    Effects Of Transformational Leadership, Training, And Job Satisfaction On Employee Performance With Organizational Commitment As A Between Variable

    This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of transformational leadership, training, and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment at PT Asia Mulia Transpacific. This study uses a quantitative associative method with structural equation modeling. The collect data from the variables of transformational leadership, training, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula. Based on SEM analysis, transformational leadership, training, and job satisfaction positively and significantly impact employee performance through organizational commitment. The contribution of transformational leadership, training, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment variables together in shaping employee performance is 74.7%. The rest, as much as 25.3%, is explained by other variables outside the study

    The integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with Blockchain technology has indeed brought about significant changes across various aspects of digital economic activities. This study provides a perspective on the influence of blockchain use on the performance of Indonesian Carbon Exchange players. The results of data analysis show that the variables Optimism (p-value 0.001<0.05) and Innovation (p-value 0.000<0.05) in the adoption of blockchain technology have a significant positive influence on the performance of Indonesian Carbon Exchange players. The results of testing the Insecurity variable on social media adoption showed significant negative results with a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05). And the results of testing the Discomfort variable with the adoption of blockchain technology have no influence on the performance of Indonesian Carbon Exchange players with a p-value of 0.074 (>0.05)

    The research aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, product innovation and competency on the performance of MSMEs in the South Tangerang region. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a survey approach with the method used is simple random sampling, with a sample of 96 MSME actors in the South Tangerang area. The data analysis technique for this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) with the research results showing that (1) Digital Marketing has no effect on MSME performance with at statistical value of 1.151 < t table 1.660 and a P-value of 0.250 > 0.05, (2) Product innovation has no effect on MSME performance with at statistical value of 0.949 < t table 1.660 and P-value 0.343 > 0.05 (3) Competency has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance with at statistical value of 34.254 > t table 1.660 and P -value 0.000 < 0.05. These measures can contribute to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in the South Tangerang Region

    The Effect of Sales Promotion and Perceptions of the Ease of Non-Cash Transactions on Interest in Using Shopeepay

    This research aims to examine how sales promotions and the perceived ease of cashless transactions influence the interest in using ShopeePay. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis included multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination), which were previously subjected to validity and reliability tests.The results indicate that both sales promotions and perceived ease have a positive and significant impact on the interest in using ShopeePay. Furthermore, the combination of these two factors also proves to have a positive and significant effect on usage interest. The coefficient of determination test yields a value of 0.635, suggesting that 63.5% of the variation in ShopeePay usage interest can be explained by sales promotions and perceived ease, while the remaining percentage is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study

    This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media and word of Mouth on visiting decisions with the control variables of attractiveness and facilities. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the simultaneous hypothesis testing, the four independent variables have a significant effect on the decision to visit tourists to Tanjung Bias Beach. Partially, word of mouth (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists, this can be seen from the t-count value of 5.816, greater than the t-table value of 1.995. Social media promotion (X1), Attraction (X3) and Facilities (X4), and show that the result of the multiple linear determination coefficient (R2) is 0.648, or 65%. This means that the degree of influence of the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 65%

This study was  qualitative research with a comprehensive description of the experiences, awareness, perceptions, beliefs, memories and feelings experienced by individual investors.
