Hitos relevantes en la jurisprudencia y la doctrina registral sobre viviendas de uso turístico y alquileres vacacionales
Get PDFThis article reviews the most important landmarks of jurisprudence and property registry doctrine relating to the neighbourhood implications of holiday rentals, taking as a starting point the exclusion of this type of rental from the Urban Leasing Act and the subsequent introduction into the Horizontal Property Act of the possibility of limiting it by virtue of a community agreement, and as a finishing point, the latest rulings issued by the First Chamber of the Supreme Court in 2024. The joint interpretation of the analysed rulings leads to eight rules that can serve to strengthen the legal security of property owners and the communities where this activity takes place.El presente artículo realiza un recorrido por los hitos más importantes de la jurisprudencia y la doctrina registral relativas a las implicaciones vecinales del alquiler vacacional, tomando como punto de partida la exclusión de esta modalidad arrendaticia del régimen de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos y la posterior introducción en la Ley de propiedad Horizontal de la posibilidad de limitarlo en virtud de un acuerdo comunitario, y como punto de llegada, las últimas sentencias dictadas por la Sala Primera del Tribunal Supremo en el año 2024. La interpretación conjunta de las resoluciones analizadas conduce a ocho reglas que pueden servir para fortalecer la seguridad jurídica de los propietarios de inmuebles y de las comunidades donde se desarrolla esta actividad.

No full textIn the present work, a systematic review of the literature has been developed with the objective of analyzing the use of Virtual Reality for the development of STEAM Competences in Primary Education. For this, 26 articles of the 256 found (between 2013 and 2023) have been selected, using the Scopus and Web of Science databases and using the PRISMA methodology. Studies show that Virtual Reality increases motivation and academic performance, favors interest in the subject or content covered, encourages interaction among students and enhances creativity.En el presente trabajo se ha desarrollado una revisión sistemática de la literatura con el objetivo de analizar el uso de la Realidad Virtual para el desarrollo de las Competencias STEAM en Educación Primaria. Para ello, se han seleccionado 25 artículos de los 256 encontrados (entre 2012 y 2023), recurriendo para ello a las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science y empleando la metodología PRISMA. Los estudios muestran que la implementación de la RV en Educación Primaria se centra en las áreas curriculares de Matemáticas y Ciencias, para el desarrollo, fundamentalmente, de competencias actitudinales. Asimismo, se observa que la principal tecnología de RV empleada en el aula es la inmersiva.

Abstract:
In the present work, a systematic review of the literature has been developed with the objective of analyzing the use of Virtual Reality for the development of STEAM Competences in Primary Education. For this, 25 articles of the 256 found (between 2012 and 2023) have been selected, using the Scopus and Web of Science databases and using the PRISMA methodology. Studies show that the implementation of VR in Primary Education focuses on the curricular areas of Mathematics and Science, for the development, fundamentally, of attitudinal competencies. Likewise, it is observed that the main VR technology used in the classroom is immersive.

La enseñanza-aprendizaje de las ciencias experimentales como medio para el desarrollo del pensamiento visible: The teaching-learning experience of the experimental sciences as a means for the development of visible thinking
No full textSociety is characterized by scientific-technological development and access to information. This makes the development of skills such as critical thinking and scientific literacy necessary to be an active person in society. Consequently, this study presents a proposal with the objective of developing thinking from an early age through the teaching-learning of sciences. Specifically, a didactic proposal is proposed with students in the 6th year of Primary Education that addresses visible thinking and surface tension as content.
The results show us that this approach encourages student participation in the teaching-learning process and that the study objectives (visible thinking and surface tension) are developed positively, although the eight key thinking movements are not developed in the same way. Therefore, it is concluded that the intervention helps to meet the proposed objectives.La sociedad actual está caracterizada por el desarrollo científico-tecnológico y el acceso a la información. Esto hace que el desarrollo de competencias, como el pensamiento crítico y la alfabetización científica, sea algo necesario para ser personas activas en la sociedad. Este estudio presenta una propuesta educativa con el objetivo de desarrollar el pensamiento desde edades tempranas mediante la enseñanza-aprendizaje de las ciencias. En concreto, la propuesta se implementa con 34 estudiantes de 6º curso de Educación Primaria que aborda como contenido la tensión superficial con el fin de desarrollar el pensamiento visible. Los resultados nos muestran que este enfoque fomenta la participación del alumnado en su proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje y que los objetivos de estudio se desarrollan de forma positiva, aunque no todos los movimientos del pensamiento clave se ven desarrollados de la misma manera. Por consiguiente, se concluye que la intervención ayuda al desarrollo de los movimientos de pensamiento.

