PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA SMA ARJUNA DAN SMA GAJAH MADA BANDAR LAMPUNG)
Kinerja yang baik hanya bisa tercipta dari sumber daya manusia yang handal. Setiap perusahaan pasti menginginkan seluruh karyawannya bisa terampil, kompeten, disiplin, serta bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu kinerja karyawan diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu hal pokok yang cukup penting dalam upaya mencapai tujuan. Agar produktivitas kerja yang tinggi di setiap lininya diperlukan karyawan yang memiliki Disiplin kerja, tanpa adanya disiplin kerja karyawan yang baik sulit akan menjalankan tugasnya. Selain itu stres kerja juga akan memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan SMA Arjuna dan SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55 karyawan dari SMA Arjuna dan SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan cara membaca literatur, bahan referensi, bahan kuliah, dan hasil penelitian lainnya yang berkaitan dengan objek yang diteliti dan kuesioner dengan mengajukan sejumlah pertanyaan secara tertulis yang diberikan kepada responden. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan program komputerisasi SPSS (paket statistik untuk ilmu sosial) versi 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SMA Arjuna dan SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung
DESIGN OF WEB-BASED ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STUDENTS (PPDB) IN SMA YAS BANDUNG
The process of admitting new students (PPDB) at SMA YAS Bandung is still being carried out offline, where prospective students who will register must come to the registration place to fill out the registration form and bring the necessary requirements. By using this method, errors or data loss often occur which have an impact on the slow performance of the PPDB process. But now, with the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, schools must implement PPDB online. The development of computer technology nowadays allows us to develop computer-based information systems. Therefore, to solve the problems at SMA YAS Bandung, a web-based information system for new student admissions is needed. The method used in designing this information system is the waterfall model and software testing which is carried out using black-box testing. As a result, this web-based PPDB information system can run effectively and efficiently in helping prospective students to register online and assisting admins in managing prospective student data. The results of this study can be seen from the features of this system running according to predetermined needs
A MACHINE LEARNING MODEL FOR SOBRIETY AND RELAPSE ANALYSIS IN DRUG REHABILITATION
Drug abuse has become so paramount among members of society. Although, the initial decision to take drugs is typically voluntary among victims. As drugs are constantly been used, the ability to exert self-control on them is relatively impaired. Thus, abuse is witnessed in different age groups, gender, and celebrities from all walks of life. While addicts become such owing to several factors of curiosity and peer pressure, recreational purpose, source of inspiration, and more, the effect of these drugs can lead to depression, brain stimulation, and hallucination. Managing drug abuse through behavioral or pharmacological means is intended to help addicts stop habitual drug use. Oftentimes, rehab is not effective because the desired change is absent while a proper technological-driven approach to track sobriety and relapse in compulsive drug seeking and usage is also missing. Consequently, in this research, user-friendly and interactive sobriety and relapse predictive management application is developed. Here, addicts' behavioral and demographics with major relapse monitoring factors were clustered to predict the likelihood of relapse. The relapse predictive system using cognitive behavioral patterns, adopts the logistic regression algorithm of the Bayesian network for both training and testing. DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM DETERMINATION OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LEVEL OF ORIFLAME PRODUCTS WITH ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS METHOD
In order to improve customer satisfaction with Oriflame products, customer satisfaction was studied. Find out how Oriflame can satisfy customers through its products, services, finances, delivery, and company conditions. In this research, information marketing research is needed to understand how customers behave and the criteria that are very important when deciding how customers make decisions about Oriflame products. At this stage of research, researchers analyze existing systems by conducting library research and direct observation. In order to calculate the customer satisfaction level, the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is used. By using this decision support system, it is expected to make it easier for companies and sellers to determine customer satisfaction with Oriflame products
SENTIMENT ANALYSIS OF PERFORMANCE EFFECTIVENESS OF MALIOBORO PEDESTRIAN USING SENTISTRENGTH METHOD ON TWITTER
Sentiment analysis is a study to analyze public opinions, sentiments, evaluations, attitudes, and emotions towards services, products, public issues, organizations, general topics, etc. Sentiment analysis is a computational research of various opinions and emotionsexpressed textually and opinions in the form of text can be obtained through social media such as Twitter. The Malioboro area as one of the famous tourist destinations in Yogyakarta has pedestrian facilities for visitors. In the area, there are many pedestrian facilities including pedestrian paths, sidewalks, zebra crossings and parking. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the use of the pedestrian area in Malioboro based on opinions on Twitter. This study uses the Sentistrength method. The results shows that from 3,572 Tweet data from 2016 to 2020, the results of Positive sentiment are 55.81%, the results of Neutral sentiment are 36.18% and the results of negative sentiment are 8.01%
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH BANK SYARIAH TANGGAMUS
