Research on Elderly People's Movement Participating Motive : Creation of Japanese Version PMQOA
Get PDFP(論文)本研究の目的はオーストラリアで開発された高齢者向けの運動参加動機尺度であるPMQOAが日本人でも適応可能かどうかを検証することである。 対象者は運動教室に参加する男性39名、女性130名、無回答11名、計180名(M=66.5歳、SD=5.12)であった。オーストラリアで開発されたPMQOAが日本でも適応可能であるかを検証するために、統計分析ソフトAmosを用いて確認的因子分析を行った。 その結果、モデルの適合度はGFI=.693、AGFI=.631、CFI=.736、RMSEA=.102であり、十分な適合度は認められなかった。そこで因子負荷量の低い項目を.50以下を基準に削除し、モデルの修正を試みた。その結果、修正モデルは21項目で構成された。修正モデルの適合度はGFI=.819、AGFI=.759、CFI=.885、RMSEA=.081となり、本研究のサンプルにおいては最も高い適合度を示した。 本研究の結果からPMQOAは日本の高齢者にそのまま適応することは困難であることが示唆された。ただし、PMQOAから8項目削除された21項目の修正モデルでは、日本の高齢者において概ね適用できると思われた。The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether PMQOA, which is a movement participating motive measure for elderly people and has been developed in Australia, can be adapted for the Japanese people. There were ［39 men, 130 women, and 11 no responses］ 180 candidates in total （M=66.5 years old, SD=5.12）. In order to verify whether PMQOA can be adapted for the Japanese people, the statistical analysis software Amos was used, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was conducted. As a result, the goodness of fit of the model was GFI=.693, AGFI=.631, CFI=.736, and RMSEA=.102, and the sufficient goodness of fit was not accepted. Subsequently, the item with low factor loadings was deleted on the basis of less than .50, and correction of the model was attempted. As a result, the corrected model consisted of 21 items. The goodness of fit of the corrected model was set to GFI=.819, AGFI=.759, CFI=.885, RMSEA=.081, the highest goodness of fit was shown in the sample. It became clear from the result that it is difficult to adapt PMQOA of Kolt and others for the Japanese elderly people in their original form. However, in 21 items of correction model deleted from PMQOA eight items, it has applied in general in Japanese elderly people.departmental bulletin pape
A Securities Market in the Principle Theory of Economics
Get PDFP(論文)証券市場をどのように導き出すかは経済原論の難問の一つであり、従来から資本結合の発展から導出するものと、信用制度の限界から導出するものとが対立してきた。しかし、原理論で資本と資本の結合を説くのはそもそも無理である。そうかといって、株式市場に流入する資金を説き得ない以上、信用制度の限界から株式市場を導出することもできない。原理論ではせいぜい手形よりも期限の長い貸付証券の市場を説き得るにとどまるのである。It is a difficult problem to explain the logic of a securities market in the principle theory of economics. Two theories have stood in opposition. One is guided by developing the joint forms of capitals and the other is expounded past the limit of credit system. But in the principle theory it is unreasonable to show the joint forms of capitals and also impossible to show money which flows into the risky stock market. A Study of Understanding for Disabled People Dance through Video Dance
Get PDFP(論文)イギリス社会の諸問題をテーマとし、障害者ダンサーの出演するビデオダンス作品“The Cost of Living”(2003)を将来福祉の現場に携わる福祉系学部生に鑑賞してもらい、質問紙調査を通して、障害者のダンスについてどのような理解が得られるか調査し、また、ビデオダンスが障害者ダンスの理解への導入として効果的な役割を果たすのか検討することを目的とした。 結果として、学生たちは障害者の訓練された高度なダンスに高い評価・感動を示し、新たな価値を見出したことが示唆された。また障害者にとってのダンスが身体能力の回復・向上につながり、自立や生きがいになるのではとの見方を得られた。よって、学生たちはビデオダンスを通じて障害者ダンスに対する一定の理解を得、ダンスの持つ障害者支援の可能性に期待していることが示唆された。