No full textThe understanding of gender in today's media is very diverse due to misconceptions and is even often considered to be liberal. In the context of gender, the idea of liberté is understood as an unconditional freedom where individual freedom surpasses social rights and responsibilities. Thus, in this humorous era, we are allowed to identify ourselves as non-binary groups, such as transgender or homosexual individuals. Essentially, the purpose of gender construction is an effort to divide labor, which concerns the roles and responsibilities between men and women to work together in forming an ideal family unit. Instinctively, we are aware that there are general, widespread differences between men and women. Both are distinct entities or opposites, yet they create harmony. This is because the family is a moral institution, both in terms of instilling and developing moral values. Analisis Perbandingan Literasi Digital dan Kompetensi Profesional ASN Berdasarkan Gender di Kalimantan Tengah
Get PDFTransformasi digital telah menjadi tantangan signifikan bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), terutama dalam meningkatkan keterampilan literasi digital yang diperlukan untuk pelayanan publik yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat literasi digital ASN Suku Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah dengan fokus pada aspek gender. Metode survei digunakan dengan melibatkan 600 responden melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berbasis teori Bloom’s Taxonomy yang mencakup dimensi kemampuan teknis, evaluasi informasi, kolaborasi daring, dan keamanan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laki-laki lebih unggul dalam kemampuan teknis dan kolaborasi daring, sementara perempuan memiliki keunggulan dalam evaluasi informasi dan kesadaran terhadap keamanan digital. Faktor usia, tingkat pendidikan, dan masa kerja juga memengaruhi tingkat literasi digital, di mana ASN yang lebih muda dan berpendidikan tinggi menunjukkan keterampilan digital yang lebih baik. Analisis lebih lanjut mengidentifikasi adanya kesenjangan gender yang dapat diatasi melalui program pelatihan yang inklusif dan berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami dinamika literasi digital ASN di wilayah dengan karakteristik budaya unik. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan akses teknologi, pelatihan berbasis budaya, dan fokus pada keamanan digital untuk mendukung implementasi e-government yang efektif dan berkeadilan gender.Kata Kunci: literasi digital, gender, ASN, Kalimantan Tengah, keterampilan digita
Analysis of Gender Responsive: Planning and Budgeting (Case Study in Two Regions City and Kediri Regency)
Get PDFABSTRAK: Instruksi Presiden no 9 tahun 2000 tentang Pengarusutamaan Gender dalam pembangunan nasional memiliki dampak terhadap perencanaan dan implementasi kebijakan daerah di Indonesia. Kebijakan pemerintah daerah menjadi arena penting bagi perjuangan mewujudkan kesetaraan dan keadilan gender. Komitmen pemerintah terhadap hal tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat melalui Perencanaan dan penganggaran responsive gender (PPRG) dan anggaran responsive gender (ARG). Penelitian ini menganalisis anggaran responsive gender pada program kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di dua daerah Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara terstruktur dan studi kepustakaan, dengan mempelajari dokumen RPJMD dan APBD. Penelitian ini juga melakukan analisis ARG untuk tiga kategori analisis belanja anggaran, yaitu spesifically identified gender based-expenditure, equal employment opportunity expenditure, dan mainstream budget expenditure. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri telah ada alokasi anggaran responsive gender untuk program afirmasi perempuan, anak, lansia, dan difabel. Namun demikian, terlihat bahwa anggaran dan pengeluaran belanja specific-gender masih terpusat di dinas-dinas yang identik dengan urusan perempuan dan tidak menjadi arus utama dalam alokasi program keadilan gender baik di Kota maupun Kabupaten Kediri.Kata Kunci : Perencanaan dan penganggaran responsive gender, program keadilan gender, Kota Kediri, Kabupaten Kediri, Analisis Anggaran Belanja
A SEMANTIC-PRAGMATIC ANALYSIS OF THE TERM "HADITH MURSAL": A STUDY OF THE BOOK AL-NUKAT ʻALĀ KITĀB IBN AL-ṢALĀḤ BY IBN HAJAR AL-ʻASQALĀNI
No full textAlong with the development of science, the discussion related to a scientific term is getting deeper. Based on the differences among scholars regarding the term mursal, this study aims to explore the term in the discourse of hadith science by focusing on Ibn Hajar al-ʻAsqalāniy's book al-Nukat ʻalā Kitāb Ibn al-Ṣalāḥ, a hadith scholar who expressed a different and more in-depth opinion regarding the term mursal. Using semantic-pragmatic analysis and based on literature review by focusing on that book as a main reference, the research results: First, the term mursal according to some scholars is attributed to the narration of the senior tabi'in only. Second, the majority of Muḥaddisīn do not differentiate between the senior and the younger Tabi'in like the first opinion. Third, the ushūlī opinion of mursal is more general, they define it as a narration whose sanad is broken in one of the ṭabaqahs whether the ṭabaqah of the tabi'in or other. Fourth, the term mursal is defined as a someone’s narration other than shahabat which is attributed to the Prophet Saw. In this regard, Ibn Hajar is in the second opinion with the majority of Muḥaddisīn who limit the term mursal to the tabi'in. By note, that this does not mean that the tabi'in narration attributed to the Prophet SAW is called a mursal, because in certain cases the narration is considered muttasil

