The Model of Competitive Advantage for Increasing Business Performance in Small and Medium Industries of Woven Fabric (Endek) in Bali Province
One of the Province of Bali's key creative economy sectors that places an emphasis on particular artistic and cultural inventiveness is the woven fabric (endek) sector. The business must make strategic attempts to survive, nonetheless, given the increasingly tough commercial competition and the limited resources available. With the mediating role of competitive advantage, this work intends to further research on the indirect effects of product innovation and market orientation on business performance. In 9 districts and cities throughout Bali Province, this study used a proportional sample technique. Partial Least Square analysis was used to process 78 questionnaires from SME owners of woven fabric (endek). Market orientation can be applied to achieve a competitive advantage, according to the analysis's findings, which can have a stronger impact on business success. The performance of businesses is also directly impacted by market orientation. According to other findings, product innovation has no real impact on how well a company performs. The improvement of business performance in SME woven fabric (endek) in Bali Province, however, can be determined by a product innovation that can produce a competitive advantage. Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage, Business Performance
The Influence Of Demographic Factors And Financial Literature On Students' Investment Perceptions
Several factors influence how these decisions are made in making investment decisions, such as demographic and financial literacy. Financial literacy can provide insight into managing personal finances and give the public about formal financial institutions and financial services. Demographic factors such as age, gender, and education can also influence investment decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of demographic characteristics, namely gender, faculty and cumulative achievement index (GPA), and financial literacy, on student investment decisions in the city of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang, and Bekasi. We conducted this research by distributing questionnaires through Google forms and social media to active students from all universities in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The number of samples in this study amounted to 130 respondents. The research method uses descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability tests. Then proceed with the classical assumption, normality, heteroscedasticity, and multiple regression analysis tests, namely T-test and F test. The data processing results indicate that gender does not affect student investment decisions while faculty, cumulative achievement index (GPA), and financial literacy significantly influence student investment decisions.  .Â
Strategies to Encourage the Acceleration of Circular Economic Practices Among Youth Play as Agent of Change
The implementation of the Circular Economy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recovery, and Repair) in Indonesia is having difficulties, various problems still arise, especially related to readiness to change behavior patterns. Gap research from various sources indicates that building awareness from the end user aspect is important for more in-depth investigation, especially related to the motivators and obstacles to implementing a circular economy. As agents of change, the younger generation is one group concerned about implementing circular economy practices. The younger generation is the ideal basis for becoming agents of change who play the role of players as well as consumers of the future. This research is intended to investigate to what extent the role of the younger generation (attitudes, norms, intentions, behavior) can be a trigger factor for strengthening the role as agents of change (willingness to participate). This research involved 253 young people from various regions in Indonesia. Through SEM-LISREL analysis to test the modeling, several interesting things were found, namely: 1) intention and behavior are strong determinants of forming awareness to participate in becoming agents of change that support positive attitudes to implement circular economy practices, 2) there are indications the poor aspect of the norm to encourage agents of change. The findings can complete the research gap that changes the role of the younger generation to be accelerators of Circular Economy practices in the future
The Existence of the Rights of Indigenous People in the Implementation of Regional Autonomy
In essence, regional autonomy is given to the people as a legal community unit that is given the authority to regulate and manage its own government affairs given by the central government to the regions and in its implementation is carried out by the regional head and DPRD with the assistance of regional apparatus.The goal of this research is to examine and analyze how indigenous peoples' rights are construed legally on a national and international level, as well as how their protection can be used as a tool for participation in the implementation of regional autonomy. It also aims to produce conclusions about the existence of indigenous peoples' rights in the implementation of regional autonomy.A statutory approach, conceptual approach, historical approach, case approach, and comparative approach are some of the study methods utilized in normative legal research. 25  2The results showed (1) The concept of indigenous peoples in international law and international indigenous law is the main subject of international law, (2) Strictly speaking, there is no recognition and regulation of the rights of indigenous peoples in national legal instruments to develop their existence and culture and involve indigenous peoples in aspects of development programs and projects, (3) The involvement of indigenous peoples in the administration of local government is not yet optimal, including the recognition of customary government organisational structures.  Â
A Study of Consumer Behaviour on Purchase Intention towards McDonald’s in Malaysia