Abstract:
Today\u27s society is characterized by scientific and technological development and access to information. This makes the development of competences, such as critical thinking and scientific literacy, necessary to be active people in society. This study presents an educational proposal with the aim of developing thinking from an early age through the teaching-learning of science. Specifically, the proposal is implemented with 34 students in the 6th grade of Primary Education, which addresses surface tension as a content in order to develop visible thinking. The results show us that this approach encourages student participation in their teaching-learning process and that the study objectives are developed in a positive way, although not all key thinking movements are developed in the same way. Therefore, it is concluded that the intervention helps the development of the thinking movements.

Get PDFThe miscellaneous codex E-E T.I.12, preserved in the Real Biblioteca del Monasterio de El Escorial, contains a variety of patristic works and dates back approximately to the early 14th century. Although the current binding does not correspond to the original, it was crafted in the monastery during the 17th century. On folio 309v, the two-voice sequence Benedicta es celorum regina is copied, which until now had only been mentioned in catalogues. This article proposes a comprehensive study of the sequence, addressing both its musical and textual content, as well as its integration into the bibliographic collection of the Monastery of El Escorial.El códice misceláneo E-E T.I.12, custodiado en la Real Biblioteca del Monasterio de El Escorial, contiene una variedad de obras patrísticas y data aproximadamente de principios del siglo XIV. Aunque la encuadernación actual no corresponde a la original, fue confeccionada en el monasterio de El Escorial a lo largo del siglo XVII. En el folio 309v se encuentra copiada la secuencia a dos voces Benedicta es celorum regina, que hasta ahora solo había sido mencionada en los catálogos. Este artículo propone un estudio completo de la secuencia, abordando tanto su contenido musical y textual, como su integración en la colección bibliográfica del monasterio de El Escorial

First, it works on competencies that improve the interdisciplinary work of the students. Second, it deals with contents and activities that are not always present in Early Childhood Education classrooms without leaving aside the curricular content. It includes transfer from the university to the school and proposals taken to the classroom in a real way. The contents worked on are of a scientific-social nature, designed for scientific literacy in early childhood education. At this stage, science has been postponed compared to other content areas. In the new Early Childhood Education curriculum, and from a specific competence in science (mathematical competence and competence in science, technology and engineering), specific basic knowledge related to climate change, natural resources, clean energy, natural phenomena or respect for heritage, among others, is included.Este trabajo parte de las áreas de Didáctica de las Ciencias Experimentales y Sociales con dos niveles de innovación. Primero, se trabajan competencias que mejoran el trabajo de las estudiantes interdisciplinariamente. Segundo, se tratan contenidos y actividades que no siempre están presentes en las aulas de Educación Infantil sin dejar de lado el contenido curricular. Incluye transferencia desde la universidad a la escuela y propuestas llevadas al aula de manera real. Los contenidos trabajados son de carácter científico-social pensados para la alfabetización científica en la Educación Infantil. En esta etapa, la ciencia ha estado postergada frente a otras áreas como la lectoescritura o las matemáticas. En el nuevo currículo de Educación Infantil, y desde una competencia especifica en ciencia (competencia matemática y competencia en ciencia, tecnología e ingeniería), se incluyen saberes básicos específicos relacionados con cambio climático, recursos naturales, energías limpias, fenómenos naturales o respeto por el patrimonio, entre otros.

