La formación inicial docente desde la responsabilidad social universitaria: satisfacción del alumnado en relación a una experiencia de aprendizaje-servicio: Initial teacher training from university social responsibility: student satisfaction on a service-learning experience
Get PDFThe aim of this article is to know the level of satisfaction of students in a learning experience Service (APS) developed at the Faculty of Education at the University of Málaga. The experience included 76 Early Education Degree students divided into two different groups (A and B groups). The study is diagnostic-descriptive and ex-post facto which includes the complementary qualitative-quantitative evaluation methodology. Its main goals are to give an insight on the ratings and personal evaluation of such students after their Service Learning experiences. Results show highly positive ratings, with some quite significant differences between groups A and B. Highest values were linked to the following items: team work, promotion of creativity and personal implication into Service Learning activities. It is concluded that it is necessary to increase the use of this strategy methodology to enhance the development of University Social Responsibility.Resumen:
El objetivo de este artículo es conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes en una experiencia de Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS) desarrollada en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Málaga. La muestra ha sido de 76 estudiantes, de 2 grupos diferentes, del Grado de Maestro en Educación Infantil. Se planteó una investigación diagnóstico-descriptiva, ex post-facto, desde la complementariedad metodológica cualitativa-cuantitativa, para comprender las reflexiones y valoraciones del alumnado en relación a su experiencia de ApS. Los resultados muestran un nivel de satisfacción del alumnado muy elevado, aunque con diferencias significativas entre los Grupos A y B. Los ítems más valorados han sido la capacidad de trabajo en equipo, el fomento de la creatividad y la implicación en el servicio. Se concluye que es necesario aumentar el uso de esta estrategia metodología para potenciar el desarrollo de la Responsabilidad Social Universitaria.

Get PDFLa finalidad de este artículo es presentar las experiencias concretas en materia de difusión del patrimonio documental llevadas a cabo en el Archivo de la Universidad de Zaragoza desde la declaración del estado de alarma (14 de marzo de 2020) hasta la finalización de la Semana Internacional de los Archivos (14 de junio de 2020). Se concluye que, en tiempos de pandemia, es posible dar visibilidad al archivo dando a conocer sus fondos documentales y sus servicios a través de su página web, catálogos en línea y redes sociales.The aim of this article is showing the specific experiences on the diffusion of documental patrimony carried out at the University of Zaragoza’s Archive since the proclamation of the state of alarm (March 14, 2020) until the end of the International Week of Archives (June 14, 2020). This review is based on the justification of the need for a European approach to sustainability in order to look not only at what has happened in Europe and in European libraries since the adoption of the 2030 Agenda, but also at the proposals or possible lines of action that are being undertaken, led by EBLIDA and by library professional associations in the different countries.En este artículo revisamos las acciones emprendidas por las bibliotecas e instituciones bibliotecarias en Europa relacionadas con la Agenda 2030 y el desarrollo sostenible. Esta revisión la realizamos a partir de la justificación de la necesidad de un enfoque europeo de la sostenibilidad para detenernos no sólo en lo que ha pasado en Europa y en las bibliotecas europeas desde la aprobación de la Agenda 2030, también en las propuestas o las posibles líneas de acción que se están emprendiendo, lideradas por EBLIDA y por las asociaciones de profesionales de bibliotecas en los diferentes países.

