PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS V SD NEGERI 091608 SINAKSAK
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 091608 Sinaksak. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 091608 Sinaksak berjumlah 21 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah normalitas, linearitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji koefesien determinasi, uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu 8,97 > 1,72 dan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pola asuh orang tua dengan motivasi belajar siswa, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak

No full textSistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan sistem berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk membantu pengambil keputusan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan semi terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur secara objektif. Dalam penelitian ini, SPK dirancang untuk membantu pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan dalam menentukan perawat terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Proses penilaian perawat selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan bersifat subjektif, sehingga menimbulkan potensi ketidaktepatan dalam hasil penilaian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan Metode Weighted Product (WP) yang memanfaatkan perkalian dan pembobotan pada setiap kriteria penilaian agar menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan terukur.Metode WP bekerja dengan mengalikan nilai atribut setiap alternatif yang sebelumnya dipangkatkan dengan bobot kriteria yang bersangkutan. Nilai akhir dari perhitungan WP digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat perawat berdasarkan hasil penilaian. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan perangkat lunak pendukung seperti PHP, MySQL, dan Visual Studio Code. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan meliputi kelengkapan berkas, evaluasi penilaian kinerja, ujian tulis, dan wawancara.Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan mampu melakukan proses penilaian secara lebih cepat, efisien, dan objektif. Sistem juga menyediakan laporan hasil penilaian yang dapat diakses oleh manajemen rumah sakit untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan yang lebih transparan dan akurat. Dengan demikian, penerapan Metode Weighted Product (WP) dalam sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi dalam proses pemilihan perawat terbaik di Rumah Sakit Dr. Pirngadi Kota Meda

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the conformity of village fund management in Liberia Village, Teluk Mengkudu Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency with accountability and transparency principles based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 for the period 2022-2024. The research method used was descriptive with data collection techniques through documentation and interviews. The research population consists of Village Budget and Expenditure Reports in Liberia Village for 2022-2024. The results indicate that accountability in village fund management is considered fairly compliant with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, although there are inconsistencies in the planning and administration stages. Meanwhile, transparency in village fund management has not complied with regulations because information is only posted on announcement boards that are not placed in strategic locations and there is no easily accessible information media for the community regarding accountability reports on APBDesa realization

This research is a type of quantitative research, while the data source for this research is primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the excise tariff variable has no effect on conventional cigarette consumption, income and age simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on conventional cigarette consumption in Medan. while partially it shows that the increase in excise tax has no significant effect on the consumption of conventional cigarettes in Medan. PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA DAN SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA MELATI COFFEE AND BAKERY MEDAN
Get PDFThis study aims to test and analyze the influence of product quality, price, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions at Melati Coffee and Bakery Medan. The data used in this study are primary data. The population of this study is consumers who make purchases or who visit Melati Coffee and Bakery Medan and the number of research samples is 96 respondents with the sampling technique used incidental sampling. Data analysis uses SPSS version 25. The analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study obtained the following multiple linear regression equation KPb = 23.425 + 0.251KP - 0.248H + 0.392SMM + ei, which means that product quality and social media marketing have a positive effect on purchasing decisions while price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions at Melati Coffee and Bakery Medan. The partial test results obtained a t-value for product quality of (7.664) > t-table (1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t-value for price is (-5.096) < t-value (1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t-value for social media marketing is (8.230) > t-value (1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows an F-value of 73.221 > F-value of 2.70. This means that product quality, price, and social media marketing simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Melati Coffee and Bakery Medan. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.70.5. This means that the purchasing decision variable can be explained by product quality, price, and social media marketing by 70.5%, while the remaining 29.5% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study, such as service quality, brand image, and so o

Get PDFEnterprise Risk Management (ERM) is an integrated and strategic risk management framework that helps companies identify, assess, and manage risks comprehensively. Effective ERM implementation is believed to enhance company performance, especially in the financial sector, which is highly exposed to various risks. Meanwhile, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a crucial role as a monitoring mechanism that can strengthen the effectiveness of ERM implementation through the principles of transparency, accountability, and responsibility. This study aims to review the literature on the influence of ERM on company performance, with GCG as a moderating variable. This literature review analyzes 25 national journals published between 2015 and 2025 that discuss the interrelation between these three variables, particularly in financial sector companies in Indonesia. The findings indicate that most studies found ERM to have a positive and significant effect on company performance, and that GCG strengthens this relationship. However, some studies also revealed insignificant effects, depending on implementation context and performance indicators used. This review is expected to provide theoretical and practical insights for researchers and industry practitioners in optimizing the implementation of ERM and GCG to improve sustainable company performance

ESG menjadi instrumen utama dalam akuntansi modern karena tidak hanya menilai kinerja finansial, tetapi juga dampak operasional perusahaan terhadap lingkungan, kesejahteraan masyarakat, serta efektivitas tata kelola. Dimensi lingkungan menekankan pengurangan emisi karbon, pengelolaan limbah, penggunaan energi terbarukan, dan mitigasi risiko ekologi; dimensi sosial berfokus pada perlindungan hak pekerja, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, pemberdayaan komunitas, serta kesetaraan; sedangkan dimensi governance berorientasi pada transparansi, anti-korupsi, independensi dewan, dan akuntabilitas laporan keuangan. Implementasi ESG memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan, seperti peningkatan reputasi, produktivitas karyawan, kepercayaan investor, peluang pendanaan hijau, serta keunggulan kompetitif global. Since political dimension has something to do with society as a whole, thus anyone actually has a political attitude and already acts politically as far as his/her attitude and doing affect society. In this sense, being active in a political party or the party itself can be considered as a manifestation of human nature as political being, precisely because the party has society as its orientation. Political Ethic first of all wants to search and determine fundamental norms and principles of managing a society and governing a state. Every political party and government then must observe these norms and principles. They are principle of equality, principle of freedom, principle of solidarity and principle of utility. These four principles have to be followed by the state, while performing the principle of subsidiary. Furthermore the state has a duty and responsibility to accomplish social welfare and guarantee social justice. So, what is the task of political party? On one hand, maintaining all the fundamental principles and state's duties above mentioned, it has to control and influence the actual government, if it isn't part of this. On the other, it must preserve all those ethical norms while performing the state's governance, in case it holds the government or takes part of it
