    The Potential Development of Karang Tawulan Beach as a Tourism Destination in Tasikmalaya Regency

    ABSTRACT As a maritime country, Indonesia has great potential to develop marine tourism. Biodiversity and socio-cultural diversity are unique and attractive to domestic and foreign tourists. Tasikmalaya is one of the regencies in West Java Province, which has several tourist attractions on the south coast, which are very beautiful and unspoiled. Known as one of the marine tourism in Tasikmalaya, Karang Tawulan Beach is one of the tourist destinations that has the potential to develop. However, the potential that exists has not been explored yet by the local government. Based on the condition of Karang Tawulan beach, the attractions, supporting facilities, and infrastructures require innovation by settled development planning, consistent implementation, and measurable and constructive evaluation. Therefore, this research aims to determine the potential that can be developed in Karang Tawulan Beach as a tourist destination in Tasikmalaya. This potential is categorized based on Cooper's theory (2000) including aspects of 4A, namely attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary that are benchmarks for the development of a tourism destination. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used were interviews (in-depth interviews), observation, and triangulation. The data analysis method used is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Thread) and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Keywords: SWOT, Sustainable TourismAnalytical Hierarchy Process

    The development of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (BTSNP) can be done by looking at the tourism experience of Generation Z. The subject of this research is Generation Z (Gen Z). The main problem in this investigate is how the involvement of Gen Z traveling in BTSNP. This study points to describe the experience of Gen Z tourists in BTSNP. This investigate was conducted employing a subjective approach with information collection strategies, specifically interviews and writing. The conclusion of this study is BTSNP has succeeded in fulfilling tourist experience and tourist satisfaction for Gen Z tourists.     How Does Governance, Individual Internal Factors and Supervisory Functions Affect the Quality of Savings and Loans Cooperative Financial Reports?

    Cooperatives are essentially a financial institution that functionally plays a major role in the running of the economy in micro-regions that cannot be reached by banks. In 2022 hundreds of cooperatives in Karangasem district will not carry out financial reporting which will have an impact on public confidence in the sustainability and security of cooperative financial conditions. The author aims to analyze empirically whether management, individual factors from the cooperative and the existence of supervisors can affect the quality of a financial report which will be an indicator of performance evaluation at the annual member meeting. Cooperatives in the sidemen sub-district of Bali province are used as research areas. The data was obtained directly from 30 respondents who are cooperative staff and come from ten active cooperatives in the sidemen area. Data collection was supported by a paper questionnaire and analyzed using the regression method. The results of the tests conducted found that corporate governance as measured by good corporate governance and individual factors as measured using education and level of understanding of accounting had a positive impact on the quality of financial reports in contrast to the function of the oversight body and individual factors as measured using work experience did not show any impact significant

    Analysis of Factors Affecting Foreign Exchange Reserves in Indonesia (2017-2021)

    Foreign exchange reserves to maintain currency stability, finance international transactions, provide guarantees against global financial crises, strengthen national credibility, and provide financial flexibility. High foreign exchange reserves will have an impact on the implementation of economic policies to stabilize the domestic currency, diversify the economy, increase competitiveness, and good management of the balance of payments; the state can reduce the risk of a shortage of foreign exchange reserves and the negative impacts that may occur. This study aims to analyze the model of foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Variables that affect foreign exchange reserves are the exchange rate, exports, the BI rate, and the consumer price index. The VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) approach estimates the model. This study uses secondary time series data in the form of months from January 2017 to December 2021. The research findings are that the consumer price index has a significant positive effect in the short term, while the consumer price index at lag 3 has a significant negative impact. The exchange rate on lag one and lag 3 has no significant adverse effect, but on lag 2, it has a negative and significant impact. The export variable has a negative and significant effect on the three lags. Variable bit rate on lag one and lag 2 has no significant adverse effect, while lag 3 has a negative and significant impact. In the long term, the exchange rate and consumer price index variables substantially affect foreign exchange reserves. The BI rate variable has no significant effect on foreign exchange reserves, while exports significantly adversely impact foreign exchange reserves

    The Effect of Financial Performance and Environmental Sensitivity on ESG Disclosure: Empirical Study in Agroindustrial Sector

    Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) has become an essential issue in business operation as a result from pressures from stakeholder such as government, society, creditors, and investors not to only seeking profit, but also preserving the environment, caring the society, and having good governance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance and environmental sensitivity on ESG implementation by using regression model. The financial performance measured by Return on Asset (ROA), environmental sensitivity measured by dummy variable which divided companies into two groups with high and low Green House Gas (GHG), and ESG disclosure measured by ESG indicators. There were 18 agroindustrial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2021 observed. The result of this study showed that there was no significant effect of financial performance measured by Return on Asset (ROA) on ESG, otherwise there was positive significant influence of environmental sensitivity on ESG

    The Servant Leadership Analysis and Work Motivation in Determining Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

    Human resources (HR) play an important role and an asset that must be owned by the organization. This is because HR plays an active role in the process of running an organization to achieve goals. Therefore, optimizing the contribution of employees to the company's mission is very important to maintain effective performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the relationship between servant leadership and work motivation variables with organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Denpasar. The sample in this study were all permanent employees who worked at several 45 respondents. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of the Smart-PLS v.3 programs, the results show that the better the implementation of servant leadership can increase employee commitment to the organization. In addition, it was found that employees who are motivated at work will increase their commitment to the organization. The application of servant leadership is not able to, directly and indirectly, determine employee performance. Other results, increasing employee motivation will improve employee performance, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of organizational commitment. Meanwhile, employee commitment was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

    The Influence of Brand Satisfaction and Luxury Brand Attachment on Customer Advocacy Through Brand Loyalty on Zalora Marketplace

    This study is an exploratory study where researchers try to measure the influence of luxury brand fashion objects during the Covid-19 pandemic. The pursose of this research is to produce an overview of the marketing strategy for the online store Zalora Indonesia which sells luxury fashion brands, in an efffort to face very tight competition in the market in Indonesio and to recover after being affected by the Coved-19 pandemic by measuring the magnitude of the influence of brand satisfaction, luxury brand attachment, and brand loyalty on customer advocacy. The respondents in this study were 150 who were customers of luxury fashion brands in Zalora Indonesia who had made a purchase at least once. Non-probablity sampling is the sampling technique, and purposive sampling is the sampling method. The results show that luxury brand attachments have an influence on brand loyalty, and will increase customer advocacy. The practical implication of this research is that Zalora Indonesia, which sells luxury goods, can increase customer advocacy for online purchases through Zalora Indonesia

This study usels multivariatel elmployeld PLS-SElM as an analytical tool. Thel relsult found a significant elffelct beltweleln delbtor satisfaction and delbtor loyalty. Thel direlct rellationship analysis relsult shows that pricel and selrvicel quality of markelting staff havel a significant influelncel on delbtor satisfaction and thel indirelct rellationship shows that thel rellationship beltweleln pricel and selrvicel quality of markelting staff on delbtor loyalty is meldiateld by delbtor satisfaction. This study has implications for thel banking selctor, markelting, and relselarchelrs to bel ablel to add insight to thel important variablels which arel factors in increlasing delbtor loyalty. For furthelr relselarch, it is elxpelcteld that thelrel will bel delvellopmelnt of othelr important variablels.Â

    The Effect of Audit Findings, Local Government Losses, and Follow-up of Audit Recommendations on the Public Services Quality Through the Audit Opinion of Local Government Financial Statements in Sulawesi

    With the existence of local governments and regional autonomy, the provision of public services will be of higher quality because local governments are close to communities throughout Indonesia. Several factors can influence the quality of public services provided by local governments, such as audit findings, local government losses, follow-up on audit recommendations, and audit opinions on Local Government Financial Statements (LGFS). The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effects of audit findings, local government losses, and follow-up on audit recommendations on the quality of public services in Sulawesi in 2020-2021, with the audit opinion of LGFS as an intervening variable. The research analysis method used was SEM-PLS. The results found that audit findings have no significant effect directly on the audit opinion of LGFS and public service quality. Local government losses have a direct negative effect and are significant for the audit opinion of LGFS and the quality of public services. Follow-up on audit recommendations has a positive and significant effect on the audit opinion of LGFS and the quality of public services. The audit opinion of LGFS has no significant effect on the quality of public services. The audit opinion of LGFS is unable to mediate the indirect effect between audit findings, local government losses, and follow-up on audit recommendations on the quality of public services
