IMPLEMENTASI DATA ANALYTICS DENGAN ORANGE DATA MINING UNTUK PROYEKSI HARGA SAHAM (STUDI KASUS HARGA SAHAM PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA)
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to determine the accuracy of stock price predictions using analytical data using Orange Data Mining application based on the ARIMAX model. The research sample consists of banking stock in Indonesia, with codes BBCA, BBRI, BMRI, and BBNI, from Q1 2011 to Q2 2023. The four stocks were chosen due to their high valuations in Indonesia and are among the ten stocks with the largest valuations in the country. The best ARIMAX model was selected using statistical rules, and Orange application was used to test the model. Data from Q1 2011 to Q4 2022 was considered as training data, and predictions were made for Q1 and Q2 2023. The results showed high accuracy in stock price predictions with a consistently low MAPE value, which is always less than 10. This research suggests that investors can use Orange application for predicting stock prices based on analytical data

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the fact that stock returns are the main factor desired by investors when carrying out investment activities in the capital market. In before investing, investors should analyze financial performance the company, in order to get the expected return. To assess company’s financial performance, investors can pay attention to factors that can affect stock returns. The aim of this research is to know the infuence of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and earnings per share on stock returns both partially and simultaneously infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2020-2023. This research uses a quantitative causality approach. Sample in this research, it was obtained using a purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria, with a population of 57 sector companies infrastructur, and the number of samples that meet the criteria is a 12 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis with using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. Conclusions from the research results these are (1) Current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and earning per share partially has a significant effect on stock return in the company infrastructure sector listed on the IDX. (2) Current ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets dan Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on stock return in infrastructure sector companies that are flat on the Stock Exchange Indonesian Effect

Get PDFLake Toba is one of the five North Sumatra destinations considered to be Indonesian Super Priority Destinations. Information obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Simalungun Regency indicates that the number of visitors to Lake Toba tourism spots within Simalungun Regency increased by 55% in 2023. Most of these visitors come from the Parapat and Bukit Indah Simarjarunjung regions. As a result of the numerous national and international events held on Lake Toba, such as the International Formula 1 Powerboat Championship event (F1 Powerboat), the number of accommodations will increase to 83 in 2022. As a consequence of this, the Simalungun region of Lake Toba generally has a high number of accommodations that are in high demand. To accommodate tourists, the Toba Caldera region calls for establishing resorts and other tourist accommodations. Qualitative research methodologies are utilised in this research method. To ensure that the design that is implemented incorporates the Neo-Vernacular architecture of the Simalungun Batak culture, the development of Simarjarunjung Hound Sky in the Toba Caldera region can be accomplished through the approach of architect Franky Parulian Simanjuntak. PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PAKEM BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR TEMATIK
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran pakem berbasis multimedia terhadap hasil belajar tematik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. opulasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IV SDN Lubuk Pempeng Peureulak Aceh Timur yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel purposive dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas V yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran pakem berbasis multimedia terhadap hasil belajar tematik.termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 83.03. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada saat pretest yang mendapat nilai tuntas 5 siswa (14%) sedangkan yang mendapat nilai tidak tuntas 17 siswa (84%), dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 40. Pada postest siklus I siswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas meningkat menjadi 9 siswa (39%) sedangkan yang mendapat nilai tidak tuntas 16 siswa (61%) dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 63,17. Pada postest siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 17 siswa (89%) dan yang mendapat nilai tidak tuntas8 siswa (13%) dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 85.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan membandingkan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri dan model pembelajaran project based learning pada mata pelajaran IPAS SD Negeri 060903 Medan Helvetia Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini diterapkan pada siswa kelas IV. Model pembelajaran inkuiri pada kelas kontrol yaitu kelas IVB dengan jumlah 13 siswa, dan model pembelajaran project based learning diterapkan pada kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas IVA dengan jumlah 26 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah experimental dan desain yang dipilih adalah Nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning lebih tinggi di banding dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri. Dengan demikian, siswa yang menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran project based learning memiliki rata-rata nilai posttest yang lebih tinggi yaitu berjumlah 81,23 dibanding siswa yang menggunakan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri yang mempunyai jumlah rata-rata nilai posttest sebanyak 75,53.

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematika pada materi bangun datar siswa kelas IV UPTD SD N 122358 Siantar Martoba Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu kelas IV A berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B berjumlah 30 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah desain true ekesperimental yang digunakan yaitu pretest-posttest control group design metode true eksperimental design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes soal uraian berisi 5 soal yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian uji normalitas menggunakan rumus Kolmogorov Smirnov Test Dengan berbantuan aplikasi SPSS dan uji homogenitas dengan menggunakan uji lavene serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Dari hasil analisis uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa thitung sebesar 8,196 dan ttabel sebesar 2,408 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Maka hal ini dinyatakan bahwa hasil penenlitian menunjjukan bahwa model Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematika siswa kelas IV. Oleh katena itu, model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematika pada materi bangun datar siswa kelas IV UPTD SD N 122358 Siantar Martoba Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024

Get PDFHomo somaticus is the primary reality of human beings. Humans are recognized as such through their bodies and interact with both others and the world using their bodies. This article aims to argue for the existential importance of the human body. The article explores the nature and functions of the human body through the lens of phenomenology. Homo somaticus acknowledges that the human body possesses uniqueness among other creatures. As homo somaticus, humans have five fundamental body functions. Firstly, the worldly body signifies that humans are “beings-in-the world,” integrating with the world through their bodies. Secondly, the epistemological body indicates that humans acquire, assimilate, and convey knowledge through their bodies. Thirdly, the economic body suggests that the body becomes a determinant of possession, assuming the existence of a body. Fourthly, the ascetical body highlights the necessity of engaging in human activities to cultivate valuable virtues. Fifthly, the sexual body identifies the experiences shared by men and women, enabling biological reproduction and shaping social relationships. Get PDFThis study aims to develop a web-based expert system application using the Certainty Factor method to diagnose pests and diseases in rice plants. The system is designed to assist farmers, particularly in the Barus Subdistrict, Central Tapanuli Regency, in identifying and addressing pest and disease issues that frequently affect rice crops. The development process includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the application. Testing results indicate that the application successfully identifies pests and diseases with an accuracy rate of 95%, based on comparisons with manual diagnoses provided by experts. Additionally, the application is user-friendly, allowing farmers to easily select symptoms present in their rice plants and receive accurate diagnoses and appropriate solutions. Get PDFThis study aims to determine how work discipline and teamwork impact the performance of employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia Karawang. This research applies quantitative methods with descriptive and causal associative techniques. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The data were tested for validity and reliability, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (R2), and descriptive analysis. The study population was all employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia Karawang, and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, such as The research shows that work ethics and teamwork significantly improve employee outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. Effective teamwork characterized by good communication, trust, mutual trust, mutual support, recognition, and collective problem solving, as well as a high level of work diligence in terms of attendance, adherence to work rules and standards, vigilance, and ethical behavior, is proven to contribute to improved employee performance. This research suggests that companies should facilitate and encourage good teamwork and strictly enforce work discipline to achieve optimal employee performance. Future research can expand the scope by involving more respondents from various companies and industries, adding additional variables that may have an impact on employee performance, and using mixed methods to gain deeper insight
