An Analysis of Study Conditions of our Students
Get PDFP(論文)過日の学修調査によれば、本学学生は授業時間が週10コマ以上と多いし、出席率も高い。しかし、授業時間を除けば、授業に直接関係する勉強時間は週２時間以下で、授業に直接関係しない勉強時間はほとんどない。単位取得に影響のある勉強はいちおうするが、それ以外はしないというのが本学学生の学修行動といえよう。学修経験についてみると、アクティブ・ラーニングの経験はあり、その素地や成果も見られる。今後本学でアクティブ・ラーニング型の学修を拡大することは容易といえるだろう。Most of students in our university take more than 10 courses a week and attend them almost regularly. But they respond that their study hours related directly to the courses are less than two hours a week and their self-imposed study hours are few a week. This may mean that our students make minimum study efforts to get necessary credits but do not make any more than them. Students of our university gain some experiences of active-learnings and get a few good outcomes. Get PDF本学のスキー実習は、事前講習と実習本番プログラムの二部構成になっており、スキー・スノーボードの体験や技術習得のみならず、雪国の生活文化の体験や福祉教育の視点を含めた特色ある学習形態となっている。事前講習では、雪上活動の意義や学生自身の実習における目標設定をしたうえで、実習内容やゲレンデ環境の確認、安全管理やマナーについてなど実習参加にあたってのイメージづくりを行い、本番プログラムでは、現地でしかできないスキー・スノーボードの滑走技術習得やかまくらづくりなどの生活体験を行うプログラムを実施している。そこで本研究では事前講習と実習本番プログラムのそれぞれの学習効果について参加学生のアンケート結果を踏まえた分析と考察を行ったところ、事前講習の効果や意義の明確化、スキー実習全体の学習効果の向上に寄与するポイントなどが明示された。departmental bulletin pape
A Report on the Extension Program of the Urawa University in 2014 : Health and Fitness Exercise for People over 50 Years Old
Get PDF本学において公開講座「健康体操教室」（全８回）を開催した。参加者は50歳以上の地域住民34名で、自立度は高かったが有疾患者が多くいた。リズムエクササイズやレジスタンス運動などを実施し、筋力の向上、気分や意欲などの主観的効果が認められた。また、本講座の満足度は高く、講座の継続を熱望する声が多く挙げられた。さらに、本学の人的および物的資源に対する評価が高く、本学の印象に好影響をもたらした。したがって、本学の広報効果にもつながり得る本講座は、本学にプラスの効果を発揮することが期待できる。今後は、これからの超高齢社会に対応し、地域高齢者の生活機能改善を目的として運動支援を行えるよう継続的な開催が望まれる。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)アメリカ演劇における黒人女優の歴史は、アメリカ黒人史同様、白人主体のアメリカ演劇界で苦難の道であった。その業界で成功者となり得た先達たちの代表、マヤ・アンジェロウとルビー・ディーが、2014年５月末と６月半ばに死去した。２人の逝去に挟まれる時期、６月８日に開催されたトニー賞授賞式で、黒人女優の歴史でも記念すべき出来事が起こった。オードラ・マクドナルドが、演劇部門で主演女優賞を獲得したのである。オードラはすでに、ミュージカル部門での助演女優賞と主演女優賞を３回、演劇部門で助演女優賞を２回、実に５回の受賞を果たしていた。ビリー・ホリデイの役を演じた「レディ・デイ」によって、最優秀主演女優賞を獲得したのだった。アメリカ演劇界の人種を超えた女優の世界で、前人未踏の快挙である。マヤとルビーを見送ったアメリカ黒人演劇界は、オードラたち後進が引き継ぎ、先達たちの語り継ぎは、その演技に生き続けていくのである。The history of African American actresses in Broadway dramas has been marked by countless hardships. Two of the pioneers in the theatrical world passed away on May 28 and June 11, 2014. The former was MAYA ANGELOU, the Presidential inaugural ceremony poet in 1993, and the latter was RUBY DEE, a main civil rights activist. Between their deaths, the 68th Tony Awards Ceremony was held on June 8 at Radio City Music Hall. A milestone in African American history was reached in that ceremony. Broadway star AUDRA MCDONALD made history at the Tony Awards on June 8 night, when she became the most decorated actress on the Broadway stage. Audra picked up her sixth Tony for portraying jazz and blues legend Billie Holiday in Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill. The Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play win also gave her the first Tony Awards grand slam. Challenges and the Current State of Social Care for Children : From the Viewpoints of a Child Welfare Policy and a Disabled Children Policy
Get PDFわが国では、社会的養護を必要とする児童が増加している。しかしながら、社会的養護の施設の区分には、障害児でありかつ被虐待児である児童が利用する施設である障害児入所施設が含まれていない。障害児でありかつ被虐待児の児童については、児童福祉法に規定される同じ「児童」でありながら、施策の適用の違い、児童福祉施策の対象あるいは障害児施策の対象となるのかにより、施設への入所制度に矛盾があるのが現状である。
そこで本論文では、児童福祉施策と障害児施策の視点から社会的養護の現状と課題について考察した。その考察からわが国の社会的養護は被虐待児をその主たる対象とし、障害児であり被虐待児についての視点は乏しいものであるという知見を得た。この社会的養護の課題解決のため、わが国の「すべての児童」を対象とした政策立案を形成するシステムの構築について提言した。departmental bulletin pape
Reconsider of the Edo era\n― The view of history from“Mura”-self contained society to“Machi”-civilized society ―
