Canti della nuova resistenza Spagnola 1939-1961: acercamiento a las canciones de resistencia en la España franquista
Get PDFCanti della nuova resistenza spagnola (1939-1961) is, without a doubt, one of the books dedicated to music that has generated the most controversy after its publication. Produced by three members of the Italian Cantacronache ensemble, Michele L. Straniero and Sergio Liberovici with the collaboration of Margot, it was published by the Einaudi publishing house in Turin in 1962. It included a good number of songs and some poems against the Franco regime that they were collected on a trip that this Italian team made on a trip to Spain in the summer of 1961.
In this paper we will try to define what they understood by songs of resistance. To do this, we will start from a brief approach to the genesis and characteristics of the songbook and then try to narrow down the terms of song, popular song and resistance, analyze their objective functions and try to differentiate, if possible, between the terms protest song, author, political or resistance song. Finally, we will attend to the importance that politics and propaganda had in the genesis and interpretation of a good number of songs.Canti della nuova resistenza spagnola (1939-1961) es, sin duda, uno de los libros dedicados a la música que mayor polémica generaron tras su publicación. Elaborado por tres miembros del conjunto italiano Cantacronache, Michele L. Straniero, Sergio Liberovici y Margot, fue publicado por la editorial Einaudi en Turín en 1962. En él recopilaron veintiséis canciones y tres poemas contra el régimen franquista que fueron recogidos en un viaje que esta agrupación italiana efectuó en el verano de 1961 por distintas ciudades españolas.
Debido a que aparece de forma evidente en el título, en este artículo trataremos de delimitar qué entendieron por canciones de resistencia. Por ello, partiremos de un breve acercamiento a la génesis y características del cancionero para, a continuación, intentar acotar los términos de canción, canción popular y resistencia, analizar sus funciones y objetivos y tratar de diferenciar, si es que es posible, entre los términos canción protesta, de autor, política o de resistencia. Por último, atenderemos a la importancia que la política y la propaganda tuvieron en la génesis e interpretación de un buen número de canciones, como es el caso

However, there are still recent decisions of the Supreme Court that rule on the issue, and not always, as we might think, are favorable to consumers. The purpose of this article is to analyze some of the latest jurisprudential decisions, as a survey, to determine the current state of the matter. The aim is to analyze the basis of a set of decisions recently issued by the High Court: estimates of the nullity of the floor clause due to lack of transparency; and others that declare their validity because they understand that they exceed the transparency control.Los litigios en materia de cláusula suelo parecen trasnochados. Sin embargo, todavía existen sentencias recientes del TS que se pronuncian sobre la cuestión, y no siempre, como pudiéramos pensar, son favorables a los consumidores. El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar algunas de las últimas decisiones jurisprudenciales, a modo de sondeo, para determinar el estado actual de la cuestión. Es un estudio no experimental, descriptivo y exploratorio de corte cuantitativo. La muestra está formada por Guías Docentes pertenecientes a las asignaturas de Educación Musical del Grado de Educación Infantil (N=96). Como resultados principales, destacamos un alto porcentaje de titularidad de universidades públicas respecto a las privadas. También cabe destacar que la mayoría de las asignaturas de Educación musical se imparten en los cursos más avanzados de la titulación. Concluimos que a la hora de elaborar las Guías Docentes no existe un criterio común para ello ya que, aunque la mayoría contienen los mismos apartados, son muy dispares en su contenido.Resumen:

Abstract:
The main objective of this study is to analyze the Teaching Guides of the subjects of the Musical Education area in the Degrees of Early Childhood Education that are taught in Spanish universities. A descriptive and exploratory research design was used. The sample is made up of Teaching Guides belonging to the Music Education subjects of the Infant Education Degree (N = 96). As main results, it is necessary to highlight the high percentage of ownership of public universities compared to private ones. It should also be noted that most of the Music Education subjects are taught in the most advanced courses of the degree. It is concluded that when preparing the Teaching Guides there is no common criterion for this since, although most contain the same sections, they are very different in their content.