Colecciones bibliográficas del Archivo General de Andalucía: Un tesoro por descubrir
Get PDFThe Library of the General Archive of Andalusia is organized around three different sections: a library specialized in archival topics and related to documentary heritage; the loose publications that are part of the Archive\u27s documentation; and a third section that houses those bibliographic and periodical collections that have been accompanying the archival collections. This communication addresses the study of the latter. Firstly, the Library of the Royal Artillery Factory of Seville and two personal libraries are analyzed, that of Jorge Bonsor and that of José Sánchez de Ibargüen. Below, two periodicals’ collections are described: the Club Gorca Collection (Cultural and Artistic Meetings Group) and the Jerónimo Garrudo Collection.La Biblioteca del Archivo General de Andalucía se articula en torno a tres secciones diferentes: una biblioteca especializada en temas archivísticos y relacionados con el patrimonio documental; las publicaciones sueltas que forman parte de la documentación del Archivo; y una tercera sección que alberga aquellas colecciones bibliográficas y hemerográficas que han venido acompañando a los fondos archivísticos. En esta comunicación se aborda el estudio de estas últimas. En primer lugar, se analizan la Biblioteca de la Real Fábrica de Artillería de Sevilla y dos bibliotecas personales, la de Jorge Bonsor y la de José Sánchez de Ibargüen. La biblioteca infinita: Nuevos impresos antiguos en la biblioteca Tomás Navarro Tomás del CSIC
Get PDFThe projects to improve the collection and inventory of funds undertaken by the CSIC Tomás Navarro Tomás Library during 2023 have made it possible to identify more than two hundred new prints prior to 1900. They are works from the 17th, 18th and
19th centuries that were interspersed in boxes of brochures without description or with imprecise descriptions, and therefore have gone unnoticed in the collections and in the catalogue. The technical processes carried out in 2023 have made possible to describe these items accurately, identify their editions and incorporate the data into CSIC Collective Catalogue and into CCPB, where many of these items have been examples of an edition not described so far in the Catalogue. This communication describes the technical process followed to identify the copies and offers access to the digitized version through the SIMURG portal.
It also invites other libraries to undertake similar projects to identify, possibly, new heritage items kept in Spanish libraries.Los proyectos de mejora de la colección e inventario de fondos emprendidos por la Biblioteca Tomás Navarro Tomás del CSIC durante 2023 han permitido identificar más de dos centenares de nuevos impresos anteriores a 1900. Son obras de los siglos XVII, XVIII y XIX que estaban intercaladas en cajas de folletos sin describir o con descripciones poco precisas y por ello han pasado desapercibidas en los fondos y en el catálogo. Los procesos técnicos llevados a cabo en 2023 han permitido describir estos ejemplares con precisión, identificar sus ediciones e incorporar los datos tanto al Catálogo Colectivo del CSIC como al CCPB, donde muchos de ellos han sido los primeros de una edición no descrita hasta el momento en el Catálogo Colectivo de Patrimonio Bibliográfico Español.
Esta comunicación describe el proceso técnico que se ha seguido para identificar los ejemplares, presenta las obras, expone las razones que impedían su correcta identificación y ofrece el acceso a la versión digitalizada a través del portal SIMURG. Con ella se pretende también presentar el procedimiento ya que sus resultados pueden invitar a que otras bibliotecas aborden proyectos semejantes que favorezcan la identificación de nuevos ejemplares patrimoniales custodiados en bibliotecas españolas

Get PDFThe digitization of heritage collections significantly facilitates research work, on the one hand, it allows overcoming the barrier of geographical distance and, on the other, it makes it easier to quickly compare rare books from different sources. We present a real case, the process of identifying copies from the bookstore of Guillermo Reymon printer and bookseller, of the 16th century, thanks to the appraised inventory that we know through the dowry letter of his widow, Juana de Mata, using different bibliographic tools we have roughly reconstructed what must have been the only bookstore existing at that time in the city of Cuenca.La digitalización de las colecciones patrimoniales facilita notablemente el trabajo investigador, por un lado, permite superar la barrera de la distancia geográfica y, por otro, nos ayuda a cotejar con rapidez ejemplares procedentes de diferentes fuentes. Presentamos un caso real, el proceso de identificación de ejemplares de la librería de Guillermo Reymon, impresor y librero del siglo XVI, gracias al inventario tasado que conocemos a través de la carta de dote de su viuda, Juana de Mata, ya que con ayuda de diferentes herramientas bibliográficas hemos reconstruido de manera aproximada la que debía ser la única librería existente por esa época en la ciudad de Cuenca