Get PDFP(論文)日本文化は、激しい外圧とじっくりとした内燃（著しく外国の影響を受けた外圧の時期と、後世「日本的」と形容される特質を醸成するいわば内燃の時期）を繰り返しながら形成されてきた。後者の代表が室町文化・江戸文化である。従来、江戸時代の文化史的区分は、元禄期（17世紀後半～18世紀初期）を中心とする前期と文化文政期（19世紀前半）を中心とする後期の二分法が行われ、18世紀（1720年代～89年＝享保～宝暦～天明）は２つの文化の谷間と捉えられてきた。本論はこの谷間の時期＝享保～宝暦～天明期を上方文化と江戸文化が融合する、いわば江戸文化のピークと捉え、その転換点を明暦の大火後の都市造りに求めた。そして、江戸が城下町ではなく、巨大都市に発展しながら、独特の精神的価値基準を有する江戸の町人社会が形成されていったことに照準し、江戸時代の前半と後半の幕府政治・経済社会構造の根本的相違を俯瞰しながら、江戸時代にまつわる誤解を提起・修正した。It has been recognized that one division of cultural history is in the Genroku period; from a later half of the 17th century to the early 18th century and the other division of cultured the Bunka-Bunsei period; the first 19th century. And little attention has been given to the declination of the 18th century about the cultural history in Edo era. In this paper, I’d like to explore the importance of the 18th century about the cultural history in Edo era. Issues on Unification of the Employees’Pension Schemes
Get PDFP(論文)2015年10月に被用者年金制度は一元化される。共済年金は厚生年金に統一する。本稿では、まず、被用者年金制度一元化の改正の趣旨と概要について整理した。次いで、共済年金と厚生年金の制度的な差異を具体的事例を挙げながら明らかにした。あわせて、今回の一元化における制度的な差異の解消方法について、①厚生年金に揃える形での制度的差異の解消、②共済年金に揃える形での制度的差異の解消、③時間的経過を俟つ制度的差異の解消―の３つの視点で整理し直した。最後に、受給資格要件を判定するうえで、共済年金の加入期間と厚生年金の加入期間を合算して判断するものと、合算しないで判断するものがあることを明らかにし、長期加入者の特例については、受給資格要件を合算しないで判定するが、その妥当性を検討した。The Employees’Pension Schemes will be unified in October,2015.

Mutual Aid Pension is now divided into three systems ; Mutual Aid Association for National Government Employees, Mutual Aid Association for Local Government Employees, and Private School Mutual Aid System. But they will be unified into the Employees’Pension Insurance for company workers.
In this text, first of all, the purpose and the outline on the Unification of the Employees’Pension are arranged. Next, the system difference and the unification between the Mutual Aid Pension and the Employees’Pension system are clarified while showing some concrete cases. There are three methods for the unification of the system content. One is a method of putting the system content of the Mutual Aid Pension together on the Employees’Pension system. This is a principle. However, there are some items to put the system content of the Employees’Pension system together on the Mutual Aid Pension, too. And, the third is a transitional measure, leaving the system content just as it is for the time being. It is the method that the system content is standardized when a period of time passes.
Finally, I will point out that one eligible qualification for pension benefits is combined the periods of enrollment in Employees’Pension system with the periods of enrollment in the Mutual Aid Pension, but other eligible qualification is not combined. I will think that the benefits for 44 years or more enrollment in Employees’Pension should be combined the periods of enrollment in Employees’Pension system with the periods of enrollment in the Mutual Aid Pension.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Idea of Parenting Support in Japan
Get PDF日本ではここ20年ほど子育て支援施策が強力に推進されてきたにもかかわらず、少子化に歯止めがかからない。本稿ではその原因が子育て支援の施策や方法が拠って立つ子育て支援思想にあるのではないかと考え、保育の礎を築いた倉橋惣三と城戸幡太郎の思想を手がかりに、現代の子育て支援思想についての考察を試みた。その結果、日本では保育制度が複線型で発展してきたのと同様に、子育て支援思想も複線型であることが見いだせた。１つは母性愛を規範に母親を子育ての装置として配する倉橋の家庭教育に関する思想であり、もう１つは母親に社会的自覚を促し保育協同体の創設をめざす城戸の思想である。現代の子育て支援では倉橋の思想同様、母親を母親として機能させるためにエンパワメントすることに力が入れられている。だが、子育て支援の最終目標が子どもの権利保障にあることを考えると、母親をエンパワメントして養育責任を全うさせることを目的とする支援ではなく、母親一人が担いがちな子育てを家族や地域が共有、協同、協働し、母親の養育負担を軽減していくための支援が必要であると考える。departmental bulletin pape