Dengan memperhatikan kesehatan lingkungan, kita tidak hanya melindungi diri sendiri, tetapi juga generasi yang akan datang. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyrakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan sosialasi terutama pelatihan dai tematik perihal peduli sampah bagi lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar. Adapun kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 28-30 januari 2024 dengan jumlah peserta 234 siswa siswai dan 14 guru. Metode yang digunakan ialah sosialisasi pengetahuan tentang pentingnya mengelola sampah untuk menjaga pelestarian lingkungan. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan arti penting kontribusi siswa untuk kebaikan lingkungan pada hal menjaga kebersihan serta menumbuhkan semangat dan rasa tanggung jawab siswa. The mentoring process in this community service program aims to observe the patterns of cooperation among community members in managing the waste bank and the utilization of the waste bank as an effort to minimize plastic waste through recycling activities at the Waste Bank of RW 10 Pekalipan, Kanoman Utara. Additionally, this program also seeks to assess the social and economic impacts of the waste bank's existence on the community. The mentoring conducted by IAIN Syekh Nurjati students with the residents of RW 10 Pekalipan revealed that the utilization of plastic waste through recycling at the waste bank has been running quite well. Plastic waste recycling activities at the RW 10 Waste Bank have brought significant benefits to the community and its members, including both social and economic advantages.The students acted as catalysts in the mentoring process, helping to optimize waste management practices to ensure they are efficient and economically valuable. This activity also provided education and awareness to the community about the importance of proper waste management, which contributes positively to the environment

Get PDFThe PkM aims to improve the skills of JFT Bapas Class I Cirebon employees in writing scientific papers and motivate them to publish. The PkM activity applies the concept of self learning (SL). This is a strategic effort to build a mentoring atmosphere that is creative and innovative. There are four phases that need to be done by service providers: investigation, preparation, action, and reflection. Referring to this explanation, the scientific writing consultation service at Bapas Class I Cirebon was transformed into a technology-based one. The PkM mentoring at Bapas Class I Cirebon was held at the Bapas Class I Cirebon hall on November 16-17, 2023 and continued online. Participants included 18 JFT employees. The PkM was opened by the Head of Bapas Class I Cirebon, Rony Kurnia, and went smoothly and conducively. The Head and Participants of Bapas Class I Cirebon positively welcomed this platform-based mentoring. This makes it easier for employees to access repeatedly. The mentoring utilizes the smile platform designed by the writing team with a project-based method and based on the needs of JFT employees. Through this method, the mentoring is carried out on an ongoing basis and emphasizes a deep understanding of the assisted subject. The platform contains motivation and structured explanations consisting of several sessions, followed by appreciation in the form of certificates
The Potential of Leguminous Seeds as Natural Coagulants assisted by ArduinoTM For Educational Purpose
Get PDFThe study aims to determine the effect of variations in the concentration of tamarind and winged bean bio coagulant concentrations on turbidity sensor SKU: SENO189 and SENO244 Gravity analog TDS Sensor TDS based ArduinoTM for educational purposes. The work started with 1) the development of a measuring device with the microcontroller ArduinoTM, 2) sample preparation, and 3) sample measurement. The water quality measurement parameters are turbidity, TDS level (dependent variable), and concentration of tamarind and wingan seeds extract (independent variable). The results showed that variations in the doses of tamarind and winged bean seed extracts of 3g/0.5L, 5g/0.5L, 7g/0.5L, and 9g/0.5 reduced the turbidity and could reduce TDS values in river water. However, the most optimal dose to reduce the turbidity value and TDS value is the addition of a coagulant at a concentration of 3 g/0.5 L with a reduction in turbidity of 71.33% (tamarind seeds) and 63.17% (wingan seeds). Then the TDS reduction value was 15.58% (tamarind seeds) and 9.54% (wingan seeds). This is because tannin compounds in tamarind and winged bean seeds can precipitate protein content between molecules in peat water that do not bind to colloidal particles, forming bonds that settle quickl
An Analysis of Student Decision-Making in Answering Reasoning Questions Based on Gender
Get PDFThe suboptimal empowerment of decision-making skills in young adolescents can hinder their ability to navigate complex choices. This research aims to determine how students make decisions when answering TIMSS science reasoning questions. This quantitative descriptive research was conducted on 178 (104 female and 74 male) 8th grade Junior High School students in Bandung. Samples came from 6 schools selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The instrument of this research is a constructed response to TIMSS questions in the cognitive domain of reasoning. Ten questions were asked to the samples. Quantitative data analysis was used in this research to determine the tendency of students to answer questions. The results show the tendency of students to make decisions when answering questions. Both male and female students useintuition, rational, and combination intuition-rational categories.These findings highlight the multifaceted nature of student decision-making in reasoning tasks. Further research is needed to explore the factors influencing these strategies and develop effective interventions to enhance decision-making skills in this crucial developmental stage

Get PDFThe tradition of visiting Nyi Mas Endang Geulis' great-grandfather is an annual traditional ceremony held by the Pengampon community of Danawinangun village, Klangenan, Cirebon. This tradition aims to honor and commemorate the services of ancestors, especially Nyi Mas Endang Geulis, who is considered an important figure in local history and culture, by visiting petilasan (a place believed by the community to be the place where Nyi Mas Endang Geulis once visited) to pray for him together. Departing from this background, the researcher was interested in researching more deeply about "how the hadith are lived in the traditional procession of visiting Nyi Mas Endang Geulis Pengampon's great-grandfather". This type of research is field research using qualitative methods and applying living hadith theory. The results of the research show that there is a strong correlation between religion and local culture in the tradition of visiting Nyi Mas Endang Geulis' great-grandfather. This can be seen in the process, which from start to finish never lets go of reciting dhikr and prayer. The dhikr and prayers that are read during the procession are First, the Prophet's prayers which refer to the hadith of the Prophet narrated by Imam Nasa'i, number 1292 regarding the recommendation of reading the Prophet's prayers and the hadith narrated by Imam Tirmidhi, number 486 and 484 about the virtues of reading the Prophet's prayers. Second, do tawassul, tahlilan and prayer together, referring to the hadith of the Prophet in Muslim history, number 1631 regarding practices that can reach the deceased after death.