Increasing public awareness of the practice of Islamic values in economic activities is one of the reasons behind the development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia, one of which is improving the quality of services. Companies are required to try to make customers feel satisfied by providing better offers and services, considering that the company must be able to maintain its market position in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. In this study, the regression coefficient of service quality variable (X) was 0.193, which means that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction of 19.3%, this proves that Tanggamus Syariah Bank must pay attention to the quality of services provided to its customers
THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING RENTAL INFORMATION SYSTEM USES THE PROTOTYPE METHOD
Currently, most of the building leasing is done manually; that is, the activities from ordering to leasing must be done at the office where the building is leased. In the ordering process, the clerk records all the ordering data in the book. The problem that often occurs is that office staff need time to view customer data and see the building schedule used. The second problem occurs to consumers. Consumers have to come to the office to see the building and place an order, so it takes a long time; with this problem, a building rental information system is needed to make it easier for the community. The method used in designing this information system uses the prototype method and software testing using a black box with the help of maze design for testing correspondents; with the design of this building, the rental information system can run effectively and efficiently and help people find and rent buildings. The result of this research is that the building rental information system design can be designed with a prototype method supported by creating a user interface from the proposed application
DETERMINATION FOR CONSUMER PATTERNS IN BEVERAGE PRODUCT SALES USING THE FREQUENT PATTERN GROWTH ALGORITHM
The culinary business is now increasingly developing and competition is increasing, so it requires a strategy to market the products to be sold. In the business sector, the results of the implementation of FP-Growth algorithm data mining can help business people find opportunities from consumption trends so that culinary business people can find out what types of products currently have the highest rating in the community so that managers can provide menu recommendations so they can increase sales turnover. The data required is a certain period of transaction data which is analyzed to produce product recommendations by the association rules. The design of this application uses HTML as the base system used in making websites, PHP as a means to develop websites, and SQL as a medium for data storage and processing. The testing process begins with the login process, then determines the support and confidence parameters, and determines the transaction time period. From the conclusion, managers can determine marketing strategies by increasing the stock of raw materials in beverage products that have the highest itemset value. Then the product with the lowest itemset value can provide promos or discounts on the purchase of goods to attract consumer buying interest
THE DESIGN OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS AT JAMI KAUTSAR MOSQUE
This research is motivated by the management of the Jami Al-Kautsar Mosque in Depok which has not been properly recorded and the data storage is scattered. These constraints have the potential for data loss and inaccurate information and a process taking a long time to produce such information. In this study, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. The information system built uses the waterfall method as a software development or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using object-oriented design of the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and testing using Black Box. The process in this study includes the process of managing activities, managing the mosque, inventory, finances and goods (income and expenditure). The results of research implemented by the author on the Management Information System of the Jami Al-Kautsar Mosque is a system that can provide information on the management of activities, mosque administrators (human resources), inventory, finances and goods (income and expenditure) as well as communicative and informative reports so that they can make evaluation materials and transparent accountability reports from the management to all congregations of the Jami Al-Kautsar Mosque. User satisfaction with the evaluation information system uses the five-category Black Box test and produces a good information system. Three categories of Black Box testing are no errors in functions, database access and structure and system performance above 60%
PERANCANGAN E-COMMERCE PENJUALAN KOMPUTER DAN ALAT ELEKTRONIK BERBASIS WEB PADA TOKO DAMAR KOMPUTER PRINGSEWU
Damar Komputer adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan komputer dan alat elektronik lainnya. Sangat perlu adanya kemudahan pelayanan untuk memudahkan pelanggan yang jauh dari jangkauan. Guna memfasilitasi itu semua dapat direalisasikan dengan toko online (E-Commerce). Aplikasi toko online yang dibangun ini bertujuan untuk membantu Damar Komputer dalam hal pemasaran dan penjualan produk. Proses pembuatan program ini dimulai dengan menganalisa sistem yang telah ada di Damar Komputer Pringsewu, kemudian dibuat DFD, ERD yang diperlukan. Dilanjutkan dengan mendesain interface dan membuat programnya. Aplikasi toko online ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, MySQL sebagai database, Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 sebagai editor HTML dan Photo shop Cs 3 sebagai image editor. Aplikasi ini memiliki tiga fungsi utama. Pertama yaitu untuk user umum, setiap pengunjung website bisa melihat katalog produk, menggunakan layanan website, tetapi tidak bisa melakukan pemesanan produk. Kedua adalah anggota yang bisa melakukan pemesanan produk. Terakhir yaitu administrator yang bisa melakukan pengelolaan data produk, mengelola pesanan dan memperoleh laporan
