Get PDF近年、人口減少が地域に与える影響を踏まえ、移住の促進に積極的に取り組む市町村が増加している。多様な移住支援金等を提供する市町村も存在し、市町村間の競争が激しくなっている。また、移住検討者が移住支援に取り組んでいる市町村を認知し、移住・定住に至るまでの過程は多様化・複雑化しており、この点も市町村による移住支援を難しくしている要因の一つといえる。一方で、移住支援において高い成果をあげている市町村にはある特徴が見受けられる。その特徴とは、移住検討者が移住の候補地を認知し、複数の移住候補地の情報を収集・比較した後、移住・定住に至るまでの流れを紐解き、移住検討者の視点・動線を踏まえたコミュニケーションを行っている点である。この取り組みは、企業によるコミュニケーション戦略の策定・実行プロセスに類似している。コミュニケーション戦略とは、顧客による継続購入や他者への推奨等を促すために、企業が顧客との接点や提供する情報・施策を設計することである。コミュニケーション戦略は、企業が顧客との関係性を強化し、経営基盤を安定化させるために重要なものとなる。人口増加により、地域の基盤を安定化させる必要性に迫られている市町村にとってもコミュニケーション戦略は重要だと考えられる。本論文では、豊後高田市の移住支援の取り組みを交えながら、市町村におけるコミュニケーション戦略の重要性などを明らかにすることを目的とする

Until now, it has played the role of "conveying" local information exclusively through news and programs and has worked on "making local issues known", but it has not reached the stage of playing an "active role" rather than solving local issues. The question "Is it enough to just convey local information?" has begun to be faced in various places.
Meanwhile, in March 2022, Yoshimoto Kogyo's BS broadcasting station "BS Yoshimoto" opened and started broadcasting.
In this paper, we describe the specific measures taken by BS Yoshimoto in the region and the survey of BS Yoshimoto.
Through this, we will consider the above issues
Analysis of Japan’s Men’s Water Polo Team’s Performance at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze, via official data and released videos, the global tendency of the attack and defense tactics of water polo games and the performance of Japan’s team during the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
The results were as follows.
1）European strong teams, which are Serbia, Greece, Hungary, and Spain, monopolized a high rank by strengthening their style of leading exclusion fouls from the opponents at the center position.
2）The new rules promoted speedy attacks until 2019, but did not produce new change at the Olympic Games.
3）Most teams entered one goalkeeper and eleven field players as members in each game.
4）The Japanese team must further raise the shot accuracy although offensive ability increased, and it must raise the defense ability of extra man and middle-distance shots