Once the contract is void due to usury, the nullity extends to the entire contract, including the new non-usurious interest rates that have been agreed after a novation / transaction between the parties, so that the accrediting entity will have to restore all the interests received, even those after the novation that were not intrinsically usurious, when the borrower demands the nullity of art. 3 of the Usury Law. Get PDFThis study analyzes Judgment 1112/2021 of the Spanish Supreme Court (rec. Cassation 5909/2021) regarding the exhibition of the \u27\u27Covid passport\u27\u27 for access to leisure in Galicia. It considers the need to request judicial authorization because the fundamental rights to equality, privacy and data protection are affected, although it is mild or light. For these specific activities, it is a proportionate, appropriate and necessary limitation, giving priority to public health reasons in the current epidemiological context.Este estudio analiza la Sentencia 1112/2021 del Tribunal Supremo español (rec. Casación 5909/2021) sobre la exhibición del “pasaporte Covid” para el acceso al ocio en Galicia. Considera la necesidad de solicitar la autorización judicial por verse afectados los derechos fundamentales a la igualdad, intimidad y protección de datos, aunque sea de forma leve o liviana. Disponibilidad de piezas de recambio en los servicios postventa: una reciente distorsión legislativa interna con el Derecho europeo
Get PDFAfter the entry into force on March 1, 2021, of a series of community enforcement regulations that lead to Directive 2009/125/EC, October 21 (product design), the legal configuration of the new "right to repair" of consumer goods that can be repaired has taken a new step: the extension of the mandatory period of availability of spare parts on the market. This specific temporary obligation on behalf of manufacturers, importers or authorized representatives has been transferred to us in an equivocal and inharmonious way with European regulations, according to the wording given to the new article 127 bis TRLGDCU. The reform carried out does not clearly distinguish or separate what the repair of consumer goods entails as a specific corrective measure due to non-compliance with the contract of sale - included in the transposed Directives 2019/770/EU and 2019/771/EU (20 may)-, and the repair of consumer goods understood as a general measure of legislative policy based on the useful life cycle of those goods, included in the New Circular Economy Action Plan (2015, 2020), and which was not under the enabling budget for the transposition of both directives.Tras la entrada en vigor este 1 de marzo de 2021 de una serie de reglamentos de ejecución comunitarios que traen causa de la Directiva 2009/125/CE, 21 octubre (diseño productos), la configuración jurídica del nuevo “derecho a la reparación” de los bienes de consumo susceptibles de reparación ha dado un nuevo paso: la ampliación del plazo obligatorio de disponibilidad de las piezas de recambio en el mercado. Esta obligación temporal específica por cuenta de fabricantes, importadores o representantes autorizados se ha trasladado a nuestro país de una manera equívoca e inarmónica con la normativa europea, según la redacción dada al nuevo artículo 127 bis TRLGDCU. La reforma operada no distingue ni separa con nitidez lo que supone la reparación de los bienes de consumo como medida correctora específica por causa de la disconformidad con el contrato de compraventa -recogida en las Directivas 2019/770/UE y 2019/771/UE transpuestas-, y la reparación de los bienes de consumo entendida como medida general de política legislativa fundada en el ciclo de vida útil de esos bienes, incardinada ésta dentro del Plan de Acción europeo para la Economía Circular (2015, 2020), y que no estaba bajo el presupuesto habilitante en la transposición de ambas directivas

El trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la eficacia de la estrategia lúdica basada en juegos de azar, para la enseñanza de la prevención de infecciones respiratorias agudas en los estudiantes del nivel primario. Metodológicamente se trató de una investigación cuantitativa de tipo exploratoria-explicativa. La población de estudio fue la Institución Educativa San Lorenzo Conchamarca de Huánuco, Perú durante el año 2016. Se trabajó con una muestra de 45 estudiantes de 10 a 12 años, distribuidos en tres grupos para aplicar de forma diferenciada los juegos didácticos: a) Gusanito de la salud, b) Ruleta de la salud, c) Yincana, donde se abordaron los mensajes sobre medidas preventivas de las infecciones respiratorias agudas. Se utilizó un cuestionario y lista de chequeo antes y después de la intervención. Para el análisis estadístico se aplicó ANOVA de un factor y test de Scheffé para contraste de grupos. Los resultados demuestran que, de las tres actividades, la ruleta de la salud resulta ser más eficaz en este tipo de investigaciones con una puntuación en una escala del 1 al 20 que se encuentra entre 11,17 y 11,5 luego de la aplicación. Dentro de las conclusiones destaca que, los juegos de azar demostraron ser efectivos para crear en los estudiantes conciencia de prevención, a la par que reforzaron sus conocimientos respecto a las IRA, con lo que pueden llegar a ser multiplicadores de las medidas preventivas aprendidas.

Abstract:
The objective of the work is to determine the effectiveness of the playful strategy based on games of chance, for teaching the prevention of acute respiratory infections in primary level students. Methodologically, it was an exploratory-explanatory quantitative investigation. The study population was the San Lorenzo Conchamarca Educational Institution in Huánuco, Peru during 2016. We worked with a sample of 45 students aged 10 to 12, distributed in three groups to apply the didactic games in a differentiated way: a) Gusanito health, b) Health roulette, c) Yincana, where messages on preventive measures for acute respiratory infections were addressed. A questionnaire and checklist were used before and after the intervention. For the statistical analysis, one-factor ANOVA and Scheffé\u27s test were applied for contrasting groups. The results show that, of the three activities, the health roulette turns out to be more effective in this type of research with a score on a scale of 1 to 20 that is between 11,17 and 11,5 after application. Among the conclusions, it stands out that games of chance were shown to be effective in creating awareness of prevention in students, at the same time that they reinforced their knowledge regarding ARIs, with which they can become multipliers of the preventive measures learned.