The purpose of this survey is to verify the effectiveness of understanding disabled people dance through watching video dance. In this survey, college students who are major in public welfare watched one of master pieces of video dance by Lloyd Newson（1962-）: “The Cost of Living”in which disabled dancer dances and British social problems are dealt with. Through questionnaire to the students, they highly appreciate and value dance by disabled people. They also regard that dancing give disabled people rehabilitation and health, furthermore bring self-sustainability or meaningful life. Therefore, it is suggested that the students understood of disabled people’s dance and expected dance to support them. An Introduction of University Information Systems
Get PDFP(論文)グループウェア・サイボウズ(Cybozu)を導入し基礎実験を行った。また会議室無線LANを導入して連動を図ることで会議システムの簡素化を図った。さらにLearning Management System(LMS)による授業アンケートシステムその他の可能性について調査のための基礎実験を行った。前者は業務の簡素化、時間短縮等の効果が認められ、すでに実用システムとして稼働しており、後者については可能性は大きいものの、設定や大学全体としての取り組みが必要であるので、今後の一層の調査が必要であることが判明した。A group-ware Cybozu and a wireless LAN system for a discussing room were introduced both being connected to the University LAN system to examine the basic functions and the linkage connection of them. Also a Learning Management System(LMS) was introduced for exploring the various probability of usage such as a questionnaires for the courses system and so on. Get PDFP(論文)1941年12月の日米開戦後まもなく米国では、戦後対外政策諮問委員会(ACPER)が創設され、その下に領土委員会や特別調査部の極東班などにおいて、戦後の天皇制度に関する話し合いが行われた。日本占領にあたり天皇をどう扱うか、当時の国務省内では、活発な論議がなされている。戦局も押し迫り、新たに発足した戦後計画委員会や部局間極東地域委員会では、「天皇制存置・利用論」と「天皇制廃止論」との激しいやりとりがなされている。1944年末には国務省の機構改革により幹部会が発足した。また、その頃、戦争終結をみすえ、国務・陸軍・海軍三省委員会(SWNCC)が創設され、ここで決定されたSWNCC文書は米国政府の基本文書となった。国務省の知日派のグルーらは、「天皇制存置・利用論」の立場をとったが、1945年6月に示された「SWNNCC150」や7月に発せられた「ポツダム宣言」ではこの点については特に明示されず、同宣言を受諾し降伏するかの判断も、原爆投下、ソ連対日参戦後の御前会議における天皇の「ご聖断」を待たねばならなかった。The Constitution of Japan was enacted one year after the conclusion of World War Ⅱ. Research on Spread of Photovoltaic Generation in the Future
Get PDFP(論文)近年、グリーン・ニューディール政策の一環として太陽光発電に対する普及支援制度が強化されたことにより、太陽光発電の導入量が世界的に急拡大している。こうしたなか、わが国の太陽光発電の導入量も急拡大し、ここ最近の導入対象は、戸建て住宅や公共施設から、遊休地や集合住宅などへと広がってきている。わが国における太陽光発電の導入余地がまだ充分にあるなかで、今後、太陽光発電に対する普及支援制度はより充実し、また、その導入は様々な対象にさらに広がってくることが見込まれる。ただし、わが国の太陽光発電の普及をより加速させていくには、(1)普及支援制度の内容の充実、(2)遊休地の積極的な活用、(3)蓄電池に対する支援の3つがより重要となると指摘され、社会全体として太陽光発電の普及の加速を後押ししていくことが望まれる。Recently, the amount of the installation of the photovoltaic generation has expanded in the world by strengthening the policy of supporting spread of photovoltaic generation on green new deal policy. In Japan, the amount of the installation of the photovoltaic generation has expanded, and the installation location has expanded from detached houses and public facilities to unused lands and apartment houses. It is expected that policy of supporting spread of photovoltaic generation would be enhanced and the amount of the installation of the photovoltaic generation would increase besides detached houses. On the Ideal Method of Carrying Out a Classroom Teaching with Feeling and Expression to the Students toward the Significance of Teacing Profession and Contents in Teacher Training for Kindergarten
