Estudio comparativo entre Cataluña y Asturias de representaciones lingüísticas en Educación Primaria: autorretratos y plurilingüismo: A comparative study of linguistic representations between Catalonia and Asturias in Primary Education: self-portraits and plurilingualism
Get PDFThis study responds to a joint research done by the Faculty of Education (University of xxxxxx) and the Faculty xxxxxx (University of xxxxxx). With a general purpose of contributing to new multilingual and intercultural approaches, the specific objectives are a) analyze the representations of primary school students -through their linguistic self-portraits- about the languages that make up their repertoires; b) to identify and classify the associations established with the languages in their self-portraits; c) to compare these associations in two bilingual communities. The results show the symbolic value participants give to the languages of their repertories in those communities. A crucial component in the construction of linguistic identity and in learning. This study is of great importance not only because of the results, given the characteristics of the territories with their contexts, models and policies, but also for the transferability of the methodological design used, applicable to the study of other international bilingual -and multilingual- contexts of interest.Este estudio responde a una investigación conjunta de la Facultad de Educación (Universidad de Barcelona) y la Facultad Padre Ossó (Universidad de Oviedo). Con un propósito general de contribuir a nuevos enfoques plurilingües e interculturales, los objetivos específicos han permitido a) analizar las representaciones de los estudiantes sobre sus repertorios lingüísticos; b) identificar y clasificar las asociaciones establecidas con las lenguas en sus autorretratos; c) comparar estas asociaciones en dos comunidades bilingües. Los resultados muestran el valor simbólico que los participantes otorgan a las lenguas de sus repertorios en estas comunidades, un componente crucial este en la construcción de la identidad lingüística y en el aprendizaje. El estudio es relevante no solo por los resultados, dadas las características de los territorios con contextos, modelos y políticas lingüísticas diferenciados, sino, además, por la transferibilidad del diseño metodológico empleado, aplicable al estudio de otros contextos bilingües –y multilingües– internacionales de interés.

Abstract:

On the one hand, by reviewing the criteria for the selection, classification and ordering of the book collection. On the other hand, by adopting a new library management programme (Sophia) and an OPAC accessible from the archive\u27s website, which provides the researcher-user with the available description tools. With this, the Metropolitan Cathedral of Valencia aims to offer Valencian society a renewed specialised library, a reference for the study of the History of the Church.El Archivo-Biblioteca de la Catedral de Valencia ha implementado una serie de iniciativas que permiten redefinir, y poner en valor, su Biblioteca auxiliar, pasando a considerarla una biblioteca viva y no un mero almacén de libros. Por una parte, revisando los criterios de selección, clasificación y ordenación del fondo librario. Por otra, con la adopción de un nuevo programa de gestión bibliotecaria (Sophia) y de un OPAC accesible desde la web del archivo, poniendo a disposición del investigador-usuario las herramientas de descripción necesarias para un mejor conocimiento de la colección bibliográfica. When they ask consumers to return these products, consumers can exercise rights, such as the repair of the good, its replacement or the reimbursement of certain amounts, under the terms provided in article 37 of the Regulation. This article examines this precept, and analyzes each of these measures, its legal regime, the subjects with active and passive legitimacy, and the relationship they have with the remedies for non-conformity regulated in articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU.
El Reglamento 2023/988, de 10 de mayo, de seguridad general de los productos, permite a los operadores económicos solicitar la devolución de los productos no seguros que estén en el marcado. Cuando pidan a los consumidores la devolución de estos productos, los consumidores pueden ejercitar unos derechos, como la reparación del bien, su sustitución o el reembolso de ciertas cantidades, en los términos previstos en el artículo 37 del Reglamento. En este trabajo se examina este precepto, y se analizan cada una de esas medidas, su régimen jurídico, los sujetos legitimados activa y pasivamente, y la relación que tienen con los remedios por falta de conformidad regulados en los artículos 114 y ss. del TRLGDCU.

