antioquia), through a contextual analysis to determine their causes, their factors and thereby design an intervention strategy to reduce cases of school discrimination and thus improve coexistence in the institution. Action research as a method, has had to gain space in the academic and scientific community, a space that has been winning over the strict scientific method and the positivist paradigm. This research is qualitative in nature and the type of study is action research. The qualitative approach and action research were selected because they allow us to approach the school reality in a way that facilitates understanding the context and describing the real processes from the participants\u27 perspectives; also because it is more appropriate to have access to the world of other people\u27s lives in a short time. Interviews were conducted with two focus groups (students and teachers) from which the emerging categories are extracted
Análisis bibliométrico y de redes de colaboración sobre el pensamiento crítico en el entorno educativo
Get PDFEl objetivo principal del manuscrito es realizar un estudio bibliométrico sobre la producción científica relacionada al pensamiento crítico en el entorno educativo publicado en la Web of Science. Para ello, se identificaron un total de 576 documentos publicados desde el año 2000 al 2022, recuperados de la base de datos Web of Science, dando como resultado, indicadores bibliométricos de producción, visibilidad, impacto y colaboración. Se puede concluir que existe un ritmo sostenible y exponencial de la producción científica sobre el pensamiento crítico en el entorno educativo, evidenciando el interés por los diferentes aspectos y procesos que intervienen en su desarrollo y aplicación, además, se reconoce que las instituciones que apoyan la divulgación de resultados a través de revistas de alto impacto son instituciones de educación superior
Application of artificial intelligence techniques in the administrative management of higher education institutions: an analysis of their effectiveness in process optimization and strategic decision making
Get PDFThis study investigated the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) in the administrative management of higher education institutions. Through the use of surveys and interviews, the perception and acceptance of AI was evaluated, as well as its impact on process optimization and strategic decision making. The results revealed a high acceptance of AI in administrative management, supporting its effectiveness in process improvement and decision making. Significant positive correlations were found between the effectiveness of AI and the quality of administrative services, productivity and cost reduction. These findings highlight the transformative potential of AI in the administrative management of higher education institutions, providing a solid foundation for the implementation of AI-based strategies and the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness in administrative management
Aprendizaje basado en problemas en las Ciencias de la Salud: Análisis Bibliométricos en Scopus
Get PDFEl Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas es un enfoque práctico que contribuye significativamente a la práctica clínica al proporcionar un marco para la toma de decisiones clínicas basadas en la evidencia. El objetivo del artículo es identificar las tendencias de investigación sobre aprendizaje basado en problemas en el ámbito de las ciencias de la salud publicado en SCOPUS. Se realizó un estudio observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo a través de un análisis bibliométrico. Los resultados describen el comportamiento de la producción científica; los referentes clásicos y georreferenciación de estudios y la red de coautoría. Se puede concluir que las investigaciones sobre Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas en las ciencias de la Salud tiene un crecimiento paulatino durante el periodo de estudio (1976-2021); las publicaciones se encuentran alojadas en revistas de de alto impacto según la clasificación del Scimago Journal Rank; los países mayormente productivos y con mayor índice de colaboración son Estados Unidos, Reino Unido y Canadá; además, permite a los profesionales de la salud basar sus decisiones en la mejor evidencia disponible para garantizar resultados idóneos en sus pacientes utilizando pruebas y recomendaciones basadas en la evidencia para guiar el diagnóstico, el tratamiento y la prevención de enfermedades, por lo cual deben estar bien informados sobre las últimas investigaciones y evidencias científicas para asegurar que estén brindando la atención más segura, efectiva y de calidad
Playfulness: a pedagogical strategy to strengthen learning to read
Get PDFPlayfulness represents a kind academic process in the teaching practice because the characteristics of learning allow it to be conceived as a pedagogical strategy that promotes meaningful learning. The general objective of this research was to strengthen the learning of reading in the third grade of the Santa Ana Educational Institution through play as a pedagogical strategy. The approach is qualitative, of an interpretative type and with an action research design. The population is formed by two teachers and the proposal is implemented in third grade students. The techniques used were the interview, participant observation, diagnostic test and survey; the instruments were represented in the field diary, questionnaire and interview guide. Among the results obtained are the fulfillment of the three objectives, as well as the design and implementation of the proposal which left significant learning in the students. It was concluded that it is substantial to develop playfulness as a learning strategy that allows a style of apprehension of knowledge, to promote autonomy, since it facilitates the assimilation of new knowledge, ideas based on their own meanings and the construction of their own harmonious learning environment, in which the student is autonomous

The educational system had a great impact from 2020 onwards due to the pandemic caused by covid-19, work demands increased and with it stress. Currently, constant changes, interpersonal relationships, parental demands and adaptation to technology continue to be factors that cause stress in teachers. The study was carried out in the "18 de Octubre" Educational Unit located in the city of Quevedo. The main objective is to determine the impact of work stress on the behavior of teachers of the Educational Unit. The study was conducted under a descriptive observational type of research, measuring the variables through data collection. The population consisted of a total of 21 teachers; as an instrument, surveys with closed but relevant questions were applied to obtain information. The results show that there is emotional exhaustion and work fatigue on the part of the teachers