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は、授業実践を通して、幼稚園教員養成における教職の意義並びに内容を学生に実感させる授業のあり方を考察した。またよりよい指導方法を開発することに焦点を当てた。学生に「生きる力」をつけるために、受け身でなく、主体的に学び、自ら考え、表現する授業形態を取り入れた。ロールプレイング、グループ活動等で、学生同士がコミュニケーションを取り合う中で、相手の立場を考えられる場面を設定した。 成果としては、計画、実行、評価、振り返りのサイクルの中で、学生に教育現場に出る時の心構えが出てきたことが明らかになった。 今後の課題としては、教職の意義をさらに、実感させるために、新聞やニュース等で現代の教育の状況を敏感に受け止めるような学びの姿勢を身につけさせる方法を模索することである。The significance of teaching profession and contents are considered. The object of this study is students who will become kindergarten teachers. Kindergarten is called Yochien in Japanese. Firstly lesson style was devised in order to achieve these aims. It is important for student themselves to use their own brains. This was known as “power to live”（Ikiru chikara in Japanese） Secondly student themselves make a communication one another by roll playing, and so on. Main finding is as follows. Support for Families at School : Tea Party for Parents of Pupils Who Do Not Attend School
Get PDFP(論文)わが国の教育上大きな課題の一つに「不登校」があげられる。平成20(2008)年度より、「不登校」を理由に年間30日以上学校を欠席した児童生徒数は、小・中学生を合わせて12万人以上を下らない現状である。公立学校では平成7(1995)年度にスクールカウンセラー(以下SCとする)が導入されたが、当初からその理由の大きな1つでもある。 SCが直面する問題解決の糸口を考え、SC活動を行うにあたり、学校全体を対象とするコミュニティ・アプローチの視点を忘れることはできない。著者はその観点から、SCとして今回報告する中学校において6年間にわたり、1学期に1回、不登校に限った生徒の保護者を集めて茶話会を開催する調整役を行ってきた。それは家族と学校を結びつける家族支援の一環とみなされるものであり、また保護者個人における親としての成長や地域における自助グループともいえる社会資源へと発展した。このような中長期の学校内での不登校生徒の保護者グループについての報告は希有といえよう。One of major issues in Japanese education is non-attendance at school. This was one of the major reasons for introducing school counsellors（SCs）to public schools in 1995. When thinking of clues to solve the problems these SCs face and carrying out their activities, it is possible to use the perspective of a community-based approach, which turns to the whole school. The author has coordinated tea parties for parents of such pupils as an SC from this perspective, once a term at a school for 6 years. These activies are considered a part of support for families to link families and school. They helped individual growth as a parent and also developed into a social resource as a local self-help group. There are few reports on these medium- to long-term groups of parents within a school. One of major issues in Japanese education is non-attendance at school. Emissions Trading Trends in Japan
Get PDFP(論文)ポスト京都議定書の行方に世界的な注目が集まるなか、わが国では最近、自治体レベルで温室効果ガスの排出量取引制度に関する動きが活発化している。そこで本稿では世界及びわが国の排出量取引制度の動向を整理し、地域における適用の課題やこの先の展開方向について考察した。その結果、わが国の自治体では、管轄エリア全体をカバーする排出量取引制度以外にも、政府の制度を活用した取り組みや、自治体独自でクレジットの創出を図る動きがあることを明らかにした。そして、こうした自治体の排出量取引制度に関する動きが活発化するにつれて、制度間の整合性、クレジット需要の確保、クレジット価値の担保といった課題が今後もたらされる可能性があることを述べた。そのうえで、この先の取り組みの展開方向として、(1)自治体間の制度の共通化、(2)森林吸収に留意した制度設計、(3)大企業の自主的な協力を仰ぐ仕組みの内包、が重要となることを指摘した。Recently, schemes related to emissions trading have stood up one after another in Japanese local government. We arranged emissions trading trends and considered the problem of progressing emissions trading scheme in Japanese local government. As a result, we clarified that there were the schemes that covered each area, used the mechanism of the government and originally created credit in Japanese local government. We described the possibility that the problem of the consistence between schemes, the credit demand and the credit value will be caused in the future. And, we pointed out that it became important that the scheme of sharing between local government, noting forest absorption and gaining cooperation of the enterprise.departmental bulletin pape
