Arany-platina ötvözet metallográfiai vizsgálata hegesztett kötésekben : Metallographic examination of gold-platinum alloys in welded joints
Get PDFGold and platinum are popular raw materials, even in their elemental form. The alloy of the two is also a good material. It is used successfully in appliances that can detect dopamine-levels in human bodies. However, the alloy is not well-researched. Welded joints were made with LASER welding technology. The samples were examined through metallographic procedures.

Az arany és a platina elemi formában közkedvelt anyag különböző alkalmazásokban. Ötvözetük is jó alapanyagnak számít, például dopaminszint-mérő eszközökben már sikeresen alkalmazzák, azonban ez az anyag kevéssé kutatott. Ennek érdekében lézersugaras hegesztő eljárással kötést alakítunk ki a két fém között és az így létrejött ötvözetet vizsgáljuk metallográfiai módszerekkel.

Get PDFIn the coming years, the rapid spread of electric vehicles is expected. Due to the change of the applied drivetrain systems, typical, fully optimized drivetrains systems do not yet exist: electric vehicles are “being invented” nowadays. Accordingly, the typical electric vehicles’ energy consumption values are also learned in the least years. This paper will present a parameter sensitivity analysis for electric vehicles’ energy consumption by a longitudinal vehicle drivetrain model.

A hajtáslánc megváltozása egyben azt is eredményezi, hogy jelenleg még nem alakultak ki a tipikus hajtáslánc elrendezések: az elektromos hajtású járműveket „most találjuk fel”. Get PDFAn important element of intelligent manufacturing is the continuous development of tool geometry. In case of the production of worm gear, in order to achieve the required quality, the hob must be continuously tested for wear and the cutting edge must be re-sharpened, which results reduction in the diameter of the hob. Changes in geometric conditions resulted from the increase in distance between the re-sharped hob axis and the gear axis. The subject of this paper is the outlining of a new viewpoint of manufacturing with a decreased distance between the gear and the hob due to re-sharpening of the cutting edge of the tool and the fit of the drive.

Az intelligens gyártásnak lényeges eleme a szerszámgeometria folyamatos fejlesztése. A csigakerék gyártása során a megkívánt minőség eléréséhez a csigamaró folyamatos kopásvizsgálata és vágóélének újra-élezése szükséges, ami a maró átmérőjének csökkenésével jár. Az újra-élezett maró és a csigakerék tengelytávolságának csökkenése a geometriai viszonyok változását vonja maga után a további gyártási folyamatban. Jelen írás tárgya a maróél újra-élezésének következtében csökkenő tengelytávolság esetén történő megmunkálás és a hajtás jóságának vizsgálata.

No full textCoastal slopes are areas prone to landslide, which stability issues require technical control especially when their movements endanger infrastructure and/or residential areas. Such an area in Hungary is the Eastern Basin of Lake Balaton, where the railway line on the slope, elsewhere on the foot of slope, has already been the site of many mass movements, thus, the study and understanding of movement processes is extremely important in order to prevent further damage events.

No full textAlkali-activated binders, including “geopolymers,” have attracted great interest in recent decades in both the scientific and industrial worlds. These materials can be prepared by alkaline activation of solid alumino-silicates, which are generally available as industrial by-products. The activator can be a concentrated aqueous solution of alkali hydroxide, silicate, carbonate or even alkali sulphate. Geopolymers can be considered as artificial rock. Portland cement can be substituted up to 100% with alkali-activated or geopolymeric type materials. In this article, we summarize the results of our research on geopolymers.

Az alkáli-aktivált kötőanyagok, beleértve a „geopolimereket” is, az elmúlt évtizedekben nagy érdeklődést váltottak ki mind a tudományos, mind az ipari világban. Ezeket az anyagokat általában ipari melléktermékként rendelkezésre álló szilárd alumino-szilikátok lúgos aktiválásával lehet előállítani. Az aktivátor lehet alkáli-hidroxid, -szilikát, -karbonát vagy akár alkáli-szulfát tömény vizes oldata. A geopolimerek tulajdonképpen mesterséges kőzetnek tekinthetők. Az alkáli-aktivált, illetve geopolimer jellegű anyagokkal akár 100%-ban helyettesíthető a portlandcement. Jelen cikkben a geopolimer témakörben végzett kutatásaink eredményeit foglaljuk össze