McDonald's has more than 36,000 restaurants worldwide and also is the world's leading quick service restaurant chain. In the international fast-food business, McDonald's has a strong vision of providing the finest fast-service eating experience. The objective of this research is to survey determinants which affect consumer behaviour on purchase intention towards McDonald’s in Malaysia. We would like to do a survey whether service quality, pricing, product quality and location preference are determinants of affecting consumer behaviour on purchase intention toward McDonald’s. Various sources including an online survey were used to obtain the primary and secondary data for this investigation. A total of 150 loyal customers of McDonald's will participate in the online survey via Google Forms. We tested the hypothesis using SPSS software. This study indicated that service quality, pricing, product quality and location preferences are significant determinants of affecting purchase intention towards McDonald’s. Investigation of educational psychology systems, self-efficacy, and student performance : Thematic Content Analysis
Teachers' education has been examined in the literature on educational psychology. Educational psychology is component of the theory, research, and application of pieces of knowledge. We investigated whether the predictions of previous studies regarding the relationship between educational psychology and student performance, particularly performance and working memory, could be confirmed. Through a thorough literature review, we compile scientific publications from Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Emerald, as well as books written by education and psychology experts. Using a systematic literature research strategy, we collect scientific papers in order, from selection to analysis. Our research articles were analyzed using content analysis. Because our research is qualitative, the final result is a hypothesis based on the results of previous studies. The Role of English and Technology on Human Performance in International Business
Our aim is to investigate concepts in previous research regarding English Language Education through Human Performance and International Business. We used Content Analysis to compile scientific articles from Emerald, Science Direct and Korea Science as well as books written by experts in the field of English Education. We find that teachers and students alike must acquire sensitivity, emotional awareness, understanding of the teaching and learning process, and understanding of practical learning experiences. English can improve students' academic achievement and can improve their job prospects after graduation. English can also have a social and cultural impact. Culture can play an important role in life in various disciplines, not only in education but also in the world of work; culture has a significant direct impact on work motivation and performance of human resources. English also plays an important role in international business relations because English is an international language. Improving the quality of education, international business and human performance can also be affected by technology. Collective Marketing Performance of Coffee Beans in Lampung Province
This study aims to identify actors in collective marketing channels and analyze the collective marketing performance of coffee beans in Lampung Province, Indonesia. Research samples are 50 coffee farmers in West Lampung Regency, randomly selected from farmer groups. The analytical method used to assess the collective marketing performance was marketing margin analysis.â€The results showed that many actors were involved in the marketing channel, including collectors, wholesalers, farmer groups, Federate Farmers Groups, Joint Business Groups, and exporters.â€Their involvement increased the handling costs during the marketing process. There are four collective marketing channels of coffee beans identified in this research.â€Based on the results of marketing margin analysis, it is known that the most efficient collective marketing channel is direct selling to Joint Business Group.â
Analysis of Strategic Management for Local Layer Agribusiness Development in North Sulawesi
The strategy for developing local layer agribusiness in North Sulawesi addresses the gap between growing consumption needs and limited product availability. The purpose of this research is to conduct a business feasibility study and formulate a strategy for local layer business development in North Sulawesi. The result of the research states that the development strategy priorities include partnership patterns, fostering human resources (HR) breeders in an integrated manner, encouraging investment growth, increasing the productivity of local layer businesses in rural areas, improving genetic quality, developing culinary businesses, creating production facilities, encouraging the rise of local layer SMEs in the countryside, encouraging the development of science technology and digitization of local layer cultivation in rural areas, vaccination programs, and utilizing unused land for the development of intensification of chicken farming in rural areas.Â
The Effective of Policy in Karawang Regency Towards Change Profession in Sirnabaya Village, East of Telukjambe District
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Karawang Regency Government Policy in transferring livelihoods in Sirnabaya Village, Telukjambe Timur District. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques through observation, structured interviews and documentation. The results showed that the local government's policy towards less productive land, allocated into industrial estates, was very effective. The local government through the Job Training Center at the Manpower and Transmigration Office in collaboration with companies, and private educational and training institutions in order to provide solutions through improving the skills of the workforce that transfers livelihoods aims to accommodate 60% of the local workforce in the company. The policy is very effective in reducing the number of unemployed. However, the company's restrictions on workers aged 18-20 are contrary to the law that says that age is the productive age, therefore it needs to be reviewed. The findings of this study the authors suggest that the age of 20-year-old employees is the productive age, companies should not make dismissals at that age. The determination of the productive age should refer to the provisions carried out by the Manpower and Transmigration Service. Keywords: effectiveness, proportion of labor, wage