Get PDFThis paper describes the results obtained in the teaching innovation project developed in the Faculty of Education of Ciudad Real using the Service-Learning (SL) methodology. It had the dual objective of finding out the impact on the learning of the service providers when designing and implementing activities related to body awareness and gender stereotypes, as well as assessing the perception of the teachers-tutors of the service recipients, infant school pupils. The study involved 28 female students with a Bachelor\u27s Degree in Early Childhood Education and 158 students in Early Childhood Education. A descriptive study was designed with a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, and a focus group discussion, reflective questionnaires, and a questionnaire assessing the ApS were carried out. The results highlighted the educational potential of the PES methodology, its contribution to the learning of the service providers, and the response to the needs of the students in the participating schools.El presente trabajo describe los resultados obtenidos en el proyecto de innovación docente desarrollado en la Facultad de Educación de Ciudad Real mediante la metodología Aprendizaje-Servicio (ApS). Tuvo el doble objetivo de conocer el impacto en el aprendizaje de las prestadoras del servicio al diseñar e implementar actividades relacionadas con la conciencia corporal y los estereotipos de género, además de evaluar la percepción de las maestras-tutoras de los receptores del servicio, alumnado de infantil. En el estudio participaron 28 alumnas del Grado de Maestro en Educación Infantil y 158 estudiantes de Educación Infantil. Se diseñó un estudio descriptivo con un enfoque mixto cualitativo-cuantitativo, y se realizó un grupo de discusión, cuestionarios reflexivos y un cuestionario de valoración del ApS. Los resultados destacaron el potencial educativo de la metodología ApS, su contribución al aprendizaje de las prestadoras del servicio y la respuesta a la necesidad del alumnado de los centros participantes.

El Archivo de MediaLab Madrid: Una nueva experiencia para el Archivo de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid
Get PDFThis article tries to clarify some questions in order to understand the process that has led to the incorporation of the MediaLab Madrid Archive as a documentary collection in the Archive of the Complutense University of Madrid, from its donation to its availability to the public, recounted by the two authors of this text, one as manager and the other as archivist, with the aim of preserving the documentation for the scientific community and users in general.Trata este artículo de esclarecer algunas cuestiones para entender el proceso que ha llevado a que el Archivo de MediaLab Madrid se haya incorporado como fondo documental en el Archivo de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, desde su donación hasta su puesta a disposición del público, relatado por las dos autoras del presente texto, una como gestora y otra como archivera, con el objetivo conservar la documentación para la comunidad científica y los usuarios en general.

Get PDFMANES is an interuniversity research center dedicated to the historical study of textbooks in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, especially during the 19th and 20th centuries. In addition to the collection of textbooks, MANES had a documentary archive with a large number of illustrations, notebooks, school primers, report cards, student records, handicrafts, essays, letters, and more. On April 28, 2022, coinciding with the celebration of the Patron Saint of the Faculty of Education, the Manes Research Center donated its documentary archive to the General Archive of UNED (National Distance Education University). From that moment on, UNED took charge of its custody, preservation, cataloging, and dissemination. This unique and singular archive is of great assistance for historical-educational research, allowing us to understand the didactic resources tion of teachers\u27 lives and the recovery of educational memory.MANES es un Centro de Investigación interuniversitario dedicado al estudio histórico de los manuales escolares de España, Portugal y América Latina, especialmente en los siglos XIX y XX. Además de la colección de manuales, cuenta con un fondo documental con una gran cantidad de láminas, cuadernos, cartillas, boletines de calificaciones, manualidades, cartas, etc. El 28 de abril de 2022, coincidiendo con la celebración del Patrón de la Facultad de Educación, el Centro de Investigación MANES donó al Archivo General de la UNED su Fondo Histórico Documental para que a partir de ese momento se hiciese cargo de su custodia, conservación, catalogación y difusión. Este fondo tan único y singular es de gran ayuda para la investigación histórico- educativa, conocer los recursos didácticos de otras épocas, los hábitos y tradiciones que se han ido sedimentando a lo largo del tiempo en las escuelas, reconstruir la vida de los maestros y la recuperación de la memoria escolar
