    The Effect of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Governance on The Performance of Village Credit Institutions

    The main purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital and corporate governance on the performance of village credit institutions in Tampaksiring District, Gianyar, Bali. The study population were 32 village credit institutions with 96 respondents. The findings show that there is a positive influence of intellectual capital and corporate governance on the performance of village credit institutions. This indicates that intellectual capital and good corporate governance of village credit institutions, such as human capital, capital structure and relational capital highly will improve the performance of village credit institutions

    Currently the Covid-19 has infected many countries. Indonesia became one of the many countries that suffered the negative effects of the pandemic. Like other countries, this global pandemic health problem brings huge impacts on the economy. Thus, a study is needed to measure the perception of the people of Tomohon City especially South Tomohon regarding panic buying due to covid-19. This research was limited to the use of panic buying variable and the place of research is South Tomohon District especially Walian Satu area. This study made use of descriptive quantitative research in its methodology combined with qualitative interviews. The number of respondents in one-month data collection was 150 respondents. The result of this study were 89 respondents were indicated to still normally and rationally purchase basic necessities. However, 61 respondents have ever made unusual excessive purchases to anticipate the covid-19 pandemic

    Causes and Strategies for Overcoming Work Stress (A Case Study on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Tondano Branch Office)

    This study aims to determine the factors that give rise to work stress on the employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tondano Branch Office, and propose effective strategies to overcome it. This research applied qualitative methodology by interview, observation, and documentation for data collection. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The study was conducted in Tondano. The study findings indicate that work stress is attributable to several factors such as (a) conflicts with coworkers due to argumentations, (b) targeted and heavy workload, and (c), ill-adjusted work times. Therefore, the management's strategies to overcome it necessary to unveil are: (1) creating a flexible work atmosphere, (2) paying attention to employee's complaints, (3) encouraging employees by giving rewards, (4) making recreational program, (5) performing regular work rotations. Furthermore, the employees need to: (1) have short in-room break, (2) take a part in outdoor activities or enjoy hobbies on vacation, (3) improve quality work, (3) find suitable working partners able to create a cheerful atmosphere, and (4) improve quality work. The conclusion ends with a final comment that: (1) work conflict occurs when heated arguments arise among employees affecting their mental condition in carrying out their jobs, (2) excessive targeted workload makes them fall into depression since they are working around the clock, and (3) irregular working hours saps their energy since overmuch office hours lessens their family time

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting the purchase decision of India’s and Malaysia’s consumers against the ready-to-eat (RTE) market. Online research and survey were done to collect the results. The factors influencing the consumer behavior includes price, convenience, taste, and nutrition. Most of the respondents are willing to make recommendation about MTR Foods. MTR Foods can improve its brand awareness by making more advertisement as there is around 27.9% of the respondents do not recognize the brand. Additionally, MTR Foods may conduct research in different states and countries for the company’s future planning

    This study aims at determining the influence of county cash management on household effects in Kenya. This is a qualitative research that has utilized both primary and secondary data from county governments and the National Treasury respectively. The sample has been developed from the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics list of households in Kenya. The result indicates that effective cash management would enhance household welfare, leakages and lack of prioritization among others notwithstanding. The study concludes that there is need to enhance oversight of the treasury management across governments. The capacity of treasury managers should also be improved to secure fiscal discipline

    This study aims to determine the effect of person-organization on fit on innovative work behavior mediated by knowledge sharing behavior. The population in this study were all employees of Ebiz Corporation. The sample size, determined through Slovin formula, and 74 samples were obtained. The sampling technique is convenience sampling. The data analysis method used in this study is path analysis using analytical tools from Preacher – Hayes, The Simple Mediator Model. From the research findings, the knowledge sharing behavior is proven to mediate the effect of person-organization fit on innovative work behavior

    Analysis of Village Fund Budget Management in Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency

    Village Fund Allocation is a form of fulfilling villages’ right to carry out its autonomy in such a way that they grow and develop based on diversity, participation, original autonomy, democratization, community empowerment, and increasing the role of the village governments in providing services, improving welfare of the community and spurring development acceleration and growth of strategic areas. This study aims to analyze the management of the Village Fund Budget in Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency. This study made use the qualitative research in its methodology. The data sources were community leaders, and village heads, chosen to be key informants because they are considered to know extremely well and provide information about the things to be examined, to whom are asked which people will be the main informant. The snowball sampling was used for sampling. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that (1) the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is uneven and not in accordance with Government Regulation Number 72 of 2005 and Village Law Number 6 of 2014. (2) The Government of Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, in its accountability of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is only one-sided and does not apply the transparency principle to the community
