FACTORS INFLUENCING CAPITAL STRUCTURE IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE FOR THE PERIOD 2019-2023
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence capital structure in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The independent variables studied are asset structure (SA), profitability (ROA), company size (FS), and liquidity (CR). The dependent variable is capital structure, proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study employs a quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of manufacturing companies through the official website of the IDX. The population of this study consists of all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019-2023 a total of 184 companies, while the sample used consists of 65 companies determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroskedasticity), t-tests (partial), F-tests (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). Data processing was conducted using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The research results indicate that, partially, asset structure has a non-significant negative effect on capital structure, profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure, company size has a significant positive effect on capital structure, and liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Simultaneously, all four variables significantly influence capital structure. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for companies and investors in making financing and investment decisions
PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, FASILITAS DAN KENYAMANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN PADA PUSKESMAS NAMUTRASI, KEC.SEI BINGAI, KAB. LANGKAT
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, fasilitas, dan kenyamanan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Namutrasi melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan 98 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 27 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel, yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, dan kenyamanan, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien berdasarkan nilai t hitung yang lebih besar daripada t tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Pengujian simultan juga memperlihatkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung yang lebih tinggi daripada F tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi yang berada di bawah 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,875 mengindikasikan bahwa 76,5 persen variasi kepuasan pasien dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sedangkan 23,5 persen sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kualitas pelayanan dan biaya yang tidak dicakup dalam penelitian ini

The study concludes that integrated risk management into operational processes can improve efficiency, reduce uncertainty, and support better decision-making. Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and patient trust at the UPT Puskesmas Tiga Juhar. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques is random sampling/probability sampling. This data was obtained through a survey by distributing questionnaires in respondents UPT Puskesmas Tiga Juhar, data processing in this study using SPSS version 25 for Windows. multiple linear regression results y = 0.408 + 0.134 x1 + 0.471 x2 This study shows that the quality of service (X1) and trust (X2) has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. The F test was carried out showing that the quality of service and trust simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on patient satisfaction. The coefficient value of dermination (R2) shows that the quality of service and trust is able to explain the dependent variable of 63.5% while for 36.5% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the scope of this research such as facilities and costs

Dalam menghadapi situasi penindasan, diperlukan perjuangan dan perlawanan yang berani tanpa menggunakan kekerasan dengan dasar kebenaran dan rasa persaudaraan.Sosok pejuang kemerdekaan India, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, telah menunjukkan usaha pemahaman persaudaraan dalam hidup dan ajarannya bahwa semua manusia adalah saudara. Implementasi Metode Certainty Factor untuk Menentukan Penyakit Demam Berdarah pada RSUD AULIA Pandeglang Banten
Full text linkPermasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu sulitnya deteksi penyakit demam berdarah di karnakan alat kesehatan yang dimiliki oleh rumahsakit aulia sangat minim. Tujuan pada penelitian ini menganalisis terkait deteksi penyakit demam berdarah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan certainty factor dengan tahapan mengumpulkan data gejala, membuat aturan, menghitung nilai CF menggabungkan nilai CF jika ada banyak gejala menentukan hasil diagnosa. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah analisa dengan menggunakan metode certainty factor dengan hasil olahan data Grade I, Grade II, Grade III, menggunakan metode certainty factor untuk menentukan tingkatan penyakit DBD dan hasil dari penerapan metode ini adalah persentase, demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa presentase nilai hasilnya yaitu, Grade I=56%, Grade II=64.80% dan Grade III=52%. Kemungkinan Pasien mengalami tingkatan penyakit Grade II pada DBD dengan nilai sebesar 64.80%

Rumah abu keluarga The Goan Tjing dipilih menjadi objek penelitian, karena memiliki bentuk arsitektur khusus/unik pada atap dengan ornamen kura-kura, ornamen patung qilin, serta tiang naga. Ornamen serta warna pada Rumah Abu The ini juga elemen pembentuk karakter visual bangunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan percampuran budaya dalam elemen arsitektur pembentuk karakter visual pada rumah abu The Goan Tjiang. OVERVIEW OF HIGH RISE DEVELOPMENT IN SURABAYA CITY IN SEVERAL PERIODS OF YEARS
Full text linkSurabaya as a metropolitan city, in this era is facing high business activities, economy, education, entertainment and residential needs. The presence of high rise supported by construction technology such as materials or structures, is a solution and opportunity for architecture to answer problems in urban areas by creating buildings that are comfortable and safe for residents and the environment. Starting with the establishment of Wisma BII in 1992 as the first high rise milestone, Surabaya continues to experience rapid development in high rise development. In this research there are 83 high rise buildings in Surabaya that will be analyzed by comparing the main parameters such as function, form, and material. It was found that most of the high rises developed into a mixed use with a setback form and the main structural material is concrete. The analysis was conducted using data from journals and the Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and produced relevant findings. This research is expected to be useful for architects and urban developers in supporting sustainable development in Surabaya

Full text linkThis study aims to examine the effect of corporate income tax, foreign ownership, and company size on transfer pricing partially and simultaneously. The population in this study, manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2022 with a population of 88 companies. The number of samples was 11 companies in 4 years of the study period with 44, outlier data as many as 12 so that the study had 32 observations. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. Using multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination testing using SPSS version 25 to process data. The results of this research show that corporate Income Tax partially has a positive and significant effect on transfer pricing, foreign ownership has no effect on transfer pricing and company size has no effect on transfer pricing, while simultaneously corporate Income Tax, foreign ownership, and company size has a positive and significant effect on transfer pricing in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period