El maestro de instrumento musical a nivel superior como consejero. Una aproximación a su estudio: Tertiary music instrument teachers as counselor. An approach to its study
Get PDFThis article describes the role instrument teachers play as counselors of their students when they share their personal problems. The technique for data gathering was the in-depth interview. Twelve teachers from six universities in Mexico participated in the research. Results indicate students usually take their teacher as the first instance to share their problems, while teachers assume that responsibility and are willing to address family, economic, health, vocational, academic and delicate problems. The competences teachers have to play their role as counselors depend on their academic background. Resources used to advise students include listening and dialogue. Informants reflected clarity concerning the limits this function entails, acknowledged having important weaknesses and showed great receptivity to receiving formal training.Resumen:
En este artículo se describe el rol de los docentes de instrumento musical como consejeros de sus estudiantes cuando estos les comparten sus problemáticas. La investigación fue de tipo cualitativo. La técnica para la obtención de datos fue la entrevista a profundidad en la que participaron 12 profesores de seis universidades mexicanas. Los resultados indican que el estudiante suele tomar a su maestro como la primera instancia para compartir sus problemas personales, mientras que los profesores asumen esa responsabilidad. Las problemáticas pueden ser de tipo familiar, económico, de salud, vocacional, académico, y problemas sumamente delicados. Las competencias que los docentes poseen para desempeñar ese rol dependen de sus antecedentes académicos y de su trayectoria. Las estrategias utilizadas son la escucha y el diálogo. Los informantes reflejaron claridad en cuanto a los límites de esa función, reconocieron tener debilidades importantes y mostraron receptividad para recibir capacitación formal.

Evolución de las concepciones del alumnado de Educación Primaria sobre la Historia como disciplina: Evolution of primary school students`\u27 conceptions of History as a discipline
No full textThe aim of this quasi-experimental research was to analyze the evolution of the conceptions of history as a discipline of 4th grade Primary School students, comparing an experimental group that followed an active methodology based on historical thinking with a control group which followed a traditional methodology. Before and after the classroom intervention, the students answered four items that were part of a mixed performance test. The results showed statistically significant differences in the intergroup comparison in the posttest and intragroup comparison, especially in the experimental group. Therefore, we suggest the implementation in the classroom of active methodologies based on historical thinking in order to improve the teaching-learning process of history and the students\u27 conceptions of it.Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación cuasiexperimental fue analizar la evolución de las concepciones sobre la historia como disciplina del alumnado de 4.º de Educación Primaria, comparando un grupo experimental que siguió una metodología activa basada en el pensamiento histórico con un grupo control que trabajó con una metodología tradicional. Antes y después de la intervención en el aula, el alumnado respondió a cuatro ítems de una prueba de rendimiento mixta. Los resultados mostraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en la comparación intergrupal en el postest e intragrupal, especialmente en el grupo experimental. Por ello, se sugiere la implementación de metodologías activas basadas en el pensamiento histórico para mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la historia y las concepciones del alumnado sobre la misma.

El Archivo General de la UNED: Cómo hemos adaptado nuestros servicios durante la pandemia: Proyecto préstamos digitales en nuestros depósitos
Get PDFLos archivos juegan un papel fundamental en cualquier organización. El archivo general de la Universidad es el servicio encargado de custodiar y mantener todos los documentos de cualquier naturaleza, época y soporte material del patrimonio de la UNED, para facilitar a la comunidad universitaria el acceso a la información contenida en ellos. La pandemia del COVID-19 nos ha obligado a variar la metodología de trabajo con respecto al préstamo de expedientes de las unidades productoras. La mayor parte de las actividades administrativa han tenido que adaptarse a la nueva situación para seguir prestando sus servicios a la Comunidad Universitaria. En el Archivo General hemos seguido prestando nuestros documentos a los negociados sin que en ningún momento se haya detenido la actividad universitaria. La metodología que hemos seguido ha sido la de la digitalización de los documentos junto con el almacenamiento en un entorno cloud. Hemos implementado un repositorio digital en línea para poder dar ese servicio a nuestros negociados.Archives play a fundamental role in any organization. The general archive of the University is the service in charge of guarding and maintaining all documents of any nature, period and material support of the UNED heritage, to facilitate the university community access to the information contained therein. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to vary the work methodology with respect to the loan of files from the producing units. Most of the administrative activities have had to adapt to the new situation in order to continue providing their services to the University Community. At the General Archive, we have continued to carry out the document loan activity without ever stopping it. The methodology that we have followed has been the digitization of documents together with storage in a cloud environment. We have implemented an online digital repository to be able to provide this service to our business units
