IMPLEMENTATION OF PUSH NOTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY DURING THE GENERAL ELECTION PERIOD (PEMILU) TO SUPPORT E-GOVERNMENT
Since 2019, simultaneous regional head elections in Indonesia. Elections elect governors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, mayors and deputy mayors, members of provincial councils, and members from regency/municipal councils simultaneously. With the increase in the number of pairs of candidates selected, the information about the profiles of spouses, and the schedule of activities of the employee implementation team increases. So far, schedules obtained from banners, posters, television, radio, and others. With the development of technology, people are increasingly familiar with using the web, and gadgets information is received more quickly through social media. The purpose of this study is to apply push notification technology as a schedule reminder system for the team and the community during the election period, whether the incoming messages are read. The development method used is the waterfall: 1) analysis; 2) design; and 3) Implementation; and 4) Maintenance. The web-based notification system supports government services to employees (G2E) and government to the public (G2C) to make it easier to remember campaign schedules and other election activities, accurately and up-to-date so that they can get to know more about the profiles of candidate pairs.
Measuring the Performance of Posyandu Cadres using the Topsis Method
Dijen Binakesmas posyandu Depkes RI (2009) found out that the performance of posyandu cadres decreased, it was known because the coverage of toddlers who came to posyandu fell from 60 % to 43% resulting in many children who do not receive posyandu services and can result in malnutrition. POSYANDU (Posyandu Service Post) is one form of community-based effort. The success of a posyandu is influenced by the active activities of a cadre. The TOPSIS method is one of the multicentric methods of decision-making. To simplify the assessment of cadre performance using the Technique for Order Preference method by Similarly to Ideal Solution. The purpose of this study was to obtain a model of decision-making on the posyandu cadre performance appraisal with the topsis method. The criteria that are determined include age, education, occupation, years of service, achievements. The results of this study obtained that the alternative V6 with a value of 0.8242 was the performance of the best posyandu cadre
PENGARUH SYARIAH COMPLIANCE TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MENJADI NASABAH PADA BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL (BMT)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menyelidiki pengaruh Syariah Compliance Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Koperasi Keuangan Mikro Islam. Studi Kasus pada BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria sampel. Pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada Nasabah BMT Assyafi’iyah Berkah Nasional di Kecamatan Gading Rejo Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian menemukan bahwa secara sharia compliance berkorelasi cukup kuat.
PERANCANGAN SISTEM PENDUKUNG PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN UNTUK PENERIMAAN BEASISWA DI SMA PGRI 1 TALANG PADANG DENGAN MODEL FUZZY MULTIPLE ATTRIBUTE MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW)
Pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, tetapi biaya akan pendidikan yang besar menjadi kendala bagi banyak orang untuk dapat melanjutkan pendidikan. Pemerintah memberikan bantuan pendidikan melalui bantuan beasiswa belajar satu siswa. Oleh karena itu membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk memecahkan masalah. Dalam menentukan penerimaan beasiswa, banyak sekali kriteriakriteria yang harus dimiliki oleh individu sebagai syarat dalam mendapatkan beasiswa. Masingmasing sekolah pasti memiliki kriteriakriteria untuk menentukan siapa yang akan terpilih untuk menerima beasiswa. Pembagian beasiswa dilakukan oleh beberapa lembaga untuk membantu seseorang yang kurang mampu ataupun berprestasi selama menempuh studinya. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini akan diangkat suatu kasus yaitu mencari alternative terbaik bedasarkan kriteriakriteria yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu siswa terbaik
THE EFFECT OF COMMUNICATION ON EMPLOYEE MORALE AT STIE TRISNA NEGARA EAST OKU
Human resources are a very important thing in the organization. However, a process that takes place cannot be separated from human intervention. STIE Trisna Negara must reposition and recalculate the internal potential to then determine the steps that must be taken for the future of the region. A closer look at the conditions of work enthusiasm of STIE Trisna Negara employees, with various implications that arise and efforts to encourage morale that has been given with the symptoms that illustrate employee morale, is not under expectations. These conditions have an impact on the performance of STIE Trisna Negara employees not yet optimal under expectations. While the analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis and using a t-test. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the communication variable (X1) indicator of knowledge gets a low score. Furthermore, the morale variable (Y) which becomes a weakness is discipline. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that partial communication (X1) had a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara East Oku. This conclusion is obtained partially, it is known that communication (X1) has a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara, East Oku. This is shown from the t-value of the communication variable (X1) = 9,65
DEVELOPMENT OF THE PAGARALAM COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY OF COMPUTER NETWORK TO ACCOMMODATE DIGITAL CAMPUS
