Grandchildren’s relationships with their grandparents
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to investigate grandchildren’s relationships with their grandparents. A questionnaire was administered to 76 female junior college students. They answered about shared experiences with their own living grandparents and the grandparental functions (“acceptance of existence”, “daily emotional support”, “time perspectives”, and “succession of generations”) perceived by grandchildren. As a result, female junior college students were shown to have more shared experiences with their grandmother than with their grandfather. And there is a correlation between grandparental functions and shared experiences

Full text link本稿の目的は，企業の持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）活動やESG活動を対象とした重要業績評価指標（Key Performance Indicators）の研究を探索的に分析することにより，これまでの先行研究の展開を示し，今後の研究の方向性を示唆することである。先行研究レビューは，３つのリサーチクエスチョンを設定し包括的に整理した。研究におけるテーマは，KPIの特定，KPIの傾向，KPIの選定に影響を及ぼす要因，KPIも含めた非財務情報の内容と傾向に分類された。今後の研究における方向性は，KPIを特定もしくは選定する上で要因となる概念やフレームワークの収斂や，KPIを特定や選定するプロセスに焦点をあてた研究などが示唆された。
This paper is an exploratory analysis of research on Key Performance Indicators （Key Performance Indicators） for corporate Sustainable Development Goals （SDGs） and ESG activities to show the development of previous research and to suggest future research directions. The review of previous research was comprehensively organized by setting three research questions. The themes of the research were categorized into the identification of KPIs, trends in KPIs, factors influencing the selection of KPIs, and the content and trends of non-financial information including KPIs. Future research directions include convergence of concepts and frameworks that contribute to the identification and selection of KPIs, and research that focuses on the process of identifying and selecting KPIs
