A Consideration to Supporting Function for Parenting Families at Drop in Center
Get PDFP(論文)従来、少子化対策の一環としてすすめられてきた子育て支援策は、仕事と家庭の両立支援から、親が就労しているか否かにかかわらず、すべての家庭を視野に入れた支援へと転換してきた。とくに全国各地にさまざまな形態で拡がりを見せる「子育てひろば」は予防的視点をもったひろば型支援として注目されている。2007年10月、本学の学内に学部教育と地域の子育て支援を融合させる実践の場として、親子のひろば「ぽっけ」を開設したのを機に、子育て支援における「ひろば」の機能と役割について考察を試みる。The aid package of supporting function for parenting families has been carried on conventionally as unti-declining birth rate measure and for the compatibility of work with child care. But it changed over to support from the viewpoint of including all parenting families whether the parents set to work or not. Especially the drop in centers which expand over the country in various formation attract attention as a model of drop in support with preventive viewpoint. Our university established a drop in 'Pokke' on the campus in October 2007 as a place of practice to let college education and supporting local parenting families fuse. Social Work for Foreign Census Registers Women and Foreigner Households in Japan
Get PDFP(論文)近年、日本では居住者としての外国籍女性及び外国人世帯は増加傾向にある。それに伴い、多様なニーズに対応できる異文化ソーシャルワークが求められている。本論は事例を通じて、在日外国籍女性及び外国人世帯の生活支援に対するソーシャルワークのあり方を検討する。Recently, foreigner women and foreigner households as residents show a tendency of increasing in Japan. And this tendency needs different cultural social works which can cope with various needs. Changes in Characteristics of University Students and Introductory Educations
Get PDFP(論文)近年、大学生の学力低下を含む質的変化には著しいものがあると言われている。その実態について、近年のデータに基づいて幅広く調査を行ない、その傾向が顕著であることを検証した。その原因について考察することにより、これらを補完する一定の有効な対処方法としての初年度の学生への導入教育について、シラバスまで含めて提言している。Including the lowering in scholarship, changes in characteristics of university students are socially well accepted recently in a strong sense of reality. The actual conditions are checked up on vastly on the base of data and situations are confirmed on the indications. Get PDFP(論文)現在、日本の交通は多くの自動車に支えられている。産業と個人生活でも、大都市また地方においても自動車は社会の必需品となっている。自動車に過度に依存した結果、都市においては自動車による渋滞、それによって排出される排気ガスなどによる環境汚染が深刻な社会問題となってきた。自動車による大量の排気ガスにより生じる都市の大気汚染と地球温暖化が急速に進行し、異常気象を起こす要因とされている、このような状況により水害など自然災害の大規模化、干ばつなど地球の環境破壊などの危機が危惧されている。 一方、日本においては高齢社会への移行に伴い、バリアフリー化社会の実現が叫ばれ、交通などにおいてバリアフリー化が進み始めた。このような環境・バリアフリー両面から路面電車（LRT）が公共交通として再注目される。本論文では公共交通における路面電車の現状と課題を考察し、環境・バリアフリー・都市再生という視点から再評価する。In motorization society, many motor cars are making the traffic jam and the air pollution by the exhaust gas. It will be caused much global warning issues in our life. The tram （Light rail transit） will be replaceable as public transportation with many motor cars for aging society and anti-pollution society. It is must not give bad influence to environment and aged and disabled people can be active is expected. Get PDFP(論文)こども学部発足により始まった「歴史入門」の講義を手がかりに、西洋精神の起源に関する一考察を試みた。講義は筆者の専門領域である西洋史を中心に展開する。旧約聖書・ギリシャ神話・ケルト伝説という、史実と虚構の狭間に存在する西洋精神の起源から講義を始めることは意義深いばかりか、「歴史嫌い」の学生の興味を引くことにつながった。従来歴史嫌いの学生を歴史が大切だと自覚させるために、筆者の講義では映像や音楽を用いてきた。視覚や聴覚を刺激し学生の「気づき」を誘導できれば、歴史学習の必要性は明らかになる。 往年のハリウッドで『天地創造』や『十戒』が制作され、旧約聖書の世界が欧米社会に直結することは周知された。21世紀を迎えた現在も、『トロイ』『アレキサンダー』『キング・アーサー』等の西洋史の古典領域をテーマとする映画化は続いている。講義題材としてばかりでなく、ハリウッド映画を歴史学の視点で読み解く意義は深い。With the inauguration of the faculty of Child Studies at Urawa University, I began to teach "Introduction to historical science" (REKISHI NYUMON in Japanese) as one of the starting staffs. This class (lecture) is one of cultural studies and elective subject, not required subject. Most of the Japanese students are tend to dislike "history" and try to avoid studying history. One of the purposes of my lectures is to give my all students "noticing"("KIZUKI" in Japanese). Noticing is the starting point of studying all. I want to notice my students that studying history is important to understand the international relationship and human relationship, also. The purpose of this paper is to bring my idea into focus about the fruits of REKISHI NYUMON. It will be "A Study on the Origins of Western Mind." A Study on the Problem of the Imperial Succession : The Advisory Council on the Imperial House Law Report