The use of information and communication technology is very important in supporting all daily human activities. In the world of education, information and communication technology has a very important role or benefit because many activities in the world of education take advantage of this technology. Pagaralam College of Technology is one of the colleges utilizing information and communication technology, computer networks, but the existing network conditions are not optimal so that the quality needs to be improved to make it better. Also with the increasing competition in higher education management, it is very important for a college to think about how the institution can survive and be superior in determining its competitiveness with other colleges so that the digitization of the campus or the creation of a digital campus is one of the strategies that must be implemented in the face of development existing information and communication technology. This study aims to improve the quality of computer networks to prepare the Pagaralam College of Technology to accommodate the need to become a digital campus, using SWOT analysis methods and TopDown Network Design, network quality testing, or Quality of Service (QoS), and development methods using PPDIOO. (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). This research results in a better or more reliable new computer network design or blueprints to realize or accommodate a digital campus

Official travel at the Ministry of Social Affairs are carried out in order to meet the performance as well as the realization of the budget every year. The implementation of official travel is carried out by ASN (State Civil Apparatus) employees who are assigned by the related leader by bringing several documents for administrative and travel needs. Employees who have carried out official travel are required to bring back official travel documents. These documents are often in trouble because they are lost or forgotten in the filing, making difficulties when the leader needs them for annual audits. To solve this problem, the Official Travel Information System (Sipedas) was developed which has the ability to provide convenience to ASN in carrying out official travel by providing management features for planning, implementation, and monitoring of activities. Regarding documents, features include ticket management, hotel money, daily allowances, transport fees, and uploading of official travel documents so as to reduce document loss. A feature to monitor the results of official travel and the realization of activities carried out in each work unit. Sipedas was built using object-oriented methods, using UML diagrams as a tool. The implementation of making Sipedas uses the Laravel Framework, Bootstrap, and MySQL database. Sipedas can increase the understanding of ASN in carrying out official travel and can help monitor ASN performance in work units as well as the budget realization and minimize the loss of official travel documents so that it can improve the ministry's performance in general because budget realization affects the ministry's performance
COMPARISON OF TREE IMPLEMENTATION, REGRESSION LOGISTICS, AND RANDOM FOREST TO DETECT IRIS TYPES
Iris is a genus of 260-300 species of flowering plants with striking flower colors and has a dominant color in each region. The name iris is taken from the Greek word for rainbow, which is also the name for the Greek goddess of the rainbow, Iris. The number of types of iris plants with almost the same physical characteristics, especially in the pistil and crown, causes the misdetection of iris plant types. Iris plants are deliberately used because data is already available digitally on the internet and software such as orange and is widely used as a material for classifying objects. This research was conducted to classify iris plant types using three algorithms, namely Tree algorithm, Regression Logistics, and Random Forest. Classification algorithms are a learning method for predicting the value of a group of attributes in describing and distinguishing a class of data or concepts that aim to predict a class of objects whose class labels are unknown. The results showed the largest AUC (Area Under Curve) value obtained by the Random Forest method. AUC accuracy is said to be perfect when the AUC value reaches 1,000 and the accuracy is poor if the AUC value is below 0.500. As for the precision value of the three models used Random Forest has the highest precision value. From the data tests that have been done training and testing can be seen that the level of accuracy of testing of the three models where the Random Forest model is superior as a method for classification of irises
MEASUREMENT OF ELECTRONIC LEARNING PERFORMANCE USING THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) METHOD AT THE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF PATRIA GADINGREJO
The application of electronic learning is carried out in the learning process at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School to determine the factors that are still weak or require improvement and the factors that are considered successful or strong in assisting the application of electronic learning in the learning process. This study results in Aydin and Tasci's ELR model questionnaire consisting of 37 statements grouped into four factors. These factors are human, self-development, technology, and innovation as well as six questions for the perception of the usefulness of electronic learning. The location of this research is at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School. Respondents in this study were the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section, the school treasurer, the person in charge of the school computer laboratory, and teachers who are experts in e-learning. Data processing is carried out to examine the factors that influence the perceived usefulness of e-learning by using regression analysis and also the level of readiness for the application of electronic learning at Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School with Aydin and Tasci's ELR model. Aydin & Tasci's electronic learning readiness (ELR) model applied to Patria Gadingrejo Vocational School gives results that are not ready for the application of electronic learning and requires a slight improvement
ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN ISLAMI DAN TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KINERJA PADA BAIMATUL MALL WAL TAMWIL ASSAFI’IYAH
Salah satu lembaga keuangan yang sedang berkembang pesat adalah lembaga keuangan yang berbasis syariah yang mana dalam pelayanan jasa keungan ini sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan. Lembaga Baitul Maa l(rumah dana), merupakan lembaga bisnis dan sosial yang pertama dibangun oleh Nabi. Lembaga ini berfungsi sebagai tempat penyimpanan. BMT Assafi’iyah merupakan BMT yang berada di Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus, pada penelitian ini didapat hasil penelitian bahwa Kepemimpinan Islami dan Tingkat Kepercayaan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif sebersar 23,7% terhadap Kinerja BMT Assafiyah.
