    The Role of Competence on Performance Leadership Style as an Intervening Variable

    This study aims to analyze the effect of employee competence on their performance in the company through the leadership style in the company, while the following research uses a quantitative method that uses a population of employees of the Plastic Woven Packaging Manufacturing Company using a sample of the production department of 100 respondents. The following research results show that the influence of (1) employee competence has a significant influence on performance, (2) employee competence has a significant influence on leadership style, (3) leadership style has a significant influence on performance, while profit sharing has an indirect effect through the mediating variable style (4) Competence has a significant direct effect in order to provide an increase in employee performance even though it is not through Leadership Style as a mediating variable. The company should pay attention and provide an increase in the competence that can affect employee performance

    The Effect of Leadership Style, Communication and Work Motivation on Employee Performance During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, and motivation on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study is PT. XYZ, totaling 45 employees using purposive sampling, obtained a sample of 35 people. The research criteria are employees who work from home. The analytical methods used are the validity and reliability test, classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through t and F tests. The results showed that leadership style, communication, and motivation significantly affected employee performance. While the study's results partially stated that communication had a significant effect on employee performance, the results indicated that leadership and work motivation had no effect on employee performance

    The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on SMEs performance, perceived organizational support (POS) on organizational commitment, perceived organizational support (POS) on SMEs performance, organizational commitment on SMEs performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on SMEs Performance through mediation of organizational commitment, perceived organizational support (POS) on SMEs performance through mediation of organizational commitment.This study used a quantitative method, the respondents of this study were 380 UKM owners who were determined by the simple random sampling method. Online questionnaire questions are provided with answer options with rules based on a 5-point Likert scale. Online questionnaires were distributed to respondents using social media. All answers are tabulated for further processing to obtain results and conclusions. Data analysis in this study used structural equation modeling (SEM) with smartPLS 4.0 software tools. The stages of data testing are data validation and reliability tests and hypothesis testing.The variable of this research is the independent variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Perceived Organizational Support (POS). The dependent variable is SME Performance and the mediating variable is Organizational Commitment. The results of this study indicate that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on SMEs performance, perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment , perceived organizational support (POS) has a positive and significant effect on SMEs performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on SMEs performance.     This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling on travel decisions in Demak Regency and to determine the effect of brand image on decision making traveling in Demak Regency. This type of research is qualitative and the research design aims to test hypotheses or explain the influence between variables (Indriantoro, et al., 2002:89). The population of this research is all consumers who travel in Demak Regency. Sampling was done by convenience sampling technique, namely collecting information from members of the population who are happy to provide information. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that Brand Labeling has a positive contribution to Tourism Decisions in Demak Regency. Brand Image contributes positively to tourism decisions in Demak district.

    The development of fast food restaurant business services is increased and expanded. This fast food business competes on quality, price, and service. Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurant in Tomohon City is competing to serve fast food that pampers its consumers. Thus, departing from this problem, the purpose of this study is to determine the right marketing strategy for fast food products to satisfy the consumer desires. Method of analysis used in this research is the quantitative method with analytical descriptive approach. The results show that KFC restaurant in Tomohon has made strategic efforts with product safety compliance that maintains the high quality standards, creating innovation and having qualified Human Resources (HR). The quality of service to consumers is well maintained. The restaurant uses the Customer Service Excellence (CHAMPS). CHAMPS is applied to ensure the restaurant Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy in receiving and preparing orders, Maintenance of best facility, Products with high quality, and Speed with service. The conclusion states that the restaurant needs to maintain the successful performance of fast food business in its competition. Furthermore, the restaurant should remain obedient to their company management by conforming the laws and regulations and realizing the company's vision and mission as well

Through the Whatsapp network, questionnaires were distributed. While literature, books, and websites used as a secondary data source. The population used consisted of 2013 permanent employees from all online shops . This research uses probability sampling method by using simple random sampling as the sampling method. Due to the large number of respondents, the number of samples in this study was calculated using the Slovin equation and the number of respondents who became the sample was 103 people. In this study, the analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with data processing tools using smartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are OCB has a positive impact on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a positive impact on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance

This study aimed to examine how prior bad experiences and perceived goal impediments affect online advertisement avoidance. Students who used the internet the most during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 were chosen as research participants. The F-test demonstrated that perceived aim hindrance, advertisement clutter, and prior terrible experience all impacted advertisement avoidance simultaneously using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique. The results are anticipated to guide marketing professionals and businesses in choosing how to develop and arrange adverts that are precisely on target without upsetting internet users.     Asset Management and Third-Party Funds on Firm Value with Profitability as an Intermediate Variable in the Financial Industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

    Research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach to test asset management and third-party funds against company value with profitability as an intermediate variable in the Financial Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. With a population of 49 banks listed on the IDX and a sample used as many as 26 banks with a total observation of 130 units according to the purposive sampling method with sampling criteria, namely the company did not experience losses for five consecutive years or during the study period. The results of the analysis show that directly the management of assets and third-party funds has a significant effect on profitability. For indirect influences, profitability cannot mediate asset management against company value, while profitability is able to mediate third-party funds against company value in the financial industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

    Leading the Digital Revolution Examining the Impact of Digital Leadership on Work Performance and Organizational Commitment in the Kawasan Industri Mitra (KIM)

    This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of digital leadership on work performance through organizational commitment. The research population is all employees in the Mitra Industrial Area (KIM) Karawang, West Java. A total of 214 samples were taken using random sampling. The digital leadership variable uses two dimensions with three indicators each, the organizational commitment variable uses three dimensions with three indicators each, and the work performance variable uses three indicators. The results obtained show a positive and significant effect of digital era leadership on work performance and a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on work performance. These results are analyzed together with the dimensions used. The results obtained from leadership in the employee dimension are greater than the innovation focus dimension. The greatest organizational commitment is in the normative commitment dimension

    Improving Airplane E-ticket Purchasing Decisions Through Social Media Marketing Instagram and Ease of Use of Online Travel Agent Applications in Indonesia Mediated by Trust

    This study aims to ascertain how social media marketing (such as Instagram) and ease of use affect consumer decisions, as well as how trust functions as a mediating factor in the relationship between social media marketing and ease of use and consumer decisions. There are two types of data that are used; primary data are gathered through questionnaires, and secondary data are gathered from books and journals. This study used probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method, namely with 170 respondents. The analysis method in this study uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square). This study's findings indicate that trust has a major impact on purchase decisions, simplicity of use has a large impact on decisions, and social media marketing has no significant impact on decisions. Ease of use and social media marketing's influence on purchase decisions might be mitigated by the trust factor. If respondents trust online travel brokers, social media marketing will have an impact on their purchase decisions