Get PDFP(論文)「皇室典範に関する有識者会議」は、皇位継承資格を「男系の男子」だけでなく「女子や女系の皇族に拡大することが必要である」との報告を平成17（2005）年11月24日に行った。これについては、当該報告を支持する意見がある一方で、125代にわたって男系により継承されてきた皇室の歴史や伝統を無視するものであるとの反対意見がさまざまな識者により表明された。その後、悠仁親王のご誕生という新たな動きにより、女性・女系天皇を容認する皇室典範改正案の国会提出は見送られた形になった。悠仁親王のご誕生により、男系男子の皇位継承者がいなくなる事態はひとまず解消されたが、皇太子の次の世代に男子が1人という現在の状況においては「安定的な皇位継承」が確保されているわけではない。皇位継承問題や皇室典範の改正については十分な検討が必要である。Stability of the Imperial succession is an important issue that affects the country's foundation. Under the current Imperial House Law, sooner or later, a situation may arise in which there is no eligible candidate for the Imperial Throne. Kitahara Hakushu's View of Poetries by Young Children : Song-like Speech in "Ryutaro's Poetries"
Get PDFP(論文)雑誌『赤い鳥』に投稿された童謡作品の選定を通して、「童謡」というジャンルにおさまらない「自由詩」を見出し、学齢期の児童に向けて自由詩の創作を奨励した北原白秋は、その流れの中で幼児の詩にも注目するようになった。白秋は幼児の詩について、「童謡」と「自由詩」両方の特質があるとみなし、幼児の発話は自然と歌謡の調子を帯びるものであるととらえている。本稿では、幼児詩の具体例として白秋の長男・隆太郎の詩をとりあげ、幼児の詩にみられる歌謡性が、音声言語の発達過程にある幼児の発話にみられる「繰り返し」という特質と関連するものであることを指摘した。Selecting nursery rhymes written by school children in journal Akaitori, Kitahara Hakushu discovered new poetries “free verse” distinguish from children's song, and he encourage children to write poetries like that. Then, he became noticed poetries that spoken by preschool children, have characteristics of both children's song and free verse., and they tend to take on song-like form. In this paper, I discuss about “Ryutaro's Poetries” （Poetries by Hakusyu's son）, from view point the relationship between developmental property of young children's speech and their song-like poetries.departmental bulletin pape
A Discussion on the Possibility of Development of Social Firms in Japan
Get PDFP(論文)ヨーロッパでは、近年、ソーシャル・ファームが普及しつつある。わが国においては、障害者の働く場として、授産施設、福祉工場、特例子会社などがあるが、ソーシャル・ファームのような形態が存在しうるのかについてその可能性を検討した。その結果、（1）精神障害者を対象としたソーシャル・ファーム、（2）協同組合として運営するソーシャル・ファーム、（3）社会的企業としてのソーシャル・ファーム、（4）特例子会社から移行・拡大するソーシャル・ファームの4つの可能性があることを示した。In late years, social firms have been developing in Europe. There are sheltered work shops, welfare factories and exceptional subsidiary companies as work places for persons with disabilities in Japan. This article examined the possibility whether there could be a form such as social firms in Japan. As the result, there could be 4 types of possibilities, ①social firms for persons with mentally disabilities, ②social firms managed by cooperatives, ③social firms as a category of social enterprise, ④social firms moving or developing from exceptional subsidiary companies.departmental bulletin pape
The Current State Analysis of 24 Hour Personal Attendant Services for Persons with Sever Physical Disabilities
Get PDFP(論文)2006年より障害者自立支援法が施行された。同法によって、実施された福祉サービスの再編は、障害者に限らずサービス提供をしている事業所にも大きな影響を与えている。本論は、24時間ホームヘルパーを派遣している事業所Aからの協力を得、長時間介助体制に対する障害者自立支援法が与えた影響を分析することを目的とした。事務所Aは自立支援法の報酬単価が下がったことを受け、給与規定の改定を実施した。新給与規定は、従来よりも引き下げられ、離職する者が出た。長時間介助は、3つの介助パターンによって提供されてきた。1つ目は、一定の時間に定期的介助に入る介助者群、次に1日10時間以上連続した介助を提供する介助者群、最後に介助体制の変更や緊急時に対応する介助者群であった。3つの群ともに、様々な時間帯での介助派遣や過密スケジュールになっている事が明らかになった。この背景には、第2群の担い手の減少がある事が明らかになった。The services and supports for persons with disabilities act, which was enacted in 2006, has been made big impact on not only users; persons with disabilities, but also service providers. 24 hour personal attendant services have been changed.
