An Improvement of University Information Systems by Means of Group-ware and Other Tools
Get PDFP(論文)グループウェアの導入のための基礎実験を行い、導入の可能性について調査した。実験的に用いたグループウェアはサイボウズ(Ver.7)である。また、e-learningの一つの試みとして、コンテンツ作成ソフト(MCG)を試用した簡単な方法によるコンテンツの作成実験とe-learningの可能性についての基礎実験を行った。いずれも、導入し活用することで、前者は業務の簡素化、時間短縮等の効果が見込め、後者はマルチメディアによる教育の効果が見込めることが結論づけられた。A group-ware and an e-learning contents generator, Cybozu(Ver.7) and MCG by registered trade name, respectively, were examined as preliminary basic experiments to see the probability of introductions. The former is found to make business simpler, shorten time of tasks and make the mutual communications smoother, the latter showed the probability of activating the education by means of providing multimedia contents.departmental bulletin pape
A Study of Benefit Level and Poverty-preventing Function of Oldage Pension : Through a Comparison among OECD Countries
Get PDFP(論文)本稿の目的は、OECD諸国における年金給付(分析の中心は老齢年金)水準を65歳以上高齢者の貧困率と比較することにより、年金の貧困防止機能がどのように遂行され、また、どのように遂行できているのかを検討することであり、これを行う理由は、公的年金の縮減・民営化を目指した年金改革の下で高齢者の貧困リスクが増大しているためである。年金が高齢者の貧困防止機能を果たすためには、ネットの最低年金額>ネットの最低賃金額≧社会扶助(公的扶助)額とするオランダ方式の基礎年金水準・制度を設計すべきであるThe purpose of this paper is to insure how old-age pension systems perform poverty-preventing function, and to discuss how old-age pension systems can perform it, through a comparison benefit level of old-age pension with the aged pensioners' poverty rate among OECD countries. The reason for this purpose is that under public pension reforms for decrease and privatization of pension systems, a risk of old-age poverty is increasing. Examination of the Plan Process of the Law for the Welfare of the Physically Handicapped (1949.12) (II) : Through the History Material in the Kimura Document
Get PDFP(論文)身体障害者福祉法は、1949年12月に制定された。第二次大戦直後のこの時期に、児童福祉分野に続く福祉サービスの法として成立したことの意義は大きい。しかし、法の制定が敗戦直後の占領期という二重権力体制下の立法であり、加えてその主たる対象が旧傷痍軍人対策という特殊事情などもあり、関係資料や情報が必ずしも明らかにされてこなかった。しかも、立法当事者の制定に至る意思決定段階から法の具体的な立案過程に関しては、先行研究でもほとんど解明されていない。本稿では、従来明らかにされてこなかった本法制定にかかわる関係資料(主に、木村文書中に含む)を紹介・検討するとともに、それらに依拠して制定までの経緯や法立案過程の全体像を明らかにすることを課題とする。Law for the welfare of the physically handicapped was enacted in December, 1949. The meaning of approval as the law of the welfare service is large at this time immediately after World War II. However, the constitution of law was an occupation period immediately after the defeat, and it existed under the double power system. Additionally, the main object of the law was common with the object of the old wound serviceman measures. Therefore, neither related material nor information had been necessarily clarified. In this text, the related material that had not been clarified so far is introduced, and examined. Moreover, it aims to clarify the whole image of the process to the law enactment according to those materials.departmental bulletin pape
Reconsideration of the English Education : Through the English Classes in the Faculty of Child Studies
Get PDFP(論文)ゆとり教育を受けた世代を大学へ迎えたためか、日本の中等英語教育が疲弊しているためか、英語科目を受講する学生の英語力低下は著しい。本学短大英語科当時の必修英語科目受講生の英語力レベルから、短期大学部英語コミュニケーション科改名(2003年)以降の学生の英語力(英語科目ではなく「異文化理解」などの講義科目を通して)低下は否定できなかった。こども学部開設以来2年間、選択英語科目(英語コミュニケーションA/B/C)を教えてきた担当者として、大学での英語教育のあり方を再考したい。単に本学学生の英語レベル検討にとどまらず、日本における英語教育のあり方への問題提起とする。本学学生は保育実習現場、卒業後の就職先で、幼児早期英語教育の現場に立ち会うことだろう。幼児英語教育の是非、「英語苦手症候群」を公言して憚らない多くの日本人を生み出す日本文化のあり方など、「大学における英語教育」再考は日本文化への問いかけに発展していかざるをえない。The purpose of this paper is to reconsider English education in Japan. Through my English classes in the Faculty of Child Studies（University education: 2007-2008）, I want to think about the reasons why the English ability of Japanese students has deteriorated remarkably in recent years. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology has decided to start a project "to make Japanese students become people who can use English perfectly." This project has been a target of arguments between pros and cons. The ministry has also decided that English education will be started not from junior high school but rather from elementary school（early English education）. Is this project going to be effective? This paper is one proposal regarding these discussions. My point at issue concerns Japanese culture and education. It goes without saying that language is a means of communication. A Discussion on the Characteristics of the Employment and Support Allowance in the UK
Get PDFP(論文)「雇用・生活支援手当(Employment and support allowance)」は、病気や障害のために労働能力が制限される人々に支払われる新しい給付金であり、2008年10月27日から英国で始まった。その目的は、障害者を働ける障害者と働けない障害者に分けて、働けない障害者に手当を支給するというこれまでの方法では、働こうとする障害者の意欲をそぐ可能性があることから、だれもが働くことを求める政策として、手当制度と就労を結びつけようとしたものである。本研究では、その制度の変更が、認定方法にどのように反映されているかを調査し、その認定方法の特徴についてまとめるとともに、その有効性について考察した。その結果、雇用・生活支援手当の障害認定基準は、従来の生活活動に着目した認定基準を採用しており、目的を達成するための基準となっていないのではないかと考えられた。The Employment and support allowance (ESA) is a new benefit paid to the people whose ability of labor is limited by diseases or disabilities. The ESA has been started since October 27, 2008 in the UK. The purpose of the ESA is to connect the benefit system with the work for persons with disabilities (PWDs) and make them work, because it would deminish the motivation to work for PWDs with division of PWDs to 2 categories, who can work and can not work. This study investigates how the ESA affects the definition of disabilites, summarizes the characteristics of the disability authorization, and considers the effectiveness of the ESA. As the reusult, it is founds that the disability autholization of ESA pays its attention only to conventional ADL standard, and it would be difficult for ESA to achieve the purpose.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)この研究ノートは、浦和大学ならびに浦和大学短期大学部(前身である浦和短期大学を含む)卒業生に対する卒後教育のあり方について考えたものである。研究方法は研究目的を共有する教員が集まり「卒業生フォロアップ教育研究会」を立ち上げ、約2年間にわたり卒業生に対するアンケート調査の実施、調査結果に基づくモデル事業(ホームカミングデイや研修会など)を実施した報告と卒後教育のあり方ならびにそれらを実施するための学校の組織のあり方をまとめたものである。The fellows, who shared the common awareness of the postgraduate education issues of the university and the college, formulated the research group and they decided the two years project plan. The group conducted a survey in the form of a questionnaire of graduators. The model workshops such as a homecoming day and seminar were conduced based on the results of the questionnaire. Finally, the study proposes the postgraduate education system and the university system, that needs to be well organized for fulfilling the purpose of the education.departmental bulletin pape

A Study on "Inducement Child Care Theory(YUUDOU-HOIKU)" of Souzou Kurahashi : A Consideration from the Point of View of the Methodof Education and the Helping Practice
Get PDFP(論文)本論は、日本の幼稚園保育の開拓者である倉橋惣三の誘導保育論について考察している。 第一に、誘導保育論の理論的整理を行い、その特性を明らかにしている。 第二に、誘導保育論を教育方法論的側面と援助技術論的側面から考察し、その特性を明らかにしている。 第三に、現行の「保育所保育指針」と「幼稚園教育要領」を、誘導保育論の視点から検討している。The main discourse considers “Inducement Child Care Theory（YUUDOU-HOIKU）”of Souzou Kurahashi who is the pioneer of the kindergarten child care of Japan. First, the inducement child care theory is theoretically arranged, and the characteristic is clarified. Secondarily, the inducement child care theory is considered from the point of view of the method of education and the helping practice, and the characteristic is clarified.
